0 stars for tractor supply in gilroy and 0 stars for tractor supply corparate offices.I purchased a trailer in march 2020. I dealt directly with the manager Albert.Seemed like a nice guy during the sale. Waited for three months for title, registration and license plate. Called him and he said dmv was behind due to covid. I called dmv and they said they were not behind and no paper work was never sent in. I called albert and corporate many, many times only to never get at least a phone call back. This is still not resolved. I have a 1400 trailer I cant legally tow or even sell.Albert and tractor supply has all been a nightmare to deal with.I will never make another purchase with them.Good luck to anyone doing buisiness there.Edit: Due to youre reply thanking me for doing buisiness with you, I would like to thank you back for in essence stealing my 1400 dollars and being useless liars in my attempt at any resolution.

Love Tractor Supply! I happened to go in at a time when the store was fairly empty to pick up my online order. Decided to walk around and check out the store, found fencing and things like cattle panels in the yard before, and a host of other wonderful things you would need if you ever decided to hobby farm. Or real farm. Whatever. Employees were friendly, two asked if they could help was I was walking around, which I really appreciate. Compared to the Brentwood location, this is smaller and seems to have fewer options for various items.

I give them a 10 star rating for hiring a great employee. Thank you Jesse. For helping us get back on the road. We are forever in your debt. 💯👍😍

I work for Gilroy chevorlet and weve been getting propane from this location for a while now and the last 2 times I went to fill up the tank I was out side for 10 min then I asked again and waited another five minutes by the gate then asked again and decide to leave after standing their looking stupid for 20 minutes i guess we will be getting propane some place elsewhere.... 08/19/2020

I came in on a Sunday night at 6 looking for propane. I came in a few weeks ago and they said the side yard closes at 8, well now its once its dark.The manager was really nice to open the gates and get a guy to fill them for me. The kid filling the tanks was nice also.Joe is rude.

Good service, but I do think they should a paged or said something to someone for their customer service. Waited about 10 minutes before I had to ask again. The lovely lady who came was friendly. I wish I remembered her name. But hope she feels well. Will come back again though

Love Tractor Supply! We dont even have livestock, but we always find interesting things. Some cute clothes too.

Always awesome, its not tractors at all.... But everything you would need for dogs, cats, horses and a variety of other farm animals.... Plus parts & tools for all the equipment needed to care for those critters...My favorite is the Sale bins in front of the registers...insane Sale prices... It hard to beat...

Fast and friendly servers! They have this new computer at the service desk where you can look for the things that might not be in stores and straight up buy it and it will be shipped to store so now u don’t have to wait to have someone help you with that! They also have this new system that allows you to check out on the floor or even the yard! So you don’t have to wait in the lines at registers. Very clean and homie just great to go in and fine things that you or your pets need.

They have what you need & if you cant find it they will search the warehouse, & check inventory at other stores to locate the products you are looking for. The gentleman at the customer service desk did just that. Thank you. And Jennifer helped me move side by sides around to allow access to the drivers side so my dad could test fit, & see if it was comfortable enough. Keep up the great work!!

Since when does a store dictate how much you have to buy. I tried to buy 3 silkie chickens and they refused to sell me 3 said I had to purchase 6 chickens. And the funniest reason was we want our chickens to be agriculture not pets. Im 65 years old if I want chickens for pets I can have chickens for pets. No body uses silkies as agriculture. I tried to tell the lady I had 20 other chickens at home, I just wanted silkies. But to no avail. Really. Needless to say the other merchandise was left right there in the cart.

Great store! Bird seed and pet food is cheaper then other stores. Now that OSH went out of business I buy all my hardware at Tractor Supply.

TSC has many products I never knew they had at better prices than my norm places to shop for my pets and outdoors.

Lots to buy, but just not much for tractors. I needed inner tubes for an old Ford 8n,and they had nothing close. The local Napa auto had more tractor supplies than Tractor Supply.

Fun little place to get many supplies for pet, gardening, small farms and so on. We come here for the chicken food that we buy and the cat food.

SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

The customer service in this place leaves alot to be desired.I sent my girlfriend in to return a defective leaf blower that clearly had 2 year warranty on the box. I had only had this unit a few months.I had called the store prior to sending her to the store. A woman with a smokers voice mentioned:sure, no problem, bring it back we will exchange it, this had happened before with this model, infact just this morning...So, I was like cool. I like to prep my woman for errands like this, just so she has an easy time.Upon arrival, she asked for help. She was there for me, and needed assistance with the exchange.She immediately received the you dont know what your talking about from one of the female employees.This immediately escaladed into a sarcastic fire of comments from the employee, and then the manager ....My girlfriend was in a panic from this, and called me.I called the store, which then I received more bs. The woman I spoke to, clearly was not there, or was in hiding.In the end, the exchange was FINALLY made, but not before a massive load of unprofessional, sarcastic behavior not expected from that of a large company such as TS.
