I dont know why anyone on Gods green planet would ever buy an APPLE anything..cant even reach the store without giving your phone number..theyve begun tracking/retaining everything you do regardless if your an actual customer. I wanted to get 2 hard drives serviced..my business purchased these (wasnt involved in that process) mind you at $2700 a pop and the customer service is actually WORSE than Spectrum or Popeyes. I never thought that was possible...and moderator please no lame excuses (their corp book of excuses is a mile thick)

The table area where they put you while your new phone charging up had a box of ear buds on it. they had people watching us and one person even counted them like he was sent to dust them .Finally, after buying new phone, not a thank you or a bag to carry it. Apple store people, you lack skills. Don’t plan on sitting down anywhere either, keep on movingtowards the door, please, after you’ve paid. Never mind you’re still waiting for other phone battery . Thumbs down🍎

Absolutely terrible experience BOTH TIMES I came here. One time to get my phone replaced and they let me know I had to wait a week so I did wait for my phone and when I returned they wouldn’t let me back my data up before resetting my phone claiming it’s not their job and I can’t get my phone replacement until I’m ready. I drove an hour and 20 minutes here and back both times and I’ll never return and I may not ever use Apple again

Worse experience ever. I came early so I figured if I’m early I get in early if I don’t so be it. A guy walks over and starts helping me then says I will be back once the count down on the lock is over. I say fine. Twenty five minutes go by and he hasn’t came back. Talk to another person he says yeah Rudy was trying to get ahead of the curve so yeah we’re going to see you around 1:00. One comes and goes. I ask the guy at the Genius Bar and he says yeah you’re next up. Like when am I next? All I have to do is drop the laptop off. My appointment was at one. I’ve been here for 45 mins and only a couple people have said something to me which was someone else will be helping you. So 45 mins of just wait and see with no information about how long I will be waiting. You put me in early and then brushed me off but then didn’t have the courtesy to have someone there at one.

I brought my MacBook in for a Genius bar appointment since it was having some issues. I received prompt and helpful service from each of the employees that I interacted with, and it was well worth the time spent in-store to have my laptop looked at. David was able to work his magic and exchange out my non-functioning laptop for a functional one and even managed to keep me on the same installment plan. So thankful for the help I received at this location!

Took my laptop there.I had a couple of issues but only wanted 1 of the problems fixed I was well aware of the 2nd issue I didnt want to fix it. It was almost $500 to fix it so I said No to it. It just wasnt important to me to put a new screen on. Apple will not let you fix your computer unless you agree to fix all the issues.As long as you know about the problem and agree to not have it fixed it should be up to you not Apple.I understand they want their product working at 100% but sometimes the money isnt there to fix it. It should be up to you too take that chance. They should have you sign a contract stating you agree to not fix it.

I recently had to replace my iPhone and made an appointment on site around 11 AM. I expected a wait time of 45 minutes but was pleasantly surprised to wait only 10 minutes.I received excellent service using Apple Care to replace my phone. While I had to answer several questions about how the phone became damaged, the entire process only lasted about 30 minutes and I walked out with a new phone.Overall, the staff was very professional and my experience was great. Apple knows how to take care of customers!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Management definitely needs a course in customer service. Absolutely refused to even look at an IPad that had a white screen. Manager Ben was very unhelpful and discriminates against physically disabled people. Hopefully Apple can get Ben some training.

After being sent t a local best buy for repairs on my iphone and them not having any clue how to fix it I was sent here which is an hour away. it was just over an hour before closing they were able to get my phone fixed that night instead of me having to drive back the next day. My wife had a 3:15pm appointment 5/1/21 for a problem her apple watch. Upon arrival she was subject a mask & temperature check by the greeting agent. My wife is African American female. The service on her phone was ok. My concern is not all patrons were subject to temperature checks, mostly minorities were checked. We have no problem with policy, but that policy should be all or none. Everyone was required to wear a mask entering the store.

Excellent service at the door despite the pandemic restrictions. David helped me determine what phone would be best for me with absolutely no pressure. David was knowledgeable and honestly a delight to work with, both my fiancé and I agreed on this. I ended up purchasing an iPhone 12 mini (switched from Samsung S9 and tried a Pixel 4a along the way). I love that the iPhone 12 mini, it is the perfect size and it has all the features and more than I could want.

