My fave. Been shopping here for at least 10 years. Still have all things purchased due to the quality. Ive sold their items versus giving away when I move. Never leave without what you need at a great deal. At least for me. Just got a king mattress set yesterday. Legit, my bedroom, my mothers and all our lamps currently are from there..love love love.

This review is for the delivery guys and not for the staff inside the store. The gentleman that helped my family and I with the furniture was actually really nice. The problem we have is with the guys that came and delivered my sons furniture to his apartment. When we were in the store, we were advised that the delivery fee included bringing the furniture, installing/assembly and then taking the trash with them. When they came to deliver the furniture, all they did was drop off the boxes and didnt assemble anything. They totally took advantage of my 18 year old son, knowing that they could get over on him because my husband and I were not there. Then when we called them about the situation, we were told that the fee actually did not include assembly. That is completely unprofessional and my husband and I really dont appreciate our son being taken advantage of. We will never buy furniture from them again!

Went to buy a full size bed frame for my granddaughters bed and it was a sure fail. Yes this is an as is environment but when it comes to a bed frame, the mattress should fit the frame. The full size frame was about 10 inches too short at the foot which left her mattress hanging off at the end. Rooms To Go should be ashamed for even putting items out for sale and not fully noting what is wrong with the item or items. This frame is now useless which is a waste of money. Check you items very carefully before you purchase because may not be getting what you think youre paying for!

Nice place but stuff here cost a lot. Its nothing like what you see on TV but this is a outlet location. Maybe at a real Rooms To Go it would be different but I dont know. Its a small location. It was clean and people was wearing masks.

Wasted 2 hours of our time at this place today! Omar the sales rep was really nice. We told him from the get go, our house wont be ready till next week and would need the items picked up and delivered then. We asked if that was okay. He went and got his managers approval and we began shopping. We picked out the sofa, chair, rug, TV stand and it was time to schedule the pick up/delivery. Then came Chris who Im guessing is a manager and wouldnt even say hello to us. All he said was wed have to pick up within 24/48 hrs, which is fine, but had we known this earlier, we wouldnt have wasted 2hrs of our time, hauling a 3yr old and 10 month old from one end of the store to the other picking out furniture we couldnt possibly pickup within 24-48hrs!

I would suggest you DO NOT purchase bedding from this place. It is extremely mis leading whats on the floor vs what they deliver. I purchase super plush and recieved super hard. They stated no refunds, it was 3 other customers returning their mattersses as well for the same reason. The store has become so junkie from years back when I first purchased. never again!!!!

Make sure your getting what you paid for. We have been looking to get a new couch for a while and found a reasonable priced leather sectional with power recliners. Our sales representative informed us that the couch was a mixed matched unit and the reason it was selling at a lower price. We appreciated and respected his honesty but it didn’t deter us from purchasing the couch. We also purchased a dining room table and chairs that we scheduled for delivery the next day.Bought and paid for our delivery truck arrived for a small fee of $85 cash, brought our couch into the house in 6 pieces and left it in the middle of the living room. Didn’t even bother to put it together or hook up any of the power connections. Then informed us that the dining room table wouldn’t fit into the door but they could take the legs off for us for a additional $40. They could also take our old couch to the curb for another $40 or haul it away for 60. Absolutely not! I said assembly of the couch and getting our table into the house should be included in the delivery fee, apparently it wasn’t so they were perfectly fine with leaving our dining room table in the middle of the driveway. Customer service at its best!!!!A few day’s later we wanted to make the dining room table smaller but couldn’t get it to open up and get the center leaf out. When I crawled under the table it was a complete disaster, missing braces for trim , broken slides, cracked cross braces, and drywall screws holding it all together. UNBELIEVABLE! Now we have dinner table that dips at the center and honestly I’m just waiting for it break in half so we can have dinner on the floor.Needless to say we will be getting another dinner table anywhere BUT Rooms To Go.

I must admit the salesperson was great, however the delivery people they allow to deliver and set up are appalling.First they never called until they day of delivery with no preset time for delivery... not a delivery window, time frame or anything. Suddenly at 7pm I get a call saying I will be there in 30 min... when I communicated I would be 45 min they screamed at me like I should be waiting around all day for their call. I get there in 35 min just to get a call 15 min after I arrived saying it would be 45 more minutes, so why I was yelled at prior to I have no idea. They arrive an hour later... come inside to see where I wanted things placed. They began to bring things in and were angry because I had stairs in my home to the point they yelled out that my purchases were heavy... I was confused by the comment and asked what is that supposed to mean and then get threatened for my life because they made a choice in life to deliver furniture. They told me to pick up my own rugs and take them upstairs and cursed at me yet again when I asked if I get a discount for that since they were charging $400 to deliver and set up my purchases. Though this is not Rooms to go’s employees they recommended these people to my home whom I was actually threatened by their communication and threats themselves. I would never shop here if I needed something delivered or set up. It was absolutely atrocious the way these men acted and treated my things throwing my rugs down because I don’t want to take them in the home since I paid them to do so. Worse experience ever with service workers. I have never been threatened or talked to in a way before. Sad sad service. Unhappy and disappointed with this totally.

