Very bad experience, was also told a certain price.. Manager made it seem like he was giving out great deals, I go to my bank statements and was charge more then what was told. I called the manager all he said was that we agreed on the price he charged me. I also signed up for a program where they would be able to help transfer everything from my phone to my computer, which I paid extra for this service... When I took my computer in “Manager” response was.... I don’t know how to do it, so you would have to leave your phone and computer here for a couple days so I can figure it out. Very bad service didn’t really try to help at all. Super unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this place at all! I’m not one to ever write bad reviews but this place was definitely a horrible experience!

My phone was cracked and so I had come to this place to get it fixed. The price was reasonable and Dmitriy helped me get on a plan that was amazing and fitting for me. He also helped me get my price lowered after getting on the plan. Afterwards, he fixed my phone in less than 2 hours. He fixed my screen, applied a screen protector, and then even changed my battery when I didnt ask him to! This was a happy surprise for me. I didnt even think it was fixable because my phone was SMASHED he fixed the display, front and back screen put on a cover and case. And everything was reasonably priced. Broke the screen on my business phone, I could only afford to have a couple hours of downtime. I called these guys and they were able to repair my screen within a very short period of time. Luckily they werent busy the day I came in, Dimitri was the one who helped me out and I had my phone back in less than 2 hours. I came to pick up my phone after the scheduled time only to be told the parts were not available to fix the phone. There was no communication about the issue on their end after having the phone for 5hrs. I would’ve expected the technician to inform me that the phone couldn’t be repaired. I’m giving 2 stars because once the parts did come in, the service was quick.

Speedy fix, good customer service

Broke my phone 2 hours ago set up a claim with Verizon. Came in let them know I had a claim in place already they too my info let me know how long it would take and went right to work. Came back my phone was looking brand new again quick, clean, and great customer service!

Still requires masks, offered a disposable. Their diagnostic machine was broken and failed to mention that when the appointment was made, had to go to another location.

I came to get my cracked screen repaired. They replaced the screen but after a few days. it wasnt working anymore. I took it back and they opened it up and fixed it but then it was acting up again. I went back in and the guy told me to just file another claim. Im annoyed because I just really wanted my screen repaired. They literally broke my phone. It wasnt acting like this before the screen replacement. After viewing the phone in closer detail, i noticed they bent the screen and theres a fine gap between the screen and the side of the phone, with the internals peaking out. I am disgusted and very angry.I will not be going back to this location. The guy who was managing the front was giving off a very rude and unprofessional attitude every time I walked in. If you dont like your job; quit! Ill be going to the Goodyear location. Do not put your trust in these guys. I rarely give bad reviews but I felt the need to warn others about this location.EDIT: I took my phone to the uBreakiFix, in GOODYEAR, and they were able to replace the screen and get my phone running again!

I was treated extremely well . I was given an estimate over the phone and they came in actually lower when I went in to have the work done on my phone. Dmitriy helped me out repairing a iphone XR screen and digitizer. I was expecting it to take 2 hours or so. He said it would take about 30 mins. And it was actually quicker than that! Quick turnaround time and rep was very knowledgeable and definitely made sure all my questions were answered. Definitely recommend!

I drive Uber Eats in my spare time and for a while I was using a phone mount that attached to my ac vent. In my Kona, the vent slots are thick and there is a big piece that sticks out that you use to direct the air where you want it, that hindered the mount from staying in place. The phone took a good, hard fall from the vent, while attached to the charging cable. After that, the jack seemed to be loose and the connection while charging or listening to music via USB kept cutting in and out. Well? I said. Go see how much I’ll be bent over for to fix the jack or start looking for a new one. Pulled into Ubreak I Fix at 91st and northern and brought it in expecting the worst. The gentleman working knew exactly what was wrong and didn’t want anything to do with my long winded story of my phone mount. He grabbed some tweezers and pulled fist size dust balls out of the jack and handed the phone back to me. No charge and it connects like new. Thanks Ubreak I Fix! Clean your phones people!

I dropped my phone from my apartment 3 stories high... I was told by several specialists that I just had to get a new phone. Currently battling with their corporate office after my laptops motherboard and battery were fried during a screen replacement. Basically, I brought in a laptop with a cracked screen, and 2 MONTHS LATER they handed me back a broken piece of garbage and said we cant fix this.I sent the laptop in to the manufacturer and the repairs are quoted at 1700 dollars, and uBreakiFix are doing everything they can to avoid paying for the damages, citing some bogus warranty policy I never agreed to. .The company should rebrand to iBreakuPay. At least it would be honest.

Don’t waste your money I had my iPad Pro fix there I had to go back 7 times to fix it then the last month of my warranty it broke and the screen just popped off so now I have to go pay more to fix it again
