My mother and I visited your store yesterday and received WONDERFUL help from Jake!!! We were so thankful for his time and how he specifically went above and beyond to help us and answer any and all questions despite how busy the store was.Jake gave us many options and helped us find the best deal. I just had the worst experience ever with the manager Tim. I literally interacted with him for less then five minutes and could tell it was going to be a bad experience but bad turned to worse.I was frustrated I couldn’t see my bill for my kids on my app and he explained they couldn’t help me with that which I was frustrated with but understood.He then said I needed to change my plan for my four kids because the one I had was not the best one. I explained I wanted to understand my bill before I made changes. He kept talking the new plan and again I said that I would like to understand my current bill. He then said “if you would listen I would try to explain”. I asked him why he was being rude. He said that he was going to have another rep help me - that he was going to step away from helping me.It’s just the weirdest interaction I have ever had with someone in customer service and a manager. I really just wanted to understand my bill. I clearly was there to purchase a new phone. I really didn’t know what to do so I made the decision to leave and go to another branch.No one should be talked to in such a rude manner. We are all people who deserve to be treated with a smile and care. This manager clearly was having a bad day. I left the store. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Tim and Blue have been SO helpful in getting us set up with three new phones! They made sure our plan was still fitting our family, made sure our phones were suited to us individually and that they were protected. This place is amazing! I was completely out of storage on my iPhone but I’m trying to wait until the new ones come out. I stopped here to see if they had any ideas. Jake was super helpful! A lot of my storage was apparently ‘other’ and safari. He was able to get those cleared and now I’m back down to only half full!!!! While I was there, he also helped me with my bill. I can’t not say enough great things about my experience at this store. I will definitely be preordering my iPhone Jake. If you go see him, tell him Kallie with a K sent you.

The other day I came into the store and was helped by a salesman named Jake. He was very thorough with explaining the differences between phones and helped me decide the best product that would fit my usage. He then helped explain that my plan was out of date and upgraded me to a newer plan, but for the same price. Overall very helpful.

My husband & I when in 20 minutes before the store closed. Todd & Daniel helped us right away with upgrading my phone. They were so helpful, patience, fast and professional, even when it was after 8pm (stored closed). They were actively interested in making my bill as cheap as possible and while still being professional and enjoyable to be with . If these guys are an expression of what Verizon customer service is, then I will stick with Verizon for a very long time.

If I could give negative stars here I would. Any potential customers, PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE. It is a third party, contracted retailer. Because of this, when I traded in my iPhone 7 for a $699.99 credit against the new iPhone 12, everything got messed up beyond belief. My monthly bills were $150 MORE than they should have been. When I called Verizon customer service to rectify, they told me that my issue was because I used a 3rd party retailer (nevermind that it says Verizon in giant letters on the store sign). After going back and forth with the Cellular Sales rep who didnt care because he already made his sale, I went back to Verizon and escalated the issue. They then told me that the Cellular Sales store lost my trade-in phone in their warehouse, but that it was a known issue and the stores manager would be contacting me. Over a week has past and still no response. The Verizon rep said she would follow up on a specified date and time; again no response. I called back Verizon customer support, and they apparently had to start re-researching the issue from scratch (saying that they cant see previous account notes for some reason). This rep then accused me of lying about the trade in amount (even though it was on the receipt). After spending 10 hours total on the phone and the Verizon rep trying to reach out to the Cellular Sales manager with no success, Verizon offered me a credit $120 less than the correct amount which I had to take at that time or risk getting no credit at all and starting from scratch. Talk about a SCAM. Save yourself the trouble and dont go to a third party sales store.

Called with some off the wall questions. Jake was knowledgeable, helpful and offered wonderful suggestions. He was understanding of my questions (many!) and answered everything carefully. We are long time Verizon customers and will continue to be if local customer service is always this good. Jake took the time to consider ways for us to save money while getting better service. He offered different options, explaining them in a way I could understand. It is nice to have someone who cares about their job and their clients. Way to go!

This store is amazing. From greeting us at the door to going above and beyond with each step of the process to getting us the best deal and the best phone for our needs they are top of the line all around. We worked with Katie and her patience and knowledge made the process so much easier and we love our new phone. We even got contact info if we have any issues in the future which I can’t tell you anytime that has happened anywhere in retail unless they were getting something out of it. We will absolutely hands down be coming back here for any of our needs in the future.

I experienced excellent customer service both times I visited the Grafton Verizon store. While busy, I was welcomed and told someone would be with me shortly. Then, DAN FLOOD welcomed me! He quickly grasped what I was asking for and guided me through the process. Dan was very personable, very thorough, and a joy to work with. I never felt talked down to and appreciated his candor, warmth, and expertise. Dan was excellent and if I needed phone service again, I would definitely go to the Grafton Verizon store and I would definitely seek out Dan.

Just had the worst customer service experience in my whole life. If you have no interest in talking to people you probably shouldn’t go into sales. Not sure his name but he was wearing a patagonia vest and a bow tie. He made snotty comments the whole time so bad that I actually had to leave and go to a different verizon store.

After 3 days of no return posts on my FB, drove down to Best Buy Geek Squad. They didn’t resolve my issue. Thought of my phone provider. Dan O. came forwars to help me. After about 10-15 minutes, he found that my setting was for posts to only come to me. Don’t know how it happened, but Dan O. was my savior of the day. As someone who has hired & fired hundreds in my life (77 yrs), you are lucky to have him in your ranks. He deserves a raise....

