The experience I had in the Grand Prairie/161 store was beyond 5 stars! Nathaniel listened to what I really wanted and found the perfect mattress to meet the needs of what I described that I wanted in a good night’s sleep. We went with the Silver Chill Plush! I went to this store to purchase a mattress topper (had great service prior from Zach when we purchased our mattress here, so, no brainer!) and spoke with Zach. While they did not have any mattress toppers in stock for me to look at, he gave me great information and suggestions on how to decide on which one would be best for me. I went home and did my research and returned to the store and spoke with Zach. He answered the questions I did not find answers for while doing my research and helped me purchase a topper. I have to say Zach is knowledgeable, personable and efficient - everything I want in a sales person. He is no pressure, very forthright and honest, again, good qualities. I do recommend Mattress Firm as I am happy with their product but go to this store specifically and speak with Zach. You wont be disappointed in my opinion.

During labor day weekend, I went out in search of a new memory foam mattress.Im not a picky person but my experience at MattressFirm had me feeling a bit like Goldilocks - one mattress was too soft, another too firm. After speaking with Freddy the salesman about my price range, he found a mattress that was the perfect price and softness for me. The pickup date was set for the next day and the whole buying experience/pick up was probably less that 45 minutes. Came out a happy customer!

We expected to spend all day mattress shopping but we found exactly what we wanted for a good price on our first stop here. Allen was very professional and clearly has a vast amount of mattress knowledge. He explained all of the different mattress technologies to us and helped us find the perfect fit. We were in an out in about an hour and are happy with our new purchase.

Recently my husband and I were looking basically for the best deal and great quality beds for our children and ourselves. He made us a great offer for great quality beds especially since we were looking for 3 to 4 beds. We left just to see if another place maybe could match that or better. But no way! 20 mins later we were back at Mattress Firm! Derrick was with another customer so Freddie assisted us. We found out he was pretty new to the store, yet he still sure were his stuff about the products. In the end we were definitely happy customers. Visiting Mattress Firm for myself was a wonderful experience. Zack and Betty were helpful. The minute we walked through the door they were ready to help. Right off the bat Zack assisted us with finding the perfect bed. He attended to our personal needs. He asked us questions that went with finding what best suited our needs when it came to sleeping style and whether we are hot or cold body sleepers. He had us to try different styles. Betty talked and help entertain our two little ones while we searched for the bed. Zack has amazing customer service skills. They both were very professional and entertaining at the same time.

I have never experienced worse customer service in a store than what was experienced today. Sadly, it came from the manager Zack. I simply wanted to look at mattresses yet I was hounded by questions from the moment I walked in. Used car salesmen at least catch a clue when you want to be left alone to look at your leisure, but not Zack. He seemed to believe that his need to follow a process got in the way of using intuition. Some people dont want assistance and prefer to look on their own. I asked Zack to stop with the questions and was immediately hit with an attitude stating I have a process and Im simply doing my job and then continued to mumble under his breath. He then called me a derogatory name in front of other customers and his employees which I overheard and I called him out on it. If this is the type of person Mattress Firm hires, I will never set foot in one of these stores again.

Every single encounter that I have had with this location has been phenomenal. Derek Gray was the last person that I have been communicating with but every other associate that has helped me during the process of my purchase has been amazing. These guys are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products and how to help you make the best possible purchasing decision.I am the type of person who hates a pushy salesman and I never had that experience with this company. Clearly they wanna sell their products but they definitely make it a priority to help you make the best personal decision for yourself.

Over the thanksgiving holiday, while Black Friday shopping we saw a sales ad for the Purple pillow bundle and Tempur-Pedic mattresses while driving by a Mattress Firm. We decided to stop and check out the deal since my brother had moved and was looking for a new bed. What we found is that they had really great deals not only on mattresses but headboards, bed frames, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and adjustable bed frames all at significant discount.A new mattress is a big purchase and choosing the right one is key to ensure you have a good night sleep. In the past, we have dealt with pushy sales agents, however, Megan & Derek at the Mayfield branch were nice, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. Derek spent a lot of time with my brother showing him the different mattress models. Megan shared with my wife regarding her intense training, her personal experiences with the mattresses she had purchased and what she has learned working at Mattress Firm. We had the absolute best experience with Megan Warren (Sleep Consultant) and Derek Gray. The difference was night and day. We never felt pressured rather felt comfortable with the professional advice. We tried all types of beds, and you could tell that both Megan and Derek did truly care about each persons individual mattress needs.We ended up telling my extended family about the great service and deals.  My brother, cousins, and aunts and uncles all bought new mattresses, head boards, adjustable bed frames, pillows, sheets, etc., from them and all are sleeping well!I realize the service you receive may vary by store which is why I recommend you speak with Megan Warren or Derek Gray. We visited another Mattress Firm location in the area with another sleep consultant and did not have the best experience so we were very grateful we found this location.If you need a new mattress, want a great deal and advice from someone you can trust, check out the new Mayfield location call and ask specifically to talk to Megan Warren or Derek Gray or go see Megan in person at the new Mayfield Grand Prairie location. Im not sure if they were busy eating or just not paying attention, but the male representative just sent me over to look at FIRM beds while no one else was in the store. I had a wonderful experience at this NEW location. The manager Carlos and his Regional Mgr Chris took perfect care of my needs of shopping for a quality mattress set for my daughter. Also, I loved their delivery service. I received a call the night before the delivery with the 2 hr window and a remider call the next morning. On top of this their delivery team was very professional and called upon their arrival.

Excellent service Dylan was so helpful he gave me plenty of options on finding a mattress, and gave me a good mattress in my price range. The store is clean and expansive! I would recommend all my friends to come to this location and see Dylan.