Stopped by because someone recommended this place. Walked around the store multiple times and right past staff multiple times who were just sitting down ignoring all customers. Prices weren’t horrible but does not warrant having to beg for a sales representative to assist in a sale. There are better options available so I will not be returning. Huge disappointment!

Great experience. Found a discontinued living room set, new in the package, and it was even less than the listed floor price. Their third party delivery options are challenging to navigate but ultimately deliver pretty quickly for a reasonable price.

Out of 10 same brand tile boxes, same FULL pallet,4 of those sealed boxes the tiles were slightly off in size and colour. So, i was told it was my fault.

Im highly dissapointed, I had went to pay my full balance last Thursday to get my daughters bedroom set delivered immediatley and i had made sure I notified the lady taking my payment that i had moved and wanted it delivered to a new address. I had seen her input my new address in system & had the delivery scheduled for today, but once i seen the address on the text message notification it was the wrong address. I had to call customer service to change it and they had to reschedule me for the following week. I had already took half the day off today from work for my delivery to get this wrong Im so upset. I have to have my daughter without a bed for another week.

So... Today... I went to Rooms to go Outlet and had a pretty good experience. I picked out a sectional and Margaret was Amazing. Then I asked for it to be delivered. Well. Here is where EVERYTHING went WRONG!!! They get here and tell me they can’t fit it in the house!!!! Now I had the same couch but a different color but they claim they could not get it in the house and they wanted me to go back to the store and make another selection. Something smaller!!! But they want me to pay them $115 just for coming out to tell me they couldn’t fit it in the house. It comes apart. All of it!! They just didn’t want to bring it up the stairs. I’m sure it was heavy. But it surely would fit. The excuse was the long part won’t go in the house. But .... it comes APART!!! Worst service ever!!!!!

In June 2020 I ordered (#9435830) a bedroom set from Rooms To Go. They called me prior to delivery and told me that they oversold the item and wanted me to pick from another available bedroom set. I selected a different bedroom set but when it was delivered, it didnt have a nightstand. I have contacted them several times over the last 9 months and I still do not have my nightstand. THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD NOR DID THEY TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT DUE THEIR MISTAKE. I am very disappointed in sales and management staff at this location in Grand Prairie Tx.

I was there last weekend and it was an awful experience. The place was dirty with candy wrappers on the floor. The furniture didnt appear new at all. Above all no one greeted us or offered to help us. I was extremely let down. I will not be returning. Dont waste your time at this outlet furniture looked so run down and dirty!

Selection is ok and prices are still a little high for are clearance store. A lot of the items are damaged so look carefully. I asked about a veteran/military discount and they only do it on memorial day and veterans day.

Went in today and not one person greeted us! the manager walked by us NUMEROUS times and said nothing. There was a worker there name wyile or something like that. He was sitting on the furniture when we walked in and after 15 to 20 mins he said hello and asked if we needed help. I told him he was the first person to greet us, he asked if we needed help and before we could answer he begin to walk away. So i said to him im looking for an accent chair and a bookshelf. I have no hard limits on price but i have a price range i would like to say in. he then looks to his left then his right and say they are all mixed in to which i said I see he tells my husband and I to look and if we need anything let him know. He then goes back to the comfortable furniture and sit back down and watch the few people walk in and out of the store.When we finally reached the back of the store there was a black woman with braids who greeted us, as i turned around to ask her a question she quickly scurried off. We noticed there were workers in the store who also never acknowledged us, and were so loud, it was truly annoying and i was very uncomfortable in the store. We decided to head to the front of the store to leave and thats when the manger greeted us. I was so disgusted and annoyed. I drove 50 minutes to this store just to leave empty handed. Very disappointed and can not recommend this place. Idk if COVID made these people lazy or if they are just lazy but we wont be back!

Let me start by saying worst place to by bedroom sets yes it’s cheap and all but not even worth the drive should went to “ living spaces “ !!!! I bought my bed frame and mattress here thinking it was the best deal upon arrive the driver very helpful!! I give the guy 5 starts for great customer service but the bed Frame was WRONG SIZE DIDNT MEASURE CORRECTLY AND WE HAD TO DRILL HOLES IN THE BED FRAME WHICH WHAT WAS THE POINT ... then too busy to realize that the box spring was totally broken called and told me to return why do we have to drive back when it was clearly their fault for not checking the material they load... And at that the guy kept insisting we buy some cover for spill protector which is another 100$ apart of the 1200$ that I spend so DONT COME HERE !! It’s not worth it

This is my go to furniture store. I have furnished my whole house with their furniture. I love the outlet because I am a bargain shopper. Great furniture at bargain price. I just bought a bench and desk today.