Horrible service. Booked an appointment b/c of charging issues. The closest category listed was accessories as my issue is between the phone and the chargers (they all work on other Apple devices). When I arrived at my appointment time, they said oh, actually you need to see a genius, so you can either wait or come back 6 hours later...Despite making an online appointment for this issue and planning my day around it. What a waste and horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. They dont accept walk ons, so we ordered over the $1475 phone. We were given a confirmation number and a 15 minute window to pick up the phone. Received an email with the same information. We showed up right on time, walked up to the door where 2 security guards questioned us, went into the store, and they said we couldnt pick up the phone until we got the second confirmation email.We went back outside and called Apple again. The representative on the phone asked to talk to a store associate. When I told the security guard that, he wouldnt let us back in. I pointed out that there were 7 associates inside and only 1 customer and asked for someone to come out to talk to us (if we couldnt go in) he yelled, Are you trying to tell me how to do my job? I said yes and went back to the phone.The phone representative asked to talk to the security, which also go us nowhere. We went back to the car. (It was 20 degrees outside and windy.) After about 20 minutes on the phone the phone representative told us that she had the final confirmation email sent to us, and then we were disconnected. No email arrived.We called back and talked to a different representative who told us that the other representative could not have an email sent out. She assured us she submitted a request to locate the problem. She had no idea what the problem was or when the problem would be corrected.We waited around for 20 minutes more and then left. 10 minutes later we got the second email. We went back to the store and picked up the phone. And even though the email said they could activate the phone at the store, guess what. They couldnt activate the phone at the store!IF YOU THINK THIS WAS DIFFICULT TO READ, IMAGINE LIVING IT!Bottom line: if you want the biggest fiasco of your life trying to buy a phone, order from this place.

I had a bad taste in my mouth about Apple Stores just from what Ive heard from friends. This was my first experience and I have to say, I couldnt be happier. There was a young man named Sam that was so knowledgeable and patient and helpful. My disabled ipad was back up and running in 20 minutes with not too much information lost. My experience definitely changed my view about owning more Apple products.

I had a pair of BeatsX earphones that had the right side stop working. I contacted Apple support since they own Beats. They sent me to this Apple Store via Genius Bar. They had no idea what to do, said BeatsX are not considered a true Apple Product (they sell them) and they don’t deal with them. Then I was told it was out of warranty. I showed my Best Buy receipt from 6 months ago. That wasn’t enough for them to get things moving. I still had to email it later after being told showing them was enough. So $99 malfunctioning earphones, they replaced them right? Wrong. They sent them in for repairs. That was December 26th. They’ve had them since. This store calls me every three days to give me updates on how they’re still working on it. Why not just replace them? Why are they wasting so much time on this? BeatsX were replaced with Beats Flex that this store even sells for $50. Those would have been fine but they can’t do that either. What a total mess. I was using this to take business calls and I liked how they were attached so I couldn’t lose them like AirPods. Apple messed Beats up. What good is a warranty when one of the greatest companies on earth won’t honor the warranty like their other products? It’s as if Apple wants you to simply throw them away and buy them again. This isn’t what “green” environmentally conscious companies like Apple claims to be do.Outside of that, the guy standing outside guarding the line of people in the cold snowy weather, keeping them masked and distanced was the nicest employee. Give. That. Man. A. Raise.

Never trust online ordered on apple.com . They will take you through to payment and choose time frame for pick up for same day. After payments went thru, it will tells you to wait 24 to 48 hours. Sorry, not gonna place order ever again!

Apple stores used to be known, in my experience, for being so helpful and customer friendly. Now, just to show me something simple, an associate easily do it in few minutes, they told me to have appointment. I understand if I need something that takes time or if they were busy, it was dead slow and most of the associates was just taking to each other. I wouldn’t surprise this specific location store closes permanently!

I spilled coffee all over my laptop which did not have apple care. I left work and sped over to the closest Apple store with the hope that they could help. Unfortunately, it didnt take long for my computer to completely die. It reached that point before I was up in line for the genius bar. The folks at this location were helpful, calm, and talked me through my options. Despite having to spend a good bit of money for a solution, I would recommend this location to any apple user. The staff did all that they could to help and truly gave me great options to work through. I would highly recommend them for their character and kindness to me.

Sales woman was nice but she made a mistake and we were double charged for an iWatch. Apple Bayshore can’t help me get my money back so now I’m working with my financial institution to get a credit issued. “Adam” the manager doesn’t care. Zero sense of urgency with no authority to help. Long story short - If you need to see the items in person, check out the store, but order the items directly from Apple so there are no billing issues.

Came here because my iPhone X was having issues, and was still under warranty. I wasn’t optimistic about having to wait for a “genius”, but I was proved very wrong. The young man who helped me was very fast and very friendly. He diagnosed my issue immediately and I was given a new phone. He said I could set it up myself at home, and I said I didn’t know how, so he did it for me in store. It was honestly a very positive experience and I was so relieved.

