The only shop to go to when you need your phone repaired!I had a cracked screen on my XR iPhone and decided to check this place out for the first time. It only cost $145 to repair and it was done in 15 minutes! I’m sure other places would charge more or double the price. This place was affordable and the work was quick and efficient. The owner was incredibly kind and genuine. The world definitely needs more people like that. I will be referring this store to my friends and family for their phone repairs.

I hope this store has just changed locations. I only dealt with them a few times and they were honest, professional and friendly. When i went there yesterday, (Sunday, Aug 22) the store was empty. As i said., I hope they relocated somewhere. I hae a 5 y.o. son and I need them again.

Had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s. Called and spoke to Zack and he was incredibly professionally and informative on the process. Recently the stock battery in my Note 5 was reaching the end of its effective life so I wanted to get a new one. I got my battery replaced here and it appears the part installed had an issue (not the stores fault). They were more than happy to have me come in and get it fixed same-day without any charge despite I believe me being slightly past their normal warranty window. I appreciate this level of customer service and would use this location as my first choice if I ever need any future work!

My Galaxy 8s took a dump or so I thought. I took my phone to where I purchased it from Verizon. They informed me after looking at it that I had not purchased the warranty. I asked the verizon agent what I could do to get it fixed. He suggested I take my phone to a mobile repair shop. I asked do you know of a reputable shop in my area? He suggested I go to Matrix. When I got to the store a nice young man asked me how he could help. I explained that I could not charge my phone. I explained I have 2 charges and my wife had the same charger as well, none of them would work to charge my phone. He politely ask to see my phone then took it in the back. He was back out front in less than five min. He said lint had built up in my charging port and he cleaned it out and it was now able to take a charge. I asked how much I owed him? He said nothing it was his pleasure. I asked If he had a new charger I could purchase? He said I would not need one. I thanked him and he wished me a good day.I was shocked that this day and age there are still honest people like this young man. I would recommend Matrix to anyone. I feel like even if it would have cost me, that dealing with them they would treat me right. I believe that businesses and people like this young man would treat everyone fairly and honestly.

This store is dangerous and a terrible place to try and do business. Took a note 5 in and got it back broke. Went back for a refund to have Zack throw it down on the concrete . Then he picked it back up and threw it outside and stomped on it. Needless to say called the police and he told them I did it. Why would I destroy my own phone. But he left his shoe print on my phone. Pressed criminal charges. Do your self a favor ladies and gents stay as far away as possible. Cant even imagine what he is capable of.

These guys know their stuff and are honest about the work. My son was having charging port issues with his iPhone 7 so we called around. After calling a couple different places, getting quotes high and low, Mobile Matrix Repair was the only shop that was honest with me. Turns out the charge ports in the iPhone 7’s are too new to really be having issues. So they said bring it in and let them have a look. Turned out it was just some pocket lint. What other companies were trying to make a big deal these guys handled in 30 seconds flat. Very thankful to have ran across such a honest company. Could have easily taken advantage but didn’t. When it comes to something as important as our families phones from now on, our first stop will be Mobile Matrix Repair from now on.

This place treated me so good! I came in to get my cracked screen repaired and it was finished in 20 mins and my phone looked brand new!!! Zack, the owner of MMR, is an awesome guy and he does real quality work with genuine Apple parts. I needed to get a new battery for my 7 Plus which was constantly dying and holding hardly any charge, Zack took the time to explain what was going on with my battery and even show me how damaged my battery was. I also had them replace my screen a few months ago which they did a great job on as well. I will give them my repeat business and only them, they are the only store that seems to truly care about the quality of their work and the parts they use. Thanks again guys!!

Called about 11am to inquire about a iPhone7+ screen repair. Apple said water markers were set off but they wouldnt tell me if there was any real damage and it was $350 to fix. Took it to Mobile Matrix for a repair. On the phone Zack said it could be 45-60 minutes if there was any water damage because theyre a bit extra careful with these. 30 minutes later im out the door. Screen is repaired. He said while the water markers were set off he could see no current issues. Motherboard, screws, etc... all had no corrosion and I should be fine. I am reasonable customer. I am not holding him to this because there are simply too many variables but I appreciate the honest feedback from a business guy. Cracked phone is not driving me crazy any more and I am thrilled with the service at Mobile matrix repair.

Went there, bought a phone, and it was a dud. I brought it back three different times to get it fixed. By the 4th time it completely gave out and stopped working. I figured I may have just gotten a bad phone out of the bunch. They traded it out for one that was an older model and smaller model then I bought. The second phone started to give me issues and not work. There were also problems with it the second day I had it. For the most part they were helpful but most full of it. The manager/owner kept trying to push me off and didn’t want to deal with the problem.

