This is a fun store for tools at a discount price. I only had went to purchase a magnetic strip for my tool but I ended up spending a hour or so looking around cause they have so many different varieties of tool bundles just so many different choices and I definitely recommend you try and make a visit for your help with any project around the house. Thanks again Harbor Freight Employees you were very helpful and kind.

They are definitely going downhill never have any of the good items in stock and always new team members at the front desk must be hard to keep employees happy here. they do have a wide variety of stuff to shop from and it was a stop of mine every time I went out to Gilroy but they never get anything new and all the good stuff is out of stock most of the time.

Super rude cashier, practically throws receipt my way as he yells at another customer (elderly man with limited English), doesn’t say thank you, didn’t ask if I needed a bag. Zero manners, never going again. I’ll stick with Ace or Lowe’s.

Had what I was after. Prices for same items are much cheaper than home depot or Lowes. Good place to get good tools at lower prices.

Lots of non-name brand tools (unlike Home Depot and Lowes) at discounted prices. Deals all the time, too. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. A great shopping experience with my grandson, walked every aisle!

Harbor Freight is a top alternative to Home Depot and Lowes, if not first choice.All tools, equipment, gun cases, electronics, power washers, solar panels, are of decent quality and best of all excellent pricing.The shops also carry PPEs - gloves, masks, hand sanitizer - great prices.Friendly staff and great prices combined with good products - go visit.

$4 for 10 face masks, versus $12 for 10 at the last store I looked at. Im sorry, but Im not willing to pay triple the price for the same item! Same goes for the majority of their inventory! Really love shopping at Harbor Freight Tools!

Very poor customer service. No knowledge of where tools or product in the store or general knowledge of how to use these tools. They watch all customers as if everyone is going to shoplift every time you come around a corner of an isle another employee is watching you closely. The welcoming you into the store is like listening to Eeyor from Winnie the pooh.

If you need a tool that you will use sparingly and dont want to pay the big bucks then this is the place to go. I buy quality tools that I use often else where. I bought a floor jacket and floor stands that I use often for car repairs. Dont regret this purchase. Great place for other things other than tools. Why pay more money for something other than tools if you can get them at Harbor Freight for less money.

We bought something but another person had bought it and returned it AFTER using it and didnt tell store that. When we found this out, we went back to store and the manager got a new one from the back still in shipping container. No problem with the exchange. .He was extremely helpful and sorry for our inconvenience.

Great for tools and small knick knacks. Not for your super durable tools, but great for the weekender fix it person for your house. Its also the place for stuff that I grab for track and field like measuring tapes and weight scales. Great for scales for science classes and labs too. Reasonable prices.

I love the prices of the tools here, plus there always seems to be a coupon somewhere for what I want. A lot of tools here are very good quality and they are backed by lifetime warranty.

Im glad I had coupons but other than that I wasnt too thrilled about this store. The young man I asked a question to, just said, I dont know.. plus they had workers out on the floor but no one went up to help the 1 cashier up front.

If you want throw away tools, this is the place to get them. If you are looking for tools that will last and are better quality. Go any place other than harbor freight. There Power tools break usually after first use, there air tools are garbage dont buy any. I have bought many air tools from Harbor Freight, there all in the garbage. There is not one single quality tool in the building. No matter what you buy you will end up throwing it away.

Great stores not everything they have is great but most of there stuff great I have bought a few of there tools and they have lasted years I a 7in grinder got it on sale for 39 dollars and for what I used it for it worked great and didnt cost me an arm and a leg so. I will keep going there they have great stuff for cheap have plenty of parking and are open at reasonable hour

Went to purchase an item that requires bringing up a paper so they can bring it from the back only to find out that they are out of stock!!!??? Then why have papers out to pickup if your sold out?

This place has a ton of tools and other things.. May not be the best quality or American made, but pretty reasonable prices...

One of the newer locations, and it is well stocked. The staff have been consistently helpful, even when I had to exchange a rather expensive tool. Like a lot of Chinese import machinery, sometimes you get a great deal on a very well made piece of kit, and sometimes you dont, but their exchange policy is stellar, and the consumables (gloves, sandpaper, tarps, etc) are great.
