I bought a 2003 Tahoe from signature motors, and it has been a good quality vehicle, the head gaskets and lots of other work was done to the vehicle before it was bought by me!

I would not recommend anyone to do business here. The worst first car experience and a lesson well learned. Scammed out of over $8,000 for a car that’s worth $1,500 and started breaking down the day after I got it. They wouldn’t take the car back after I had trouble with first the car overheating and then the transmission going out. It’s all a big mess and none of them can even look me in the eyes because they know they’re wrong for how they’ve lied. If you want a good car and to work with honest people please go elsewhere.

DONT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.Got into an accident. They originally charged me $13,000 for a car valued at $4,500.00. Martys excuse was the work they put into it. Really, because I had to get 4 new rotors, 4 new brakes, Brake lines, Spark plugs, Oil Change, Wheel Barrings, 1 CV Shaft, Serpentine belt, Thermostat, and Recharge on the AC. About $1,400 in Mechanical bills.Came in because Martys lying ass insisted they could put me into another vehicle at a good cost. Tried to charge me $16,900 for a 2009 Ford Focus. On Gillie Hyde Ford who owns Signature Motors, same car $4,700.00. My car I purchased same one $4,500.00This is the Gillie Hyde reject lot.Marty is a pathological liars and apparently so is Emily the owners daughter who claims she will be there whenever you need her although she is unreachable 7 days a week. Mind you I have to drive 160 miles 1 way to these guys. They dont care.

If I could give one star I would. First off, the sales reps have no Idea what they are doing. Secondly, the prices for the cars Marty is trying to sell they wanted 10,000 for an 07 pontiac with TWO HUNDRED thousand miles and he claims an oil Change and some brakes and 2$ used tires bring the normal average price of about 4-5,000 all the way to 10? He is out of his mind. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT fork over any money to these guys you might as well flush it down the toilet instead of taking your money here.

Just want to let anyone, that is thinking about getting a car from this sham car lot, know that if you get a car from here and later you lose your job and can no longer afford the payments and turn that car in, they will sue you for the full amount of the car. Even though they got the car back. We turned our car in because we could no longer afford it. It came down to keeping the car or losing our home. So we told them they could have it back because we have kids and having a roof over their heads was more important than a nice car. I went in to try to set up lower payments so they wouldnt sue us, which we were not informed of until after we turned the car in, and while I was up there trying to set something up, they had a person in court suing us after they told us if we came in to make payments they wouldnt sue us. Now they are garnishing our checks and taking food out of my kids mouth. We are barely surviving the way that it is, and now because of them we are gonna lose our home. They sued us for the full amount of a car that didnt even book for half the amount they sued us for. Plus they got my car that I gave in for a trade in plus $500 in cash plus we made payments for over a year on it. So just think twice before buying from them. They take people that dont have great credit or are young and take advantage of them. We did what we thought was right and turned the car back in but instead got screwed.

Had transmission issues from the start. They put a used one in and it was bad to and refused to fix it. They said they werent putting another in it. This all happened in less than 5 months. They dont call you back when they say they will .

Currently being garned for a suv we got that had problems from the start. We got the suv and 2 weeks later when first pymt was due, it broke down while I was driving. I had to pay for a tow truck and have it taken back to them for it to be fixed and was car less until it was fixed which took 3 days. Then a month later it broke down again and I had to pay for another tow truck to take it back to them. One day my husband was driving and the brakes went out so he hit a sign, we had to spend money to get them fixed. I had the truck for 6 months and after the fourth brake down, I told them to come get it. Next thing I know I am being served to go to court and have a $10,000 balance. I tell people not to get a car from them of Gillie Hyde since they are owned by them. I thought they would take pride in there cars and it would be a good place to go since they are owned by a dealership.

Not really a buy here pay here. They actually sell your contract to a finance company. If you return the car, they count it as a repo and sue you. They screw you over. Go elsewhere

Bought a vehicle from them. Replaced the transmission and motor within 2 months of having it. Overpriced junk. They will sue for every penny owed plus some.
