So Id never been to here before but as soon as I walked in everybody was super friendly asked me what I need help with. I told him I like to schedule a oil change they said no problem. I have really good expectations for this place, my all my people go out there and they really like it. Plus they use top notch oil and their wicked cheap. I had to check all your fluids and everything charge you 40 bucks to change your oil and all that. Really really good price.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10AM. I arrived at 9AM to drop my truck off and had a coworker pick me up and take me back to work. I called the dealership at 12:30 and was informed my truck had yet to be serviced. I called again approximately 2PM and my truck had still not been serviced. I informed the individual I was talking to that at 2:30PM I would not have a ride back up there because my coworker was going home for today. He then left me on hold and went to check when my truck would be serviced. He came back and told me my truck was next in line. I left work early at 2:30 since my ride was going home today costing me 1.5 hours of wages. When it was finished and I talked to him he stated that he was trying to help people and was fitting people in. I can only speculate but I think I was getting pushed back because I dropped my truck off. Counting the cost of the service and the lost wages it cost me $110 to get my oil change and tires rotated. I schedule my appointments in advance and at a certain time so I that I can drop my truck off and have a ride back to get it without interfering with my job. I can understand being delayed an hour or so because things happen but it was over 4 hours from my appointment time till my truck entered the service area. I have never had nothing but excellent service from the Don Franklin group and hope that what happened on my 7/27/2021 visit is a fluke.

I have never had a bad experience taking my car to the service station at the Glasgow store. Everyone is so sweet so helpful and so educational. I always feel like I am being taken care of by family with dealer mechanic perks. I tell anyone and everyone who will listen how well I get treated by the folks at DF.

The service department here is phenomenal. I fought with Campbell Chevrolet in Bowling Green, KY for 3 months and almost 7000 miles about an airbag light that was on. Campbell said they had to order the part and it would be in after a week. I called 2 weeks later and the response was, Well order it today and call you in a week when it arrives. Three weeks later, I call back. Same story as before. 3 weeks later, no call. I call back. Same story. I finally got fed up with the lies and went to Don Franklin in Glasgow. Turns out, the only thing wrong was a sensor inside the door panel, which was still factory sealed, was unplugged. They plugged it in and cleared the code. Sadly, Campbell never even checked the sensor. They simply pulled the code and decided the sensor was bad. I will now ONLY use Don Franklin Chevrolet for my future services.

Do not go Don Franklin to trade or buy a automobile. They will not give you much of anything for your trade unless it has a certain better mileage or if it is 10 years or newer. I tried to trade in my truck at a Don Franklin in Columbia,KY and other dealers was offering 5000, but Franklin only offered 1800 and thats it. And i recently seen their vehicles was higher in price than other car dealers.

I’m in the middle of moving out of state and stopped in Kentucky for a few days. Within minutes of getting back on the road for the final 8.5 hour drive, my check engine light came on and reduced my engine power requiring immediate attention. I called numerous auto shops hoping someone could check it out and everyone told me they had a booked schedule and couldn’t get me in for over a week or even looked at for 5+ hours. My last resort was this place and Lisa and Ben were extremely kind and understanding and were able to squeeze me in their crazy schedule and get my car fixed up and back on the road as soon as possible. I can’t thank you all enough!!

Lisa was and is awesome. She helped me get a service taking care of with out it being very stressful. Just wished the cost of labor we wasnt costly but its the way it is. Only thing I wish she could due is set up a service payment plan to fix the rest of my issues, lol. Great service and keeping me in the know was a great relief during the process. Took my car in for a checkup. My car was making a popping noise in the rear. Which it had when I bought the car from the previous dealership owners. It still had a care warranty so the new owners (Don Franklin) figured out what the popping sound was and fixed it. Made me super happy. They were nice, friendly and took very good care of us and our vehicles.

Went looking for a truck. Wasn’t sure which model I wanted. Sales person there Gabe Foresster was very informative on all makes. He kept looking for what I described to him I wanted and he found exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better sales person. No pressure always friendly and helpful. At time of purchase finance manager was just as nice again no pressure. I will be back when it is time for another.

There are maybe a couple of people that know what’s going on in that servicing department. If that. And to fix a problem with GM and having a brand new vehicle not even got 4K miles on it not even had it but few months. It’s been there 3 times in the last month and my issue is still a issue!

The only problem I had is that I requested that my keys be placed in my truck with the doors locked after the service was completed and paid for due to covid and social distancing.When I got there to pick my vehicle up I had to go inside to get my keys.Other than that everything was excellent.

