Bought a speaker in May, it has been replaced 2 times and fixes 2 more times and it still doesnt work. I have not had a working speaker since may and theyre not wanting me to take it back theyve zip tied it to my TV on the wall. Im a disabled vet and I cant get it off of the wall and they want me to drive an hour and a 1/2 back to the Best Buy to try to go through another prepare for this speaker. They will not let me return it and get my money back because it is taken them 6 months to try and fix the 1st one so now its over the timeframe. I will never purchase anything else from Best Buy ever
