Amazing experience. They fixed my mystery no-start problem on a 2018 Jeep in less than a week. I am programmed to be distrustful of mechanics (daddy issues 🤷🏻‍♂️) but these guys from start to finish were 100% transparent. Great communication, excellent customer service, even reached out to the Jeep dealership on my behalf. Best part, they didn’t overcharge me. And wait…did they….did they fill up my gas tank? I think they did.

This was my second time dealing with this shop. Both times it took almost a month to fix minor problems.The most recent time I was not given a rental car for two weeks despite calling every other day asking when I can. During this time I was walking to get groceries. I had to tell my new job that I couldnt come in. I finally got tired of waiting for a car and rented my own putting me back $50 when I should have gotten a car much sooner. I was eventually told they were fixing my car I was told that I could get a rental car and they would be done with my car in two days. 8 days later I got my car back. Since I had a rental car they provided for me longer than 7 days I had to pay for one day of my loaner car. Another $40 I had to unexpectedly spend. When I was called and told I could pick up my car they told me my battery looked Low on juice. They told me I would need a new battery soon. I told them I would like my car back and would keep an eye on it. When I picked up my car, not only did I get charged $200 that was not mentioned prior to pickup, the lock button on my key was ripped off with no mention to it. But they did mention that they Added gas to an already full tank. (Total spent was an extra $290 with extra rental fees and other fees not mentioned prior.) I drive my car two more times and my battery dies and will no longer hold a charge. I had to get it jumped a total of three times. My father in-law told me he could just switch the battery himself. After going to auto zone to test my battery, it turned out that it just needed a full charge and was fine after all. No money was spent to fix my battery. The fact that my battery acted up right after they tried to sell me a new battery makes me feel like they were trying to get more money out of me that wasnt needed. I will never go back. If car max ever brings my car here without my knowledge (which happened the first time my car was there for three weeks) I will be angry. If car max ever tells me to go here again because they cant help me, I will refuse. I know times are weird right now and honestly I dont mind that it took almost a month to get to my car. However the broken key, added fees not mentioned, battery problems after pickup, and they didnt provide a loaner car even though I asked repeatedly, I will NEVER go here again. I will NEVER tell someone to go to this shop. If I could give no stars, I would.

Great customer service. My family has used Aram and this crew a few times so far and every time the job is done on time. Everyone we have spoken to is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Great service. They worked with me to get my mom’s car fixed. Dealer wanted 3300 and lied about the diagnosis. Pro auto took a look at the car and found the car just needed to be programmed. They help me save a ton of money. Even with a small shop they are able to get it done.

My dad is an auto technician, so for most of my life I did my own car repairs under his guidance. I still handle minor repairs and some maintenance on my car now that we live states away from each other, but my car recently needed a repair that was beyond my scope (and the scope of my toolbox).The dealership quote was way overpriced for this repair, so I made a plan to buy a used part, do some of the repair myself, and bring it to a shop to finish up. I had purchased my car from Carmax so they were my first stop. But Carmax didnt have the required scanner/software to bleed the brakes on my hybrid, so they recommended Pro Automotive Repairs.I ended up having to take my car in twice (the first time Id purchased a used part that turned out to be bad, among other unforeseen issues), but the Pro Automotive team helped make a nightmarish situation surmountable.Aram is fantastic, and Carmen in the office was so sweet and helpful. The rest of the crew were clearly well qualified and friendly. As a whole, they were kind and empathetic, professional and skilled, accommodating and thorough.I cant say enough good things about them and my experience. Finding a good mechanic that you trust can be difficult, and Im grateful I found mine.Thanks again guys! I appreciate everything! Ill be back for the next big repair.

My air conditioning compressor went out slightly less than a year after I replaced it. All in all I had replaced the part 3 times owing mostly to bad luck. I was able to find a replacement part for a good deal and Aram and the team at PRO Automotive Repair Center took it upon themselves to replace it for free even though the part was technically not covered by the warranty. If you want to do business with a repair center that values its customers and stands by its work, PRO Automotive is your best bet. Its easy to see why they are always in demand. Thanks guys! Very happy with the service here I have an extended warranty through Carmax they were able to replace whole entire engine with in 7 where other auto body shops have had my car for 11day for smaller repairs. I definitely will be returning for all major repairs on my vehicle.

I’ve been taking my 2003 SL500 Benz to Arem for 7 years!!! He’s kept her running smoothly for all these years. As a woman, it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially with a high maintenance vehicle like mine. It’s too costly to go to the dealer, but I still wanted a Mercedes certified mechanic to work on it, so Arem is the man! He’ll have my fluids checked if I’m in for another service, which I appreciate. He’s trustworthy, honest and reliable....everyone there is friendly and helpful, especially Ellen. I am very grateful to have found this place and would highly recommend it!

I was referred to Pro Automotive by BMA Autoparts (BMA once fixed my front turn signal light for $1, even removed and replaced it to make sure it was working), so I knew to expect value and honesty. After another shop that I had been going to for years couldnt diagnose a slow radiator fluid leak in my BMW 325i (they tried 3 times, couldnt find it and never charged me anything), so I spoke with Aram at Pro Automotive about it.Not only did Aram give me a complimentary ride to work, but the shop found the problem quickly, a small cylindrical part with a rubber gasket that had worn flat. They saved the old part for my inspection, and my cars radiator hasnt leaked once since, now many months later. The price was reasonable and service was very courteous, I wouldnt hesitate to go back!