You can find some very affordable pieces of furniture. The outlet has rugs, accessories and mattresses, too! However, some items are broken or dirty!

The selection wasn’t as wide as I thought it would be and things were still pretty expensive.

After 15 minutes in store no customer service willing to help I left, there was only 4 customers in store and I saw 6 workers

I was in the store for literally 30 minutes, and not one salesperson approached me, or greeted me. I had questions, I was looking for something specific, and I came to purchase furniture. But upon me exiting the building I see several salespeople huddling up just looking around as if they were disturbed that people were actually in the store. Totally a waste of the 45-minute drive I made to come here

This is the OUTLET, different from the STORE, big difference. - this is where you get discounted items (as long as you are bargain hunting and dont mind a few scratches, and in some cases non at all! Just overstock. -the only drawback is they dont do deliveries which I find weird for such a big furniture place.

Be sure to ask specifically what items is under warranty make sure you get it in writing otherwise you would be very disappointed we were told when we purchased a mattress and the box spring that it has a 10 years warranty after just one year a boxspring Screech really bad so we went back in to ask for a replacement we were told the Box spring is not under warranty. That the warranty only covered the mattress. The salesperson told us that the whole set box spring and Mattress was under warranty and now the manager say only the mattress and if we want a replacement we must purchase a new box spring set. This is very misleading Im very disappointed to spend $1,000 on a squeaky mattress set so if you buy things from here make sure you ask everything and have all you want it in writing whats covered and whats not.

Ive bought furniture items here many times over the years because Ive found interesting pieces at reasonable prices. Theres always a large variety of pretty much everything you need to furnish a house from top to bottom. If you see something you like, grab it because it probably wont be there next time. Most items are discontinued, or returns, or floor samples. Most are in good condition, but be sure to check everything out carefully. On this trip I bought a rug for $99 that had apparently been a floor model but was in perfect condition both front and back.This is not the cleanest, most organized place; its a giant warehouse floor filled with stuff. The staff Ive encountered have always been polite, and helpful.Note that you have to pick up your stuff yourself within 24 hours, and that process can take a while depending on the line. You cannot just walk out with your items. Also, all sales are final.

Sales people and checkout folks seemed helpful. Majority of the employees literally just sit on the couches all day and just talk and watch the customers. I have been here on 3 separate occasions and each time, they are just sitting down. There is always something that they can be doing. Seems like an easy way to collect a paycheck. I had to make 3 separate trips to grab pillows for my couch and only a girl from the cashier area helped. The rest just sat and watched while we went back and forth. Just surprised me to see that. Im happy with the price I got for the couch however.

I can’t say enough good things about Wilma, she was super helpful and sweet with the entire process. The people in financing were great as well and explained things really clearly. I bought a beautiful couch and ottoman at a good price.

The furniture was overpriced and outdated. Did NOT feel inviting. The service representatives were avoiding any type of communication with anyone.

My husband and I went in looking for new living room furniture. We werent sure because of all the bad reviews. The salesman Mark was very pleasant and patient as we browsed. Finally made up our minds and he was very helpful. The cashier Patricia was also very pleasant. I would recommend this store.

The selection of merchandise was good. Some items are slightly used, and other ones are new. Our saleslady was very helpful but did not pressure us to buy. We found a brand new brown leather couch in the Cindy Crawford line for Rooms to Go and saved about $500 from what we would have paid for it at a non-outlet store.

I WAS ROBBED by rooms to go OUTLET! Do not shop here. I paid the new original price, for a damaged table set, where all 7 poeces had damages. ROOMS TO GO YOU DID ME WRONG! I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH YOU AND I HOPE YOU STOP DOING THIS TO YOUR CLIENTS . WHAT YOU DID TO ME WAS UNFAIR AND UNJUST! Yesterday l went to search for a dining table set appreciating the Labor Day specials. I was too naive thinking it was a good deal. Later on at night l search rooms to go online website only to find out that a new table was less expensive. WTF!

Have gone to this location twice.I had great customer service on both trips. Staff offered help but didnt hover. When I was ready to speak to them they were available, offered options, and gave me info about financing and delivery.Keep in mind that this is an outlet location and stock reflects that but the prices do too.I opted to have my furniture picked up and dock is clearly marked, and organized. Recieved amazing help from sales associate Kristine R.! She was absolutely amazing, cheerful and sweet! I just rented a dark apartment and she immediately helped me decide on a couch. From there she quickly picked out other objects - i.e. colorful rug, tv stand and a great bed frame which helped add light to my home and make it a happy place! Had an absolutely great experience! Great deals and Sales associate was the absolute best!

There are some great deals on furniture here every once in a while but you have to keep an eye out for them.
