Good place to get pre-owned games n accessories. I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 n picked up a game book as well..got a free gift i wasnt expecting..necklace of a symbol of the game. Plus the benefits of having an account with discounts n points into dollars to get anything you want or need.

This used to be one of the best GameStop’s but over the past few years it has become the worst. They never have anything in stock and the customer service is terrible. Don’t bother ordering anything on line for pick up or delivery because it will be cancelled. Disappointed the one in Marley Station Mall closed.

Had a sign on the door saying they have 8 new xbox available for purchase, employee shows up after ive been waiting outside for 5 hours with 8 other people only to tell us they dont have any new xbox. They got lost.

Games cheaper at Walmart if available at Walmart but good to find older games and preorder new games.

The staff is wonderful here! Ask for age appropriate material and they always go out of their way to get it for me. They know what the kids like. And I get great prices. Havent yet had any problems with the games. Keep up the good work! 🥇

Based on my last few visits, this is a great GameStop! The workers there are super kind and can offer conversations sometimes. The selection of games is decent, usually has the one you need.

Horrible customer service. So I’m calling looking for a Nintendo Switch and I’m immediately put on hold. I was sitting across the street at the gas station pumping gas getting the info to continue to my next location if it’s unavailable. So I’m on hold for three mins until I finished pumping and pull up to the front of the GameStop store. I hang up and go inside, the store is empty, NOT ONE CUSTOMER but I hear someone talking. She never even came out when I entered. I called while standing at the counter she didn’t come out or answer the phone! Finally two mins later she appears and I inform her tht I was just placed on hold and you don’t even have customers youre on your cellphone in the back. I could have helped myself because she was nowhere to be found. And she claimed to be the manager smh. GameStop has to do better lost a customer!!

Normally a great game-stop. but as of late there is a certain employee that has been so rude to me, friends and family. Her name is Eli, and every time i go into this store in particular She just has an attitude. Today, I came in with and said Hello and asked her if she could get something off of the wall for me, She just stared at me and didnt move a muscle. another employee had to come and help me because she was too busy Playing on her phone. on another occasion, I had a broken Device which i had a warranty on. I took it in and came up to the Counter. I forgot a joy-con strap and she says No, I told you you need ALL of it! I get it, it was my error. But to treat a customer in this way is completely unacceptable.and then today, I bought a 500 dollar Xbox one X and the controller was damaged, I bring it and she tells me its fine and just gives me batterys which did not help my case i might add. Lloyd if youre reading this you run a great store brother, but this employee Makes me and my friends not wanna shop there.

This location appears to have been closed down. The shutters have been lowered and the store unopened for the past several weeks.

Clean store with a great staff, always helpful. I recently went there to pick out a game for my daughter. The manager named Lloyd was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommmend

Nice staff convenient location right in the heart of Glen Burnie. Easily accessible from any direction in town. Ive stopped here a few times for last minute holiday gifts etc. Also a nice location to do preorders at as it doesnt get overcrowded.

Great employees! Lloyd & Zach were extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Lloyd held an item for me that the GameStop near me didnt have. Reminds me of the old GameStop days. Knowledgeable, and fun staff that are there to help out and give their genuine opinions.

This GameStop is great but like physical media its dying but the employees were energized like game first opened !!

It appears to be a small store but it is extremely surprising when you enter. The store was clean very organized with a huge selection. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Everyone who works at this store is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually have no idea what I am looking for when I go there and they are always super helpful in helping me find new games in my preferred generes, I am pretty sure the associates have played every game in the store.

This place is bigger than it seems from the outside (insert TaRDiS reference here). The staff is really friendly.

It may have been a relatively small location but I enjoyed being there. It sold the game I was looking for and also had some interesting collectibles that caught my look.

Awesome service....I purchased my husband a PS4 for his Birthday and we went to Game Stop Prestige and Zachary was GREAT, and very informative. This is a great location and the staff greets you as soon as you come in.

They all should be closed because they are to high for things that are so old. So i buy online instead of the store or Ill hit Walmart or Best Buy before I hit GameStop

Usually my main gamestop I stop at in the area. But recently my experience has fallen short, not once but twice now Ive been ignored by a taller white fellow who I believe to be the new store manager. He always seems to flirting with some female at the register. My more recent was cut short due to waiting in line for almost twenty minutes while he flirted and procrastinated with another female customer at the front register which is when I took my leave. I will not return.

