He picked out the perfect phone for my granddaughters birthday located one in New Mexico , ordered it had it shipped and called us when it was in on her birthday 🎉 He wished her a happy birthday when we walked in. We have a cabin about 30 miles outside Flagstaff, AZ and went to the Verizon store there to update our account and equipment. The staff there obviously did not want to help us and we were told we must have an appointment before obtaining any service. I wonder how we were supposed to know that an appointment was required - hmmm. We were told the day we were there was completely booked and so was the next day. After driving 30 miles to get to the store, this was very frustrating and irritating.Now for the redemption for Verizon. We returned to Phoenix, AZ (I did check on line to see if appointments were mandatory - but did not find anything like that). The Verizon store at 43rd Ave and Bell Rd was busy but the store had lots of staff on hand and were serving 6 or 7 families as we arrived. It took about 5 minutes before Mauricio (not positive about spelling) sat down with us to discuss what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite. courteous and displayed patience to us older folks. He worked past his scheduled check-out time and we bought two new phones and 4 new Mi-Fis (for the cabin - there is no Wi-Fi service at the cabin). The MiFi runs the security cameras and our firesticks and works great.The difference in service and attitude at those two Verizon stores was like night and day.

I bought a phone a Motorola a few days ago from a gentleman named JT very very good. but I had some more questions so I went there today Sunday and I dont didnt get the guys name hes a real real fat big guy and I was very unhappy with the way he helped me he kind of helped me but at the same time of helping me he was playing with his phone and it seemed like he wasnt too thrilled to be there I dont know his name but that guy is not a very good employee in my opinion

Went in after doing business with Sprint for over 15 yrs . After all the issues I was having with Sprint/ T-mobile, I was expecting problems switching. These guys made the process so easy and sressfree. All my questions were not just answered but shown on paper. They answered my questions clearly and if I didnt understand, they found a better way to explain so I would. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend them.

So I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon last week. I at first had some issues with switching a T-Mobile iPhone 7plus over to Verizon service. It seems that particular phone wouldn’t ever work on Verizon service as expected. I worked with an Associate named Paul. The man wasn’t just pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He was benevolent and professional in a way that can only be described as truly going above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for this type of service come check out this place. All the associates seem to have the best interest of the client at heart. However, Paul truly went above and beyond.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Every one is polite, so so helpful, knowledgeable, and they really aren’t there to just take your money. The gentleman I worked with was beyond helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed and wanted. Even when there was an issue, he fixed it without hesitation or argument or charging me extra. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

I went into Verizon on an extremely busy Saturday. I was greeted by a representative who told me who my sales rep would be. He pointed out the sales person to me. After waiting not too long they sales person greeted me and showed me to his desk. I was there to terminate my existing carrier and to purchase a new phone. Im a senior citizen and certainty no techieyet the agent took the time to answer my every question. Such service is rare.

Gustavo was awesome. He knew his stuff and I got exactly what I wanted. No pressure to get something I didnt want.

They got me a new phone it was just 800$ of an upgrade I achieved. 40$ activation fee. Integrity is one word to some up this none shady place of being heard.

My phone essentially needed a new SIM card. Brandon, the associate that helped me, troubleshot the problem. He was very thorough. I was in the store a total of 12 minutes. He was professional and courteous. I have a lot of confidence returning to this store if I have other problems or if I need a new phone or accessories. He was well aware of the problems that could cause my specific problem. It is a huge relief to be able to deal with someone competent and in person.

I will never return to this location was looking for a screen protector for a week and a half they finally had one the sells guy puts it on fingerprint did not work take it back off and had to use a razor blade in hand sanitizer on my phone Ive had less than a week took pill It Off. So now I got my phone back after sitting there for half an hour with no screen protector and Im surprised I dont have razor blade marks on my new phone. And now nobody in the valley has the screen protector for my phone so thanks a lot store I will never ever return and I will probably go to Yelp next worst store in the valley

When I first switched to Verizon 3 years ago, I purchased a phone at this location and had a great customer service experience. Todays visit was anything but. Long story short, I was told by a customer sales associate I should not be so difficult. I advised the supervisor of this persons conduct and I hope they resolve his lack of customer service ability.

We switched from Sprint to Verizon and Jose was excellent in the process. It is customer service like what we recieved from Jose that made us know we were making the right choice by switching. He answered all our questions and was very helpful! Cant recommend enough.

Hello I just wanted to recognize Jesse for his excellent customer service. Yesterday I went in and was looking to upgrade my phone and he made it super easy for me. He was very personable and made the process very easy for me. Jesse helped me set up my iPhone right then and there and helped me make the best choice of which iPhone I bought. Disappointed! At first, we were very happy with our purchase. We needed to upgrade my husbands phone and add a line for my daughter. Our salesman told us there would be no activation fee and that there was a buy one, get one free promotion on an awesome phone. We walked away happy. Last month, after the activation fee was charged on one of the phones, I had to contact Verizon, which they refunded it but told us that the no activation was new lines only. Frustrating, but at least it was resolved. Then, this month the buy one, get one free credits should have started - well, they didnt. The promotion ended 2 days before we bought our phone and Verizon wont honor it. Its been two months, so now we have no options to change phones (which would cost more anyway). So every month after purchasing phones in April, I have had to contact Verizon to clear up what we were told on purchase and didnt even get the full promotion that this company promoted. After being hounded to leave a 5 star review for our salesman, I am glad I didnt as we certainly didnt receive 5 start service.

My mother was sold a used phone and being told that the woman exchange it Because she did not like the color of it to. Little did we know we purchased a cracked phone and Brandon never told us that it was cracked. Taking the phone in yesterday to get ported we found out of the phone was cracked and it was used there are no more in stock. And now because of their lack of customer service And not disclosing the full reason why people exchange telephones. I am now out the phone that I wanted and have to pay more money to get a different one Because there are new more no more note 9s. This is not the 1st but the 2nd unpleasant customer service experience my family has had.

This store is the best cellular sales store around Julio who helped me with setting up my business account went way beyond and bent over backwards to get done with what needed to be done top notch sales rep for this company after everything was said and done I had an issue with my new phone and went back in a Julio took care of the issue if you want excellent service stop in and ask for Julio

I was there for approximately hour & half asking a ton of questions. He was able to answer every single one and help me make a phone decision that was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase and felt very welcomed. He ordered the exact phone I wanted got me the best deal he could and as soon as the phone came in called me to let me know. What a sad excuse of customer service....I had to get in touch with Verizon, to fix a miscommunication, (on Verizons end) that literally could have been handled at the store, but they didnt even try.It was way too easy for them to try and make me pay for a 1k phone that was being returned, instead of helping to resolve the issue.