This is an excellent Apple store, my boyfriend and I have been in the store multiple times this past week to try and get his computer fixed. The computer has been fixed successfully and today we went into the store to pick up the Mac and we brought our 7 week old golden retriever puppy and she was adored completely by all staff members. It is so amazing to have a dog friendly store at Bayshore, Apple especially. Apple was even generous to offer Piper a treat at their store. Piper loved all of the attention and the workers were incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate this store and all of the friendly faces! Piper would be happy to be the face of this Apple store! ;)

It was awesome! Everyone was really friendly and very nice! I was there to get my phone screen replaced and the Genius who helped me was very nice and knowledgable. I was very fortunate for them to be able to replace it and fix it during my visit. It took about an hour and a half but it was well worth the $130 and the time I waited to fix it. Puzzling lack of attention. Been coming to this apple store since it opened in something like 2005. Walked in. Was not greeted at all. Finally asked and got on some list to be helped with a purchase. Came in ready to buy a $1500 laptop. Leaving after 25 min empty handled. People standing around looking earnest. No one actually ready to support customers. With the exception of one visit of which was near the time for the store to close its doors for the day, I consistently have had good experiences at the Apple Store in Bayshore. The staff are always friendly and genuine and seem very sincere in wanting to be helpful. Those employed there appear to interact well with each other, thus creating a pleasant environment. I have always felt respected by whomever was helping me even if I feared the question I had may come off rooted in technical ignorance. I have never felt rushed or insignificant, even though the majority of my visits were to have a question(s) asked and not to make a purchase.

I went in to try to reset my iPhone. CJ helped me out the most, though all the staff was very attentive. CJ went above and beyond helping me with some complicated issues and was very accommodating with my 2 year old trying to play with everything in the meantime. Look, I dont envy Apple Store employees- it gets crazy busy, and at the Genius Bar theyre dealing with unhappy customers 90% of the time, many of whom didnt prepare adequately for their visit. But Ive had several Genius Bar appointments there and each time theyve been running incredibly late. There always seem to be several employees standing around when others are running around trying to support multiple customers at once. Ive gotten emails from them asking for a call back during a repair of my devices, and they dont even answer the phone. It just rings a bunch of times and disconnects. How am I supposed to give them the info they need if they dont answer the phone? Just feels like management could do a lot better. Ill go to Mayfair the next time I have to go to an Apple Store.

Possibly the worst Apple store, or maybe just store in general. Read on.Theres a few things you expect when you walk into an Apple store: tons of employees, standard Apple pricing, and getting asked a million times if you need help.Well, in this particular case, I did need help. I recently damaged my Mac and needed a quote for the repair cost. I walked to the Genius bar and arrived at the back for along with another customer. Only one employee was at the Genius bar, and already helping another customer. We both waited almost 5 minutes before hearing anything from any employee. It should be noted that many employees (6-8 Id guess) walked by us without so much as have you been helped? or Well be with you shortly. The other gentleman even asked me How hard is it to talk to someone around here?Finally, two employees came up to us, seeming confused about which one should actually help us. Right as it seemed like one was about to ask me whats going on he said that actually someone else would sign me in... okay? So the gentleman in front of me was assisted first, and shortly after me. Or so I thought.The employee asked What do you need help with today? in standard fashion, but, while waving his arm motioning for someone else...weird. About 5 seconds later another employee came up and he dropped our conversation. He and the other employee discussed another customers issue for about 1-2 minutes, right in front of me, without so much as an excuse me or one moment. Really?Finally, he takes my information down regarding repair on a liquid spill and my contact info. I mention specifically, I am looking for a quote--more on this later. He mentions the wait is roughly 30-45 minutes, and to have a seat. What? The gentleman in front of me was suggested to go have grab a coffee or walk around and come back in 20 minutes. The heck?So I sit down, and the only good part of this -- they get to me in about 15 minutes. Cool. We go to the genius bar where I explain that I have had a liquid spill on the notebook, and want a quote for repair. He scans the device then explains that all liquid related spills are a flat fee. Really? So I waited 30 minutes in total for a 1 sentence answer?Honestly terrible. Makes me rethink buying a Mac if this is the service level associated with a premium device. My wife currently uses a PC bought at a Windows store, the customer service experience is night and day./EndRant. Thanks for listening.

Went here to get a fix completed on my work phone, employee (Joe) treated it as a personal cellphone and told me I would be charged for the phone fix. Never looked into the corporate side of things and told me I was to be charged. Incredibly dissatisfied and its the reason why I dont like Apple products.
