It was very busy in the store when we walked in. I have been going to this store since it opened. Keynote was the best experience I have ever had at this store. He was managing 3 different customers at once, very smoothly and never messed one thing up. He was patient and explained everything in detail.. Give that man a raise!

Service was courteous and quick to respond. The employees were happy to answer any questions on devices and service offering.I worked with Keynote on a BYOD account transfer. He was fantastic! The process was painless and took about as long as I figured it would.

My experience here was refreshing. Bryan was not only courteous and professional but made sure to keep ALL of the customers in the store aware of their situation and status and did so brilliantly! This young man was a true professional and provided a wonderful change of pace from typical retail experiences. I would also like to commend Bryan for handling a difficult situation, in which he was left to tend to the store on his own, with great aplomb. Very impressed by the knowledge and patience of this staff. Nick was amazing helping my elderly parents get set with new phones after helping me get my new iphone. Mike went above and beyond today. After I had several frustrating phone calls with customer service to try to fix my voicemail, Mike willingly helped and stuck with the problem until he solved it....I so appreciate both for their help and professionalism.

If you’re lucky enough to get Frank or Autumn, you can be assured of prompt, thorough service and follow-thru. I found they listened to my needs, did not try to “upsell” me except to meet those needs, and when they could not rectify a situation immediately due to system requirements, cheerfully took time to meet with me to fix what needed to be done, even doing the dirty work of calling ATT directly.I can’t promise what your experience will be: I timed my visits to avoid crowded conditions.This anecdote may give an idea of why I intend to be loyal to this shop: after Frank worked for over 35 minutes to rectify my situation, I offered him a small token of appreciation: he insisted on splitting it with Autumn.

Daneil was wonderful. She was able to get my phone working again. No high pressure to upgrade, although I did anyway as it was questionable as to how long the old one would continue to work. She waived my upgrade fee and gave me discounts on accessories I needed. I couldnt have had a better experience. This location and the associates there have always been great to work with. We have been with AT&T for over 20 years and always been very happy with their services.

Had some issues with my phone not charging- had to wait several days by appointment at Apple store; decided to see if AT&T could help; staff was absolutely wonderful they looked at my phone- cleaned it out, answered my questions; they actually listened to me. Didnt feel forced into buying anything/ something.

I really never leave reviews, but feel I need to tonight! I was having trouble reactivating my replacement phone (my puppy used my phone as a chew toy a few days ago and destroyed it beyond anything usable). I had the replacement phone sent to me (.the insurance is SO WORTH IT!) and was having a heck of a time activating it. I tried to do it remotely, but because of various mistakes I made, couldn’t make it happen. I finally decided to drive to the store, on xmas eve-eve, and was so happy it wasn’t packed full of last minute shoppers. Andrea, and another very nice young man (I didn’t catch his name!) helped me with smiles, and were just so pleasant and knowledgeable! Best customer service I’ve ever received at this store, hands down! And though all the problems that I had encountered were my fault, they went above and beyond to make sure my phone was working the way it should before I left the store and never made me feel silly. Whoever is making the recent hiring decisions at this store, is on the mark! Great crew you have working there now (at least this Sunday night!). Merry Christmas!😊

They tried everything and were very nice and great people to talk to as the time went by. 10/10 experience, and they were knowledgeable to their extent even though the problem wasn’t fixed.

Terrible experience. Id give zero stars if I could. On Wednesday, May 29th 2019 I went into this store and was treated horribly. Im not sure what her name is, but the brunette employee there is the rudest, most disrespectful young woman Ive ever met. She told me that I could get a new device provided I could pass a credit check and then looked me down from head to toe and said, but... And shrugged her shoulders. As if to say there was no way possible I could pass a credit check. I own a local business in Grafton and if any of my employees spoke down to someone in this way they would be fired. So I left and bought a new phone elsewhere. Later that evening I told a friend about my experience there and before I could even describe the employee he knew exatly who I was talking about. Evidently this isnt the first time shes treated people this way. Its unfortunate because the store itself is very nice and clearly well maintained. Too bad the staff is lacking in customer service skills.

I repeatedly called over the span of a week. I have either been sent straight to voice-mail or left hanging until it rang out. Left 2 voice-mails explaining I have an issue with my phone and would like a call back when they are free..still have not received a call back. Looking forward to better service in the future. I called for store hours. The recording says opens at 9am. The Google maps for the Grafton location says everyday during the week the store hours are 9am to 8am. I drove 20 minutes to find a store with two signs, one original sign says opens at 9am and a printout sign opens at 10am. Even UPS had to leave a package next door because your hours are not straight. I am also assuming that your Grafton location runs the same as West Bend, one employee with loads of people waiting.

The phone rang & rang for several minutes with no answer & no way to leave a message. They finally said no one was there to help me & hung up. Wow, for a phone company? Maybe Im with the wrong phone company in the first place.

Have been at this store 3 times. First time, December 2017, I bundled internet, Directv, and phone service. The bundle was at a good price and for 2 years. The second time was a month later after checking my first bill. My plan was stated as being good for 12 months. I was told AT&T could only offer my rate 12 months at one time. I would have to return after 12 months. Okay, one year passed. I did return. My account with Directv went up $60.00. I brought with me all my paperwork. At first I was told the second year could not approved. Several reasons were brought up as to why I could not have the 2 year price guarantee. I was not leaving, I had all of my receipts. One employee remembered the 2 year price guarantee in 2017. Phone calls were made. It was a slow process. In the end, AT&T did honor their 2 year price guarantee. I am good until January 2020. I was helped at this store. I had to do it in person, not over the phone. Problem was taken care of. I am satisfied.

They Master The art on selling, cant help on anything. After you walk out the door everything you may need needs to be done over the phone with att. They can look at your bill but thats as far as they will be able to do for you.

Let me start off with the reason I have given 4 stars is because Andrea and Barbara are exceptional workers they helped me with all my questions and concerned even if I thought they were silly but without them the other young lady that works there daneil she is rude and didnt acknowledge the fact of what I was asking she put her feet in the chair and twirled her hair as if what I was saying was bothering her luckly Andrea and Barbara were there to help I dont know what att has going on but if thats the type of people you hire then I feel bad for your company she even smacked her lips at me and was just overall rude hire better people please and whats even worst I think she was the manager!

We started with AT&T 2 years ago. Despite a frustrating start because we were “misinformed” so our sales girl could close the deal we stayed with this company until our phones were paid off. This was a business account. I needed reception in the Northwoods so we decided to go with another company recommended by the locals in that area. All 3 of our phones were paid off but AT&T refused to release my phone I explained to the manager that this was my business phone and he said there was nothing he could do and it would take up to 48 hours. I am without a phone and my clients are getting a generic message that my voicemail box has not been set up. I went to the store and the young man said he would be with me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and he never said a thing when I walked out.

When I got my first bill we found out they screwed up our account and even the main office laughed and said that there a horrible store. Will never go back again. I’m almost done with at&t

Waited in store for 20 minutes. No one ever greeted me, or said it would be a long wait. Horrible customer service. Got sick of waiting for an employee to make eye contact or even acknowledge me. And this was on a Sunday. I would be sad to see how bad it is on a weekday.

Worst consumer experience I have ever had! The staff is incompetent at best, after hours and hours with their customer service I still have not been refunded for a bunk phone I returned two days after receiving it and cancelling service with them, and that was almost three months ago!!! Save yourself a lot of time, headache, and money and if youre dead set on ATT go to the store on Port Washington and Bender in Glendale, or literally walk across the street to Verizon, thats what I did and have had no issues with them...
