I went in to the salon with a bad attempt to cover my own gray roots and a previous color job that was way too dark. But I have to say I was lucky enough to walk into the JC Penny hair salon and get the most amazing hair dresser that literally performed a miracle! Her name is Shelby Hulsey and I can not say enough good about her! She is my new favorite forever hair dresser!!! Go see her shes amazing!!!!

JC Penny, in Goodlettsville is an excellent salon. Kim has done mine and my hubands hair for several years. She does an excellent job. All the stylists I have seen do a wonderful job. Great salon!
