HORRIBLE customer service at this location! I went in on a Tuesday regarding my services my phone had been acting up since I paid it off & of course everyone knows about T-Mobie Tuesdays so when I walked in I wasn’t greeted AT ALL, JENNIFER greeted everyone but me I guess since they were giving away free goods she suspected that’s what I was there for but she was totally wrong! & then continued to help everyone else except me.

Really nice store! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, I had a ton of questions and had no idea where to start. The manager Jennifer Peters was extremely kind and helpful. If I have any needs in the future, I will definitely return to this location!

Nice updated store with friendly staff and loads of gadgets. Low on stock.The store looks new and has a lot of cool stuff in it. The employees are very knowledgeable of the products. The only issue was the lack of product stock.

Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. The lack of patience in addressing customer concerns is to say the least. A lot of blame placement on corporate customer no service. Its time to make the switch to another provider.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Was told they couldn’t sell me a phone and I couldn’t upgrade because my account was in the middle of transitioning from Sprint to T-Mobile; that I needed to wait at least two more weeks until the end of billing cycle. I left, went home and ordered on the website instead. Phone came and I activated it with the help from their tech support. Seems like the people at this specific location are just incompetent and don’t know how to do their jobs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ACCURATE INFORMATION!!!Went to this location a couple of weeks ago to add my line to my husbands. When we arrived, we were not greeted by anyone, waited for over 15 minutes to be helped with NO seating area. Had to stand 3 feet away from the front door and get crowded by other people waiting in line. When were finally helped, we were passed between two different employees. They informed us about T-Mobile internet and cable services and went over pricing. The prices were much better than what we are currently paying, so we signed up for those services (OR SO WE THOUGHT). We got no paperwork for the new services and were told that we simply had to download the T-Mobile app to our smart TV and follow the prompts. Fast forward to several calls to customer service, being transferred from department to department, online chats with customer support and calling the store back directly only to find out that internet service is NOT EVEN OFFERED IN OUR AREA!!! We were told by the store to come back in and get signed up for the TV service....uuhhh we ALREADY did that!!! Also, my husband was signed up for the T-Mobile business and apparently TV and internet is not even offered to business customers.We switched to T-Mobile from Verizon thinking that this was a great deal. I am so glad that I did not immediately terminate my FIOS plan when we left the store.GET IT TOGETHER T-MOBILE!!! Train your employees to ask before stating something they dont know for a fact!!

This T-Mobile the worst experience today the customer service rep was assisting customer outside and we were not allowed in the store, they brushed off all my question and stated they could not help me. I walked away upset and no upgrade. Went to another T-Mobile in Brooklyn Park best service and new phone and upgrade in hand.

I have been visiting this location for the better part of 6 years and the staff is always welcoming and so helpful. My salesman, Mariano always makes sure I get great customer service and that I get what I am looking for when I am looking for it! He is incredibly in demand and prompt about acknowledging each and every person who is waiting for him! Go see him! I promise he will provide GREAT customer service!!!

This was an awesome experience. I had a ton of stuff that needed to happen and Aaron took his time and helped guide me through it all. Even helped me make a call and get a credit upgrade. Awesome place, its the only location Ive used since becoming a T-Mobile customer!

Staff at this store were very helpful two, out of the three times I visited. Overall very happy with the product and the support I received on my account. Room for improvement on upgrade incentives of Android OS devices.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. When trying to switch plans from AT&T to T Mobile we spent almost 5 hours in the store, and let me point out how there was probably only 3 other customers in the store. After about 3 hours of the employee trying to activate our phones over and over again without success I asked to speak with a manager. The assistant manger took his sweet time before coming over to assist us and even then left before the problem was resolved. It took another 30 minutes of the poor employee struggling with no assistance from her mangers, at that point I watched as the store manager got his coat and left without even attempting to assist. He was aware of the problem but clearly he felt his time was more important than ours since he decided to leave without helping. Finally a young woman named Yasmine came over to help. She was able to resolve the problem within 5 minutes. She was the only positive thing about the whole experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone if you value your time.

