Have had numerous troubles with AT&T and so it was time to switch services. I was recommended Cricket by a friend for their amazing customer service and willingness to help and that is exactly what I got. I went in and was greeted immediately by Elvira and was given comfort my issues would be resolved with this company. She went out of her way and took her time explaining everything in a way I could understand. She made the process easy and simple! This is customer service, Cricket, whatever you do, keep hiring amazing people like Elvira!!

Went in to upgrade my phone: guy was super polite and stated that accessories were included with the phone but when he rang me up I noticed i was being charged additionally for them. He knocked a few bucks off his original statement was false which made me feel like he was trying to pull a fast one. He also stated that i had one month free of insurance but was billed 3 days later on my due date for it. Im really annoyed and probably wont return to this store again.

Went all over the valley trying to find someone to help with my phone troubles. Couldnt seem to find a plan that worked for me until I met Elvira. She was able to explain exactly what my options were. I left the store with a bra,d new phone and a plan that worked for me. If 10 stars were an option I would give 10.

This stores manager is an ripped off guy. I lost my phone and need to buy a new sim card to replace the lost one. He always wanted to charge $25 for activation fee while my cricket account was already in active. He doesnt want to sell Cricket sim card without $25 activation fee + $10 sim card.Complain has been filed.I would rather tell people to go to another store to open an account. The customer service environment from this store is very poor. Not a good way to handle business

Avoid this place! They dont listen to you and are more than happy to rip you off! If you want cricket service, go to another location!

Bought a new phone, girl talked me in to buying a more expensive Motorola which turned off after installing the sim card and would not turn back on, was the only model they had so they had to return it and sell me the lg I went in for and return $42 to my card.
