Dude was so nice!!! it was hard switching the network over to the new phone since it was bought online from amazon but he kept trying and got it! i didn’t get his name but thank you for helping my mom and i with her new phone :-)

I had to change my review because whatever merges that was made has made my phone service has awful. I pay my bill and I can’t use my hotspot or get on the Internet. I have Wi-Fi on my phone so I don’t use my data and my phone runs low all the time now on my phone just cut off for no reason while I’m in the middle of a conversation or while I am cooking up something on my phone it takes forever for the service to kick in. My phone keeps saying that he wants to do Wi-Fi calling and I keep trying to take it off and it keeps cutting off my services service saying that I’m on Wi-Fi calling and I’m not. The service has just been horrible since the switch. I’m really thinking about changing my phone service because I don’t think I shouldn’t be paying as much as I paid and not be able to use the things that are on my phone

Mobile PCS definitely gave us the lowest price plan with best coverage unlimited minutes and enough data for what we needed to use. We didnt have to pay for a phone every month they gave us two free phones to start with so that was awesome. The LG phones they gave us were smartphones and very nice. The customer service representative set us up with the new phones and new plans very quickly so it took us under a half an hour to have everything set up and get out of the store and we were really happy with our new MetroPCS plans and lower phone bill. We got to break up with Sprint.

Worst experience ever! After dealing with Arianna I was ready to pull my hair out! She totally lied to me just to get me to switch over. She sold me a refurbished phone and said it was “brand new, out of the box” I cancelled their service and got a full refund the next day. Horrible horrible customer service! I will never go back or recommend metro pcs to ANYONE!!