Horrible costumer service. Was told replacement would be in, in a day. Went back they said ups hadnt come, went back ups showed up while i was there, was told it would take 2 hrs to process, wemt back 4th time..... they tell me my phone wasnt in the order.... unreal, lied to 4 different times. Wish i could give 0 stars. What made the process so horrible is they knew my screen was cracked and couldnt see if the notification that my phone was there or not, they refused to take an alternate contact number.. ho......riii.....bllleee

Costumer service is terrible. I went to add a line to my plan and buy a new phone. A tmobile person from the store by the name of Mariano was responsible for helping me do that. First of all, he gave me a broken phone, one he knew was broken before he handed it to me, Second, he tried to add 2 new services to my plan that would have increased it by 20 dollars per month. I only found this out when I went online and had to cancel all the services he had added. He seemed nice at the store, like he wanted to help and save us any extra trouble, but he gave us a hard time because we had to go back and exchange the phone and he almost cost me a lot of money. Would not recommend a friend or anybody to visit this store, and if you do, be very careful who helps you with you phone/plan.

I didnt have a satisfying experience to say the least! Would have given a 1* if it werent for our agents above average svc! (6711 Ritchie Hwy)Didnt like how agents were Lallygagging around the store while customers needed assistance. Loud talking, inappropriate Outbursts of laughter. At one point the agent from across the store opposite my end was testing the (loudness/functions) of one of the portable speakers closes to us for a customer at his station, which he had blaring & over shadowing my father talking to our agent, including other agents & customers. My father is hard of hearing.. the agent never bothered to turn it back down.. I myself had to go over to the speaker & turn it down myself, & made sure he saw that I was turning it down to hint to wth really?!. Not about 15-20mins later the agent does it again.. but this time more along the lines to hear his fav music.. there werent any customers at his station. Again, I waited a min or two & once again had to turn it back down bc our agent ended up having to speak louder for us to hear him while in mid-sentence. I can tell the agent just wanted to hear some music & probably couldnt hear it from where he was stationed, which I totally can understand but it just wasnt a good time to do so. Besides, an appropriate way of doing so would have been to ask the customers around if it were too loud or not rather assuming & not giving 2......about it!They didnt have the color of the phone I specifically wanted so we were offered the option to order via online via there system. We went through about an hour of trial and errors trying to process the order. In the midst of it all my agent had to take an emergency call leaving us at the station a good 15-20mins, where only to be asked if we needed help after a good 10-15mins. Then eventually we had to ask another agent whats going on.. we dont know where our agent is.. last we saw agent ran outside to take a call. Not but just a short moment after inquiring agent w/urgency came back into the store to advise it was an emergency. The agent explained and we felt awful to hear the news (& will not share to protect & respect ones privacy!) After about 5mins of resuming where we left off..we advised to please goon ahead & tend to your personal matters. Advised Well wait for someone elses assistance but not long after we gave up & took back our information & belongings and left.In the very end our agent was extremely helpful & did what they could until the day turned asunder. Prior to this particular store Arundel Mills T-Mobile was an awful & one of the worst experiences dealing with cell phone sales & customer svcs. We didnt just feel but actually were Rushed through the services, w/aggravation displayed through Out the service experience. Needless to say, they lost business to an addtl line, upgrade service plan, & an addtl purchase of a cellular phone, including case & protector bc we decided to take our business else where. We didnt even bother acquiring the addtl svcs at Arundel Mills. Then went to Glen Burnie store (6711 Ritchie Hwy) & couldnt get the svc we needed at that location (expressed above), & ended up getting every thing we needed & then some at the Marley Station Mall T-Mobile store.Marley Station Mall T-Mobile store was Pleasant, helpful, patient, organized, explained information in great detail when requested, diligent, clean store, kept a smile the entire way thru svc, w/multiple agents checking to make sure we were taken cared of. Walked out very happy & satisfied that day!! All for the phone Im on now.. the work it took to get the simple services done...geez!