Had oil changed got it done fast enough but before I got a print out telling me what they checked and how it looked they didn’t tell me anything just took my money. But better than last time I went to get oil changed and my drivers door wouldn’t open. Mr Gassaway had fixed it two other times a plastic piece just slipped off. But they said that it would be around 300. To fix it I said no but they changed me 135. To change my oil and to just look at my door. I was very disappointed

Everyone I encountered here was kind and courteous. The wait area was comfortable and fresh popcorn and drinks were offered. Hospitality you dont receive everywhere.Jordan Clark was very professional and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicles service, as well as issues I wasnt aware of. Took care of two recalls while there.I feel we received good advice, instead of the usual pressure for an up sale we have seen in some other places. For that, we will likely be returning and recommending Goodman to others.

I bought my 2nd vehicle today from Brandon Ramey . He was great in all areas of selling personality and knowledge and help in general. My 1st dealing with him was great but didnt really like the way Goodman Chevrolet does there people but he assured me don Franklin wouldnt do me that way . When he got another Cadillac in he called me back and said he had me something I would love . He sent me pictures and got me the information about the vehicle. I was pleased that he remembered that was I was looking for and things went alot better this time other then they couldve get me financed but I went to my bank and got the money to buy it. NOTE: It was NOT a Don Franklin Dealership when I wrote this review. So this does not count against them. Also, the whole written review was reduced by someone before it was published. I dont know who did it.when I wrote my post In June my check engine light came on. 2004 3/4 ton Duramax Diesel pick- up, 168,00 miles. They could not figure it out so they contacted GM for help. GM told them to replace the Turbo. They had the truck for over a month. I kept checking on the truck and they called me with updates, I think twice. I couldnt understand what was taking so long.They told me that they had techs call in sick and also, they kept pulling the tech off of my truck, to work on other vehicles. One update was that a bolt broke off in each exhaust manifold. They said 2 new exhaust manifolds would be $600. I stopped in to pick up the exhaust manifolds to see if I could get them out, but the tech had broken off an Easy Out in one of them and drilled an off center hole with a hand drill in the other. I took them to a machine shop. They got them out for $54.00.The dealership bill came to over $3800. In July, I dropped off a letter at their office to be given to the owner and have not heard back. Maybe they didnt give it to her, I dont know, but I am very disappointed. I have been coming here for 11 years and spent a lot of money with them.

Everyone was very nice and gave us plenty of time to talk with each other about our options, we didnt feel like we had to buy a car even though we were at the dealership well past closing. Our salesman even sent us a text a few days later congratulating us on our purchase and offered to have the car detailed if we brought it back because it couldnt be done before we left.

Basic fluid change service performed adequately. Was talked into an air filter change which the service advisor was unable to ID the actual amount of filter restriction present on the factory filter restriction gauge (was told filter was dirty. Area around air filter was not cleaned prior to filter replacement (dirt and contaminants possibly entered intake when filter was changed).More importantly DEF quality fault returned on drive home and is still present 150 miles later.Wind noise/air leaks still present in drivers door seal (was told no problem found) - all they had to do was drive the truck down the road to hear the air noise. Only good news is its not in reduced power mode yet.

My daughter purchased her first car ever from Goodman. Our sales person was very good. But...I bought the extended warranty. After everything was paid that was the end of decent service. We waited forever for the warranty information and had to call multiple times. Mr. Johnson was the person who we were supposed to talk to. He NEVER returned our calls. Somehow we got connected to a parts guy and even though this was not his area he told us he would do everything to help us. He gave us the number for the warranty service. Mr. Johnson is horrible. Less than one month the vehicle started pouring water into the passenger side when it rained. We found out this was a problem they had to fix with a special rubber seal. We were told we had the BEST warranty bumper to bumper by Mr. Johnson. Well well did not. It was not covered. Called the manager 3 times and finally had to leave a message. I was told by the receptionist she was there but for some reason was not answering her phone. I did not expect to get a call back and I did not get one. So... they lie, they take tour money and then blow you off. I would give them ZERO stars but this will not post if I tried to do that. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They financed a car thru some bank and the car they gave me was a lemon. Half the time it wouldnt start and always left my family and I stranded. After the first month I called them and asked for a different car because it wouldnt run. They said I couldnt til the third month. I had no car and No way to work but they expected me to keep making payments on a car that quit after a month. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there!!!

Due to weather conditions (not cold enough) the technician was unable to replicate the problem I experienced in January. However when I left the service area I felt and heard the same noise and transmission failure that I had described, although it was not nearly as prominent. Im not sure at this point if Im going to keep the vehicle or wait for a breakdown or next winter for the problem to become more audible and jolting. No updates by phone after three days of testing,would have rated at one star however I feel they did put some effort forth.
