Not the best Starbucks that Ive been to... BUT, this one is pretty good & definitely FAST(as long as the right employees are working)... ALL in ALL when you need your caffeine/ Starbucks shot at whatever time you need it... this is the location to use...

For the drive thru line to be as long as it was I was surprised the in-store service was so fast. The staff was friendly and courteous, the coffees were awesomely prepared. However, two points I had to subtract for cleanliness. There is no seating offered right now so there should be no trash on the floor. And if you have a spill mop it up instead of placing a wet floor sign next to it.

Not understanding why, If they decided to have a holiday meeting the whole place has to close 3 hours early?! Not good management!

I think all 5 staff members there were new and stressed. It wasnt their fault because more experienced members should have been there training them. Lines were long, orders delivered out of order, and coffee was less than enjoyable.

Great atmosphere!The drive through is always quick and the staff is very friendly.The inside is very clean, warm and inviting. Not a huge indoor area but the wood tones, not overly bright, and friendly atmosphere, make you want to stay a little longer.Highly Recommend!

I got the Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso such a yummy drink for the hot weather today. Ordered through the app with the drive thru option and received fast and great service.

Nice and clean place to have a relaxed coffee.

Sitting in the drive-thru at 10:30am with about 4-7 cars ahead of me, couldnt see exactly because some were around the building. The whole experience took about 20 minutes from the moment I got in line to receiving my order. The employee(s) at the speaker box and at the pick up window were kind and friendly. No difficulties other than the wait time.

Amazing people and great coffee. The people are sweet and very welcoming. They are very clean and take the time to do their best job. I always love going here because they are sweet ，They dont mix up orders they have great service and help you with anything. They can fulfill any request and are adaptive to any need. I go here all the time with friends and they live it too. I highly recommend going here. They are expensive but it is so worth it does treat.

Made our drinks correctly without any kind of kind of attitude they was very delightful people to interact with some of the other Starbucks like downtown Baltimore they really pick an choose who theyre nice too like if your not dressed a certain way they treat you different there needs to be a secret shopper sent into a few of them

I love the Medicine ball with 2 peppermint pumps . Gave me life on the 6 hr drive to somewhere. The recruitment trips ahhh yeah thats what it was

Never had a trash starbucks experience until now. Absolutely disappointed, went to get a white chocolate and it was all milky. I told them that, and they made it milky again with just a little tiny taste of chocolate. I just decided to leave after realizing they couldn’t make a decent white chocolate.STARBUCKS, please teach this place how to make a proper white chocolate.

Five star for starbucks brands. Cus I love their coffee. I will give 3 star for this store. I ordered cold drinks from mobile apps. In app showing 5-10 min to ready but after 20 min I reached due to traffic, my order still not ready. Took over 20 minutes for a mobile order that I only ordered one drink. There are other locations in Glen Burnie. That is better than this store.

Last few times ive gotten Starbucks my frappucinos they been half way melted as soon as its handed to me

I love Starbucks. I go about twice a week and the greet me by name. The employees are friendly and are great at their job.

Carson has been my barista (baristman?) there several times and he is always very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Give that man a raise!!!

Very efficiently run. They were quite busy in the Drive-Thru and inside the store, there was a small wait time but well run.

My veggie breakfast wrap was way too hot! I couldnt hold it for like 20 minutes. I also dont like the new wrap- too crumbly.

The manager Tim runs this Starbucks very professionally! He loves to make his customers coffees each to their own personality! It is hands down my FAVORITE Starbucks

This location is now drive-thru only, due to COVID-19. Its Starbucks, they always get the order correct.If you have your dog with you, ask for a Puppuccino. Its a free (very small) cup of whipped cream for your pup to enjoy.

Service was a bit slow for a drive thru but the employee taking the order was kind and patient. Just need to pick up the pace more often because they are very slow at times.

I have visited this STARBUCKS location more frequently than any other in Maryland and have NEVER experienced an issue.I think that says quite a bit about an establishment. Especially since I have been a STARBUCKS REWARD Member since 2011!There is never a line of more than 2-3customers at the register because as soon as it is noticed another person will step up to take orders. This seems to be an area that is constantly monitored.My order is taken quickly, attentively,pleasantly & always correctly. I cant recall a time when I have ever had to wait for my order more than 5-6 minutes....and this was during very busy times of the day and/or evening.The areas inside and outside of the store are always clean and there are a even a few tables with chairs outside if you care to enjoy the weather.Keep up the great service.A Long-time Appreciative Customer.