HORRIBLE customer service. I brought in a WORKING tablet with a damaged screen. They took the tablet apart before they made sure they had the right part for it. He then refused to fix it and hung up on me. He did give me my money back but that doesn’t do much for the four days that I was without my tablet and I’m still without it the day I write this review. I filed a complaint on the BBB website. You cannot treat people this way

Mobile matrix is the WORST place to take your iPhone for a screen repair. Just left after my iPhone had been giving me issues for months , home button not working at all after repair and finally while out of the country it stop working completely saying “unable to activate Touch ID on this phone”.The worst part is I went 2 days before my trip while it was operable to an extent after visiting a Tmobile store and them letting me know my issues were derived from a faulty SCREEN REPLACEMENT. I had no idea I just thought my phone was beginning to break down. Anyhow, they informed me to go back and have them rectify the situation since my phone was no longer under warranty due to a 3rd party touching it. I did to no avail. No customer service given other than to offer it to be replaced for half off. I declined having to pay for something that was clearly their fault. I left and while out of the country one day into my vacation it stops working completely. I was left with no phone basically to perform my work, answer emails, texts, calls, nothing. I went back this morning and got the owner who actually did my screen replacement and he was so rude and even offensive. He claimed it was MY FAULT it was inoperable and even said there was no record of me being there the Wednesday I went. Mind you there is a camera in the building and he refused to check it for verification I was in fact there. He threatened to call the cops because obviously I was angry of this whole situation and even asked me to leave all because I, in fact told him he did a bad job on my phone. I wanted to let my neighbors know my experience there as I have never been so offended as much as I have been today with this company. I’m happy some of you have had a better experience and maybe even no issues but I’m so disappointed that this type of person with poor business ethics has a business in our neighborhood.

Samsung Galaxy S7 in for replacement of shattered screen. Didnt think it could be fixed after being ran over but Mobile Matrix got the job done. Unfortunately I dropped it and screen broke again so I ordered a new phone and when it came in Mobile Matrix did a full data transfer and I am back in business.I would highly recommend this place for your cell phone and tablet needs. Very professional and great at what they do.

I cracked my screen and had a new one within 30 minutes. The cost came with a 60 day warranty, which I was immensely grateful for, seeing as how I came back two days later after one of my students damaged my display by pressing extremely hard on my phone. My Sim card just stopped working, Went to Verizon and the employee tried to do nothing but tell me I had to buy a new phone that Mine would not work. A friend had shared that there was a Cell Phone Repair store and the Owner (Zack) was really knowledgeable and genuine. So right as I am about to spend $650 on another phone, I decided to go to Mobile Matrix Repair to see if I had any other options. WOW WAS I GLAD I CAME HERE. Zack did a Diagnostics for free for me and Determine my phone was 100% fine, however he fixed it, did so in minimal time and when I asked how much did I owe him, much to my surprise he said nothing. I went from Verizon lying and trying to manipulate me into a sale, to Zack fixing my problem and not charging me. WOW WHAT A GREAT BUSINESS, LOVE THE OWNER, RECOMMEND ALWAYS GOING HERE BEFORE GOING HERE to truly see what options are available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Good phone repair place. They are nice and their prices are reasonable.

I dont normally leave negative responses however because of the nature of our experience and complete fiasco to get our IPhone device repaired/replaced as the end result (by our carrier insurance) - its probably good others know the facts before repairing their IPhones ...and I wished I knew what I now know. Mobile Matrix does not disclose or tell you once they repair your phone, Apple will not touch your phone or repair it after a third party has altered it. Period. Zack seems to think otherwise (argued with me about what Apple will do or not do) regardless, his pride REFUSED to make it right. Since Mobile Matrix was the last place to alter our device we thought Zack would be more than happy to assist us or offer a diagnostic test on the phone. Instead he didnt return my messages, then chose to leave us hanging because his pride is far more important than taking care of a customer complaint. Both our service carrier and Apple advised us not to use that store again. It was handled improperly and unethically, sad to say.

Moto Z replace screen. Ahead of time they said it would be original Motorola Gorilla Glass, but it is not. Plus, it is not attached properly. It moves up and down, spongy, when you press on it, and you can put your fingernail underneath screen almost all the way around. Took it back two more times to no avail. Disappointing.

This place charges more to fix phones than it would cost to just buy a new phone. Then when you point that out they get offended and turn into telephone tough guys. What a joke. I dont waste my time or money on businesses that dont have the common sense to be professional.
