This is my store to return to if the need arises. The store was clean and large enough to social distance, with only 2 customers during my visit. Hand sanitizer was readily available. The sales representative, Zach, was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. After leaving the store and using the new phone, I needed a couple of more questions answered. I phoned back and spoke with Zach again and his kindness and professionalism were genuinely the same.

I upgraded my phone today. Went in to this store in Grafton and worked with Nick on what I was looking for in a phone. Nick was straightforward and matched up everything I had from my previous phone. He did not try and sell me things I didnt need such as extra accessories, which was my experience at the US Cellular Store in Beaver Dam.While transferring over my apps, Nick discovered that one of the apps wasnt going to transfer over as seamlessly as originally thought. Nick took the time to enter and transfer my passwords from my old phone into the new one, going above what he needs to do.I forgot to add that I also asked Nick if it would be beneficial to upgrade my data plan. He looked up my average usage and said it would not be worth it based on what I used.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to have US Cellular as their primary provider. Not only was Nick great to work with but I could over hear the store manager and another associate interacting positively with other customers in handling their needs, both in person and over the phone.

U.S.. Cellular is our carrier of choice. We have been with them for decades because we get fabulous service. I recently stopped in to trade in and get a new phone and was taken care of by Bennett Connolly. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable that I was getting the very best service possible. During the next several days, I had a couple of issues, and Bennett was quick to respond to me and give me the solutions I needed. Once again, proving way we always return to U.S. Cellular. I was very pleased with the service I received. Nick Damp was so helpful in helping me choose a new Samsung phone. He patiently answered all my questions. After using the phone for the weekend, I had several questions. I went back for help today. Nick was busy but Toni Capella ably stepped in. She solved my problems and was so helpful. Toni Capello the store manager is knowledgeable and professional - however her best quality is that she carefully listens to what you need before trying to tell you what you need to do - she focuses on you alone while working with you and isnt distracted by what else is happening. She also has an excellent staff and they work together as a true team. When you go into the Grafton location you can be sure that you will have someone help you who is well trained and professional. Happy to have found this particular store for my US Cellular needs - especially Toni.

They were fantastic at this location. I walked in and was immediately asked if I could be helped. Told them I needed a new phone and asked what was the difference between 2 phones and I was shown. I asked at this point what was available in colors...(all) were available. So in and out of the store in just over an hour.

The Associate who took care of me at this store was fantastic...he said his name was Darrin A. and he was very helpful and extremely personable. I really enjoyed working with him and he was very knowledgeable. He didnt pressure me at all, but did talk about the advantages of upgrading, which I may do based upon his recommendation. I did not have that intention when I came into the store (I only wanted to activate an old phone since mine wasnt working) so he is a very good salesman. If I do upgrade, I will specifically ask for him when I go to the store.

Im not going to lie, I was DREADING going to get a new phone after I dropped mine and broke the screen. The last time I had to go to the cell store I was in there for almost 3 hours. I went in and talked to James right away (no waiting). Explained that I want a phone as similar to the one I had (size, etc). James was very knowledgeable and explained different options for me. Showed me a new phone that was exactly like my old phone but had better memory, options, etc. He explained what would be the most cost effective way to get the phone and I was very satisfied with the offer I agreed to. All of my phone data was transferred effortlessly to my new phone and I was in and out of that store in about an hour. THANKS JAMES FOR YOUR STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My order was complicated. I have 5 cell phones on our account and one of which was stolen while my daughter was in South Africa. When I called to inquire about how to best deal with the situation THE RIGHT man, James, answered the phone. He made an appointment for me to come in and work with him. Although it took us 2 hours, I was able to rotate phones, upgrade a phone, pay off the stolen phone and with all that lowered my monthly payment by $8. For well over two decades, I have been a loyal US Cellular customer. Even though I have been a US Cellular customer for that long, I did not transition to a smart phone until today for a variety of reasons. At this Connect Cell store, I worked with Seth Meyer (not the actual tonight show host) who guided be through my purchase and activation of my Apple IPhone XR. Seth was a very knowledgeable and friendly US Cellular agent who I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new smart phone!

I have been with US Cellular for the past 23 years. I was unable to send text pictures with my phone and asked for help. I have had the phone for 4 years and always worked around the problem by attaching to gmail messages. Finally, got sick of situation and could not solve issue on my own. Kyle Westenberger worked with me for 3 hours. Did everything he could with my old phone and it didnt work. I agreed to purchase new phone. After loading up all my apps and numbers and links we tried to send text message and it didnt work. Ended up that US Cellular had turned off the service on some secret behind the scene connection. Got it to work. Got home and called customer service and complained about the situation and ended up with $100 credit for my new phone. Kyle was very friendly and kept a cool head while dealing with a difficult situation. He provided some individual instructions on how to use the new phone because Im an old lady and some of this cell phone stuff is not as intuitive as the manufacture may believe it is (they dont provide manuals believing that people will look on line for instructions). My husband goes to Verizon in Grafton and I have to say that the staff there are not as friendly and willing to work with customers as Kyle was working with me. Thank you Kyle and US Cellular.

Me and my son got there late and wanted to switch from Verizon to US cellular so it was definitely going to take past their closing time to get that accomplished. Nobody seemed bugged by that at all in fact quite the opposite. It was one of the easiest transactions and most pleasant business transactions ive ever done. Great service, great staff! The store is now at 1510 Port Washington Rd in front of the Meijer store. If you search the address on Google Maps, it takes you north of Costco. That is wrong. The store is south of Hwy 60!

My husband and I had one of the best sales experiences in quite some time when we recently purchased our new iPhones from US cellular in Grafton. James Binns was there to greet us when we walked in, asked us how he could help and when we showed him our old iPhones, he asked if we were pleased with the platform, and if wed like to continue using iPhones. He then thoroughly went through all the options/advantages of the new iPhone Xs, comparing not only iPhone models but other phone options and platforms available today. He was extremely knowledgeable and we never felt any pressure to make a decision in any specific direction. We truly believe we got the best phone for our needs. Then James reviewed our phone plan and thought we might be eligible for the promotional discount being offered. He initially met with some resistance from the billing department, but after making a concerted effort to explain our specific situation, including our long-standing customer status, he was able to extend the discount. James really took his time and went out of his way to get us not only the phones we wanted at the best deal available, but also did an outstanding job representing US Cellular and their emphasis on customer service/satisfaction. We highly recommend James & US Cellular for THE BEST service available.

For the price, US Cellular seemed like the way to go. With the ETF payoff plan offered, it made the decision even easier. The staff here was as helpful as they could be during the exchange.Thats where the positive experience ended. The ETF payoff has an 8 week waiting period, weve received not one, but TWO separate disqualification letters for erroneous problems (mostly due to porting number conflicts). Both instances stop, halt and reset the ENTIRE payout process. Both issues were on US Cellulars side and their systems inability to inner communicate (i.e. the rebate center being unable to check if a number was successfully ported)After explaining this to customer service, I was told that there was really nothing they could do, the process is the process and they have no way of foreseeing these issues.This is to say nothing for their automated billing. First automatic payment didnt process and had to be re setup with customer service. Second one went through fine. Third, decided not to process and got combined with the fourth.Bottom Line: My experience with U.S. Cellular has been a nightmare incarnate, my advise to you would be to find a different carrier (I have told them I plan to do exactly that as soon as our contract is over).