Edit: I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars because Taylor, one of the managers, has really turned my experience around. Ever since she started working here she has made this starbucks a better place. Now its ALWAYS open on time and I ALWAYS get the correct drink

Went this morning and got a lovely barista named I think kallysa. She was so helpful and recommended I try the blonde espresso with the toasted white mocha and took the time to help me find a drink I’d actually like. I would definitely recommend this store to other people now

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! Staff are friendly, helpful and run through the lines accurately and quickly. This has been my main spot for Lattes and Frappuccinos for at least 13 years. The only thing I dont like is that the nice inviting, cozy living room vibe has become more like a sterile cafeteria style atmosphere. Bring Back The Big Comfortable Arm Chairs!!!!!

Two days in a row where they call your mobile order and only have part of it ready then don’t call you for the second part. 20 minutes later you ask them for it and they have an attitude like you’re inconveniencing them.

Most of the staff is friendly. There is a lady with glasses that works the drive thru register that is so nice and very helpful. Thats why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, my drinks never taste the same, even if ordered the same way. Evening staff makes drinks (same drink order) COMPLETELY different than the morning staff. You definitely will have better luck with a good drink in the morning though if you order a specialty.

I had to wait a super long time for a seasonal muffin, that I didnt want heated up. Like, were they baking it? They didnt give an explanation why I was waiting so long. Backed up the drive thru.

Normally pretty good but mobile ordering is a nightmare. Ordered a sandwich, came to an empty bag on the counter. Turns out they were out but wouldnt refund me. They gave me a sorry giftcard for less than I spent. Im really disappointed.

The staff was absolutely amazing! I had two kids that were being a little needy and they were patient and so nice! We may drive the extra mile the next time we have an impromptu morning out!

Didn’t have a good experience here. Unorganized and not a lot of social distancing between the employees here also the manager was yelling at all the employees about trash.

Always a long wait and usually never have what I want.

Plenty of seating available and most of the employees are very nice. Easy parking in the shopping center helps too. The store does get crowded sometimes, but a seat/table will become available in a few minutes.

Great atmosphere and furnishings. Baristas are friendly, fast, and do justice to your order. Parking leaves something to be desired... still worth the 5 stars.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I know that sounds like an exaggeration but it was a litteral 30 minute wait.

Only 4 out of 5 because they always get the smallest inventory of the seasonal flavors. Meaning with the high traffic of its location, they sell out crazy fast of all the best flavors. Otherwise great service!

This use to be my favorite one. Today service was mediocre and I never got my ice water after standing for abt 3-5mins then sat down (thinking she forgot) still never got it.. now I know it was just a free cup of water its just the principle she even asked if I wanted ice.. idk.. just a lil disappointed abt my experience today.. will think twice before returning again. Ooh the biggest thing I recieved mostly foam in my Macchiato so I got abt a Tall for the price of a Grande

The friendly employees are a joy. The service is great. Starbucks is my go-to place for anything coffee.

It gets the job done but they are disorganized (especially if you do mobile order/everything comes out one piece at a time), drinks will miss the specialty topping, and pastries are given still in the wrapper. Good enough but not great.

Service was incredibly slow. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged then another 7 minutes for my order to be taken. Barista failed to verify the order therefore instead of hot drinks I received frappes. Finally once I obtained my drinks they were both bitter. I had planned to sit in the store, yet after several sips, I departed. Ill never go back to this location.

The people at the register are always friendly. But I feel like STARBUCKS in general dont take care of their customers with anything free or promotions.

First time there and it was busy. Took 30 min for one frappuccino. Opted out for the drive thru thinking it would be faster outside. They served the drive thru as priority

The drive thru is blocked by a trash can, and a red car is a few feet behind it. Is closed and a table was blocking the door from the inside while the employees are inside. Very confusing

The staff is friendly enough, the product was good. But they must be taught if they have time to lean they have time to clean, the place is not up to Starbucks standards

This is a newer Starbucks with a drive thru that stays busy. I tried the new nitro brew delicious and great coffee kick. Good fast service.

All too often, this location is missing ingredients and today, they didnt even let me know that they were missing an important ingredient to the drink I ordered. They just tried to give me the drink without said ingredient.

I am getting fed up with this location. They are either always out of stuff (oatmeal, tea, bananas), or they give you the wrong stuff when you do mobile ordering. I ordered the Blueberry oatmeal this morning. Got to work and guess what no blueberries.... I guess when I use my balance, I will start to go to the Panera that is on the opposite side of the parking lot. Tried to call and the phone just rings and rings and rings.

Love this location because it has a drive thru. I always use the drive thru unless I need something inside. Good & fast location.