So far Ive only had one lackluster experience at this GameStop. Theres this one employee there, a woman whos named Eli according to my receipt, who doesnt even attempt to be friendly. She doesnt smile at all and is really standoffish. She didnt say anything like have a nice day. She just plainly asked if I wanted to pre-order any games, I said no thanks, and then once I finished paying she handed me the game I asked for and walked off. People like her just remind me that customer service these days is getting worse.

I felt afraid for my life here. The overhead page saying you are being filmed did not help. We came here only because the other GameStops did not have the game we wanted. We will not be returning.

Ask to speak with Brooke! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable with her video games. She is super personable, friendly, and seems to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met!! There is actually a GameStop that is closer to my house but I purposely drive an extra 4 miles (approx 4mi) to the GameStop that Brooke is at. Theres actually another female at this location that I found working there on my most recent visit & let me tell you! She was pretty DOPE, too! I just unfortunately dont know her name but shes got really short hair. She may have her nose pierced, too. I forget! But..for this post, well call her Video Game Jane. (Hey! Its better than Jane Doe!! I think anyways!) But to sum this GameStop location up, the employees are really friendly, knowledgeable on their games & consoles. They dont make their customers feel like you are annoying them with your questions or bothering them with your small talk or banter. Unlike the other location(s) in Glen Burnie. Oh & they sure as he(LL) DONT tell you the wrong information about a particular game you are enquiring about. For example, (and this example has now happen to me not once..NOT twice.. But THREE TIMES and @ this one particular location. Hence the reason I wont go back!) But anyways.. At this other GameStop location (6619 Ritchie Hwy.) a sales associate told me on 3 seperate occasions that a particular game I was interested in was 2 players (Co-Op). (Oh btw, Im talking about a Nintendo 3DS) But.. So they tell me it has the ability for Co-Op play.. and so I buy 2 copies of it.. pop it in both 3DSs.. only to find out they were WRONG! But fine.. Okay.. I understand mistakes are made and things happen but after the first time, I asked & explained my previous experience & asked if they could somehow look it up for me to make sure. (this is the part where I was made to feel like I was interrupting their social hour & they clearly did NOT want to work!) So after looking on their computer, they assured me it was in fact a 2 player game. Yea well, they were once again WRONG!! Needless to say, it was quite aggravating! But I wont even get into the 3rd time.. partly bcuz its similar to the 1st & 2nd but also becuz Im sure majority of the people reading this review.. havent even made it this far into my post due to it being LOOOONG as FUQ! So my apologies for that! So the CONCLUSION of ALL of this is...S A V E Y O U R S E L F. . . from having to be inconvenienced, from being told the wrong info, from having to deal with some arrogant sales associates who thinks he knows Everything about Everything related to video games!! (Which we all know & HATE Know It Alls and if you DONT hate em.. its ONLY becuz you are ONE yourself!) So.. just Save Yourselves the headaches & stress & just go see Brooke and (Video-Game-Jane)

My husband waited 3 hours to get the darkrai In a bag plush they tolded him the day before they would have it he went in today when they were ment to have it after 3 hours nothing he called up and they tell him that he waited for nothing that they didnt get it in shipment and wont hold one for him they ignored him for the 3 hours he was there they have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Agreeing with the person below me.....horrible customer service. There is a short haired blonde older woman who has no idea what says doing and SHES THE MANAGER. Then there is an employee named josh black hair goatee white guy who literally talked to me as if I was causing him trouble and I was 14. Far from that....Asked a few questions and each reply was a short one word reply with the please get out of my store attitude . I used to go there a lot before both those people started there.The few things they had going for them was the bigger store so they had a wider selection then the next closest GameStop. They also had a younger blonde working there for awhile. She was pretty and very knowledgable about the games. Also there is a guy named Kevin, black gentleman hes been there for a good while never had any problems with him very chill dude.But the josh and the short haired blonde manager NEED TO GO! I go to the Next closest GameStop from now on.
