Super helpful today. They helped me look up one of my older paints from the paper record from 2019, even though the computers were down, and found it by thinking outside the box.

I will never try matching a color at the D, or L, EVER again! Adalberto was fantastic! The samples I got at the other place were off... dark... both of them. The matches Adalberto put together for me were perfect! I was so excited when I started touch up on a place I was moving out of and the match was right on! A little more loot than youd spend at the other place(s), but cheap in comparison to a landlord saying a unit needs a paint job because of mismatched colors. Thanks Adalberto!

Had a project that called for Kelly-Moore paint and Im glad it did.For paint I normally just go to Home Depot.Even though Home Depot might be a tad cheaper, the knowledge staff at Kelly-Moore makes up the difference.The staff know paint. When you choose Home Depot and other stores that dont specialize in paint, answers to questions are more guesses and not professional opinions.I will be sure to make an extra stop at Kelly-Moore for my paint needs every time.

95% or more of the time they have been very professional Every now and then one of the new employees has been a BOZO on the phone and hasnt got my order right. But that has been a few years back. I am a old guy been buying KM since 1971 I think thats when I opened my first account at the Hayward Mission Blvd. store. Randy Lane over the years has been the BEST paint salesmen I have had from any paint store. Juan is now my salesmen and hes running a very close 2nd (he really takes care of us. Over the 40 plus years of using your paint we have only had a few problems and for the most part you have taken care of us.THANKS John Starkweather
