I have been calling for hours my cars battery is bad they put in a year ago was told I need a receipt at a different jeep service to get it warranty out but got hung up on the first time now no one will answer my car wont even run because of this and they could care less. Always giving excuses every time! Ridiculous

Have tryed calling service at the ram dealership for 2 days now to check on vehicle and im always first in line on phone and they never answer. This is ridiculous and yesterday, I walked through the door and the guy was playing games on his phone. Total BS.

I tried calling service for 2 weeks and when I finally got angry and asked to speak to a manager the manager wouldnt answer. Service finally answered and was extremely rude. I would advise anyone that wants to be treated with respect to shop elsewhere.

I called for literally 3 days in a row in attempt to schedule a service appointment for a Jeep Wrangler. Each time I was transferred to the Chrysler Service voicemail, and all that I could do was leave a message that was never returned. The closest that I got was being transferred to the Ford manager, who politely told me that he couldnt help, and transferred me to the black hole that was the Chrysler service line. I had to find somebody else in town to help out.

My experience here was great! Thanks to Colton. I highly recommend them working with him if looking for a new vehicle. He is understanding and work with you through almost any situation! He’s amazing.

Ill start with the positive. Everyone Ive dealt with in the service department is great. Katie takes great care of everyone. Ive even seen her run after someone who left something behind. Tyler is always very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He takes the time to speak to people about their vehicles and make sure they know what is going on. The service department gets 5 stars. I wish there was a waiting room in the parts and service area. I took my 3 year old son with me today and sat in the waiting room in the sales department for about an hour and 15 minutes while a repair was made. During this time, my son and I got to hear 3 f-words and various other obscenities from a couple of the salesmen, several songs with vulgar lyrics, a few of which one of the salesmen was singing along to, and one salesman speaking poorly about someone I can only assume is a repeat customer. I know there is a bit of an echo in this large room, but there was no effort to keep any of these things private. This is not a family friendly place. I will be scheduling my oil changes around my babysitters schedule from now on.

The guy in service works hard and means well. I stopped in to challenge this location and compare them to the other dealerships within an hours drive. I think I got my 60k mi. service done, not sure, I didnt receive a receipt or invoice so I hope my recall got done.However this service guy told me he could have me in and out within an hour, Im sitting here waiting as this is my third day! for a simple part to come in.As for the transmission, these guys wanna do it at 60k. So lets recap, this the third location Ive dealt with. One said 45k, the other 120k. I think its safe to say Chrysler dealerships here in KY cannot recommend preventive maintenance bcuz they are not on the same computer systems.

Our experience today was awesome. The staff did everything they could to get us into a much nicer car than I ever hoped for. They worked with us in every way to make it happen for us. I cant thank them enough.

I t was not a ice experience at all. Lying cheating conning scaming baiting and switching sweet talking battering badgering harping harrasing gaining up on you with 1 or more additional sales person. Left called back was promised the vehicle bating switching lying and everything else again. Still didnt get the vehicle or deal on price and and payments promised. If you are smart dont go there. The devils disciples work there my personal opinion that is. I swear if I can avoid it if I have a say or decision in the matter, I will never darken their dealership again. !!!

Horrible experience! All they cared about was selling me a car, cared nothing about being fair and honest just as long as they could make a sale, the salesperson was new but fairly nice albeit a bit chatty, but dealing with the sales manager was nightmarish, he actually expected to trade him my van worth about $4000 dollars for $500 the nerve of the guy, as I explained to him that was not ever gonna happen and telling him to have a nice day on my way out to my car he followed me just to tell me I was never gonna buy any car loudly and rudely ha, much he knew about treating customers I went to another car lot locally that same afternoon just a couple of hours later got $4200 for my van and purchased a car for the $6000 after trade that the Gillie Hyde assured me that was impossible, in short avoid Gillie Hyde like the plauge and buy it with Chris Green at leachman or Gary Force Honda or Bettersworth motors theyll treat you right.
