Joe was great. I had previously gone in and looked prior to moving to a new place. I didn’t purchase anything that day but was helped immediately. I did later go back in and got all the pieces that I had previously looked at because of how kind and warm I was welcomed the first time. I heard of “you get what you pay for” but i purchased their “best” king size memory foam/ hybrid mattress for over $1000 and it’s terrible. My wife and I literally sleep on the couch because the quality is horrible. How am i supposed to sleep the next 10 years on this?! Definitely not the same “quality” as presented in store.

My family and I just moved into a new place and when we walked inside we were greeted immediately, the manager walked us through the furniture until we were satisfied with the bed we were buying. He was so helpful during the transportation of the furniture to our home. I have literally never had an easier, faster furniture buying experience. EVER. ❤️

Came in and originally wanted a daybed for my toddler as well as some other pieces. Was quoted $1000 for four separate items, then was told later they could do $615. When I went back to get just the daybed and explained that I saw two other items at a lower price elsewhere, they refused to honor the price given. The owner had previously lowered the price for two other couples, however perhaps since I went alone he did not want to budge. Stay away and take your money elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in how they treat potential customers. I had the cash in hand and i suppose that meant nothing to them.

We have been long loyal customers since 2019 to this furniture store , have bought multiple things from couches to coffee tables to dining tables and we drive 40 minutes to an hour just to go to this store and it has always been good except my last experience, I ordered a couch set and only got delivered part of it, when the delivery driver got to my house he said joe already called me and let me know I wasn’t getting part of the couch I ordered and I responded by informing him I didn’t know that so I called joe and he said I would get the other part Monday so I let them finish setting up because I’ve never had an issue with them. On Monday after a few hours of them being open I called and no one answered so I continued to call until joe picked up and informed me now it would not be in until Friday because the warehouse was behind so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but informed him that I would not start paying the finance company until I received the FULL order because I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t have, he reassured me that it was ok. The next day my husband got an email saying our payments have started because we received everything so I called joe and he has now informed me that we would need to cancel the other part until THREE WEEKS!!!! so we called snap finance and let them know we hadn’t received everything yet so why should we start paying, we ended up just wanting to cancel and go somewhere else because we were tired of being dragged on and told that it was coming to only find out when the day was over and we waisted a day that it was not coming...so we call joe to let him know we want to cancel the whole order and was told if that’s the case we have to pay $75 to get it picked back up... now to me and my husband that is not right, we didn’t know before the delivery driver got there that part of the couch set was not there and he had them deliver it anyways...he should have called me and told me so I could tell him I want the whole thing at once so we could avoid any issues..so to conclude all of this, we were ripped off and have been loyal customers and we will now be taking our service else where. Shame.

We just bought our couch which was not in stock on Saturday evening, he had to order it from manufacturer Monday morning. We have it in our living room delivered in the box and put together and its Wedneday. Didnt even have to wait a week. And its great quality!! Definitely recommend!!! Ask for Joe!!

I walked into Zoe furniture not really impressed with what I saw in the showroom. I went in to see if I saw a reasonable priced bedroom set for my 12yr old son. As I started talking to Joe I realized he was familiar wit my hometown of NYC. He showed us several catalogs with various options. When my wife & I left we had ordered 2 bedroom sets & a Dining room set for our new house. Upon delivery there were a few hiccups. However Joe made everything right and even gave us a free gift. Ill be buying all my furniture from Joe & the guys. Thanks Joe!!!

Zoe furniture will scam you!!!Zoe furniture tried to scam my sister by intentionally lying about 3 month same as cash payment. 3 month same as cash payment is predatory loan. It will charge interest every month and interest will increase every month.zoe furniture is not disclosing this information before the purchase. Even when asked if there is any interest or hidden fees they are lying to your face and saying NO.Scamming people like this should be illegal.Please be aware of this before you visit this store. This guy joe (manager) can be very charming and friendly but he will show his true color later. He is a con man.

