The person that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was quickly able to identify the problem and offered a workable solution since I was in a hurry. I was impressed with is overall demeanor, which was calm and confident. He repaired it on the spot, which was nice. The shop itself is very neat and clean, and the woman on the phone that I talked to before coming in was kind and helpful as well. I was able to get back to my doctoral work and submit something that was time sensitive. I highly recommend this company for any type of Mac repairs.

Very happy with their service. Super fast and affordable. I originally brought my laptop to FRYS to repair my power jack. It took them at least a week to finish and it only lasted a few months before it went out again. Not with this place though, I was in and out in just a few hours! They gave me a very fair deal that I was comfortable with so I got to leave the shop happy and with some more cash in pocket! My poor computer was ailing and wouldnt boot up. Andy gave me a next day appointment and completely resuscitated my computer. After the tune-up, its running great again. Its the worste PC service. They made me switch my 1000$ graphic card The service was som mean to me. I dont reccomend this place at all. He overcharged me. All he did is downloaded free antivirus. I have a feeling they made my pc even worse.

Went in to get a quote to fix my computer I could give my insurance company. I dropped water onto it and it was just a white screen. The owner says because the computer turned on it can be fixed - a relief, all my pictures and work are on this computer. He said it just needed a new glass, and he had a high quality glass that can improve the resolution. Awesome! Done deal. Thank you for the quick work!

A while back I had an issue where my computer wouldnt start up. I had been told by a previous computer repair place that I would need to get a new motherboard to fix the issue. Thankfully, I brought my computer to Andy computer store and I was told I would not need to buy a new motherboard. Instead of paying 200+$ for a new motherboard I payed 60$ for a new fan and cooling system that fixed the issue. They were always available and super kind. Great place and highly recommended! Ps: Ive not had a single issue with my computer since then.

I had problems with my old laptop and Ando the technician who works there help me to fix it. I went to Best Buy and the Geeks tech told me not. Any time that I have questions he is always happy to help. I also bought a laptop there, not too expensive.

Hes the worst, I cant understand all the good reviews. Theyre probably from his friends and family. He was mean and belittling and caused more problems to my pc. He overcharged me, took a really long time and didnt even fix the problems I brought it in for. When I called him about it he didnt get back to me and then refused to help. Dont go here.

My computer was running very slow and Ando was able to do my free diagnostic in one day. He said my hard drive was fail so he was able to save all my data put a new hard drive in my computer. He had it up a running the very next day! Fast and awesome service

Ando is almost too good to be true. I went to him because of all the positive reviews. Id accidently spilt some water on my laptop keyboard so the keys werent working - Ive had this Dell laptop for many years and never had any issues but a lapse in drink judgement required a professional. I didnt have an appointment and just showed up as soon as he opened and he immediately knew my keyboard was fried. He sent me a price within a few hours. I thought it would take a week to get the part, but less than 24 hours later he text me saying my laptop was ready. You just dont get that type of service anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was having problems with my compaq pc and decided to go around the corner from my home to Andos business. I was getting just a black screen and thought that maybe it was the video card, but Ando told me different. I had never been there, so I looked him up and read the reviews (good) so I decided to give him a try. I was very impressed. Ando is a very nice guy and he was very helpful. He explained a lot to me and the best part was that he did NOT charge an arm and a leg. I took my pc in to him and he fixed it the same day. He even upgraded my pc. It turned out to be something wrong with the operating system.I would definitely recommend Andos service. He will be my new go to guy.