I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my new phone activated. The guy there was super friendly, but he had no clue what he was doing. Instead of activating my new phone he took out my sims card and put in the old one from my old phone. It took me a week and 3 trips to other AUTHENTIC Verizon stores to finally figure out that they screwed up majorly. Very disappointed in the service. Never coming back again and Im recommending other people to not go there. Instead the Best Buy of Menomonee Falls and Germantown was helpful and so was the Wauwatosa Version store.

After I purchased my phone from the store in West Bend Jake followed up with me. He took the time to make sure I knew how to use it and what features it is capable of doing.Jake invited me back to the store to talk more about how to use my phone in more detail. He also was able to show me how to reset my Apple ID! I am super excited for everything both jake and Katie did for me! The customer service that my husband and I experienced was above and beyond! Both Jake and Soup were extremely professional and friendly. Jake also took time to answer questions I had after hours regarding my new purchase. Soup, was able to handle my additional issues with resolution. I added my mom to my account and Cayla helped her port her number from an existing account (different carrier,) as well as set her up with her favorite apps. I stopped in at the Verizon store in Grafton because my phone stopped working. Dan O was very helpful. First he tried rebooting it and that didn’t work so he had to call the warranty Dept. As he worked through the process, he tried one last time to reboot my phone. I am so thankful for Dan’s patience and professionalism because had he not tried one more time to reboot my phone, I would have had to pay $200 for my deductible and been without my phone for another day as I waited for a new phone to arrive.Thanks Dan O. I came in on a Saturday afternoon because my phone wasnt working and it was driving me nuts. Took homeboy about 15 seconds to fix it and he told me to have a good day. Im buying my next phone here.

So I was told I was paying for phones out right when went with this store. Then looked at my bill and seen monthly charge for phone, went back to store and was told they would fix it problem solved no looked at my bill again still charging me for months called verizon corporate and they called store and they said they would fix it. Still not fixed so went back to store talked to them and they said I didnt pay full for phone and there is a guy sitting next to me with same issue. This has gone on for over a year to where I gave up and highly recommend not going to this store this store it is not a corporate store and is dishonest.

Kristi was super helpful and laid out all of the options for us. Even kept us updated as the promotions changed over time due to our delay in paying off my current phone through AT&T. We wandered in to Verizon the check out the new iPhone. After a pleasant chat with Mark, the representative who helped us, we purchased an iPhone, case, screen protector, doubled our data limit and purchased a 12” iPad w/data! We are an older couple and not easily swayed by a typical sales pitch. However, Mark pointed out many features which made a lot of sense to us, and after being with Verizon for 12 years relying on their never-fail reception, we bit the bullet! While our various tech stuff shifted to the new stuff, we ate dinner next door to Verizon, and are now headed home with a lot of new stuff for a very reasonable price. And I feel like we’ve also made a friend in Mark. We really appreciated the time he took with us and his friendly manner. It took a little longer than we anticipated, but we’ll worth the time!Now to figure it all out on our own 🙄

One of the best customer service experiences Ive had. The door was opened for me. I then worked with Soup and Paige. They listened to the problems I was having (customer service on the phone, and new signal quality issues where I live) and they didnt hesitate to help. They took their time to troubleshoot my issues and come up with many possible solutions and even left me with options if what they did today didnt work. Highly recommend!

It was okay, except for the little bit of a argument that was involved about getting a new screen protectorI put on my phone that was guaranteed for as long as I own the phone @ Verizon, as that is where we bought our phones & and the place we use for our carrier is Verizon.hubby had to order the new screen protector and then I had to go over to Verizon in Grafton to have them put it on.Other than that the service was good.Usually dont have any problems with Verizon and when we do the problem gets resolved fairly fast.

Wow I just spent an entire evening with the greatest phone mentor at the Grafton Verizon. His name is Brandon Schneider and he was simply the best! He was so patient and kind as he taught me how to use my new phone. I glanced at my watch and low and behold it was 9:29 p.m. I had no idea that I had kept him way past closing time . Visited this location yesterday to upgrade my phone and was greeted at the door by Brandon. I didn’t realize that this was no longer a corporate store but an indirect dealer. Brandon explained features and cost of the phone I was interested in. He did need to contact the Verizon corporate call center to resolve an issue with my plan, and that was not a positive experience which I will address personally. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend this store for its excellent customer service.

This store is awesome! :) They are always so kind when I get there. I was looking for the iPhone 6 and they were the only place I could find that had it. They are informative. Also they always try to find the best way to save you money. Who knew I could have went from a 6GB data plan to a 10GB plan for the same price I was paying before. Also they got me all set up in under an hour. On top of that all they even gave me a FREE Verizon Ellipsis Tablet as part of a promotion they were running. Last thing I must say is they install screen protectors just perfectly.Kudos to the staff and service at this store.

Do NOT buy the NIMBUS9 CIRRUS 2 phone case from this store. The case cracked 2 1/2 months after I bought it. Not because I dropped it (I didnt). It cracked when I tried to remove the phone from this piece of garbage case because the earphones wouldnt plug into the phone jack. The case will not fit into a standard armband either. The salesman said Wed have to contact nimbus AND SEE IF THEY BELIEVE YOUR STORY. Stay away. I need a new Verizon store too.

Do your homework before going into this place. You will absolutely pay more for your phone and accessories here than anywhere else. Salesman was rude after I questioned the prices. Long story short, I went across the parking lot to Costco and saved a bundle on the same phone. Also we didn’t have to deal With the comical salesman’s pitch that they try to use at this Version store.