The customer service was great, the approval process was fast and easy, and I am more than satisfied with my living room set. The hardest part was actually making a decision of what I actually wanted. I spent about 30 minutes of being indecisive. The rest of my apartment will definitely be furnished through this place! Joe provided exceptional customer service and was very friendly and funny! We were able to get our dresser pre assembled and delivered the same day which was awesome! Dave, the delivery driver, went above and beyond to get the dresser up three flights of stairs. We will definitely be shopping here again now that we know how great Zoe’s is!

Customer service was great! Joe was very sweet and eager to help. About a week after delivery I noticed a handle was hanging. The delivery guys came back out asap corrected the error and even moved the furniture to a more accommodating position for me! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

My dresser was suppose to arrive the same day with my bed frame but it arrived 3 weeks later, that being said that is not why Im giving a one star I am giving a 1 star because they didnt even drop the dresser upstairs let alone set it up. The first thing the lady said at the time of delivery was our boss said just to drop it off and leave. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After I called the boss he said he will call them to come back and do it right away. They still havent showed up, Ill update it if they ever do show up. Dont buy furniture from here very rude delivery service u will wait months for your furniture to come when they tell you it will be ready in 1 week. BE AWARE!!!! 3 month same as cash payment is a SCAM. We bought furniture from this store and we asked specifically if there is any HIDDEN FEES OR INTEREST on the 3 month same as cash program. He told us there is $50 application fee and thats all. But when I called the financing company, I came to know there is interest and it will increase every month. They use financing company called TEMPOE. Please do yourself a favor and google the company. You can see TEMPOEs fraudulent activities. Tempoe is scamming vulnerable people and not disclosing their policy properly. Similarly Zoe furniture is not disclosing hidden fees and intrest rate prior to the purchase.I called them 5 days ago and still havent got any resolution. I called them today and they told me I didnt properly read the email sent put from tempoe. Also manager who work their doesnt know the owner and doesnt have his cell phone number. Are you kidding me?? Are you trying to insult the intelligence of the customer??We even told the store manager prior to purchase. If there is any intrest or hidden fees, we will pay everything upfront. We dont need financing. Now this whole ordeal has become such a hassle.This is not misinformation, this is intentional lying. So I put him in a conference call with the representative from Tempoe, he started changing his statement.He started getting rude and screamed at me for trusting him. I just purchased a desk that I found at a different furniture store that told me it would take 2 weeks to get. Zoes furniture matched the price at the other store, but did even better and gave me a really good deal that turned out to be lesser than the other place. They assemble and deliver for a very reasonable price. They have great staff and a lot of books for items you can purchase if you dont see what you want in the store. 5 Stars to this place and more. Joe was pleasant to work with. But two days later we found out the financing was totally a lot. Joe told us our payments would be 129.00 a month. People its not a finance company its a rental agreement with a astronomical interest rate. I bought about 2600 dollars worth of furniture, I put down almost 1200 and financed the rest. The finance company told me today my monthly payment would be 300.00 bucks a month on a 1500 dollar loan. Do the math thats 3600.00 bucks. We were very mislead about the financing. So if you dont have cash to pay for what you want, Aarons or Rentacenter is cheaper than this ripoff company.

The store had tons of flags up for a big sale. “Mattress Gallery” was written on the outside. The employees seemed disinterested in my friend and me even though the store was empty. We’d come to buy a mattress but they didn’t seem to have any mattresses displayed in a way where you could easily see what was available and compare them. The furniture and tables were strange and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The employees creeped us out. We left pretty quickly.

I walked in and was very satisfied with the friendly customer service. Joe was awesome, he helped me choose the right matress after I spent looking at 4 other furniture stores and then later on we decided to add a tv console! If I could give them 0 stars I would. We walked in looking for furniture for a new apartment and was never greeted or anything the entire 15mins we were in there. The store was dead so the excuse of them possibly helping other ppl won’t fly. We were the only customers in the store. There were 3 employees inside 1 manager or owner and 2 reg employees. They were more focused on re-arranging the store than actually trying to make a sale. I definitely don’t recommend anyone seriously looking to buy furniture to go here. The customer service is better at Walmart and that alone says a lot.
