Just got 4 tires on my truck and had an awesome experience. Colby was the best and super professional got me what I needed for a good price I wont go anywhere else.

Today I stopped by because I had a nail in my tire. I had my 5 young children in tow so waiting to stay to have it fixed wasnt ideal but they made sure to make it as quick and enjoyable as possible (donuts, drinks, comfy seats and TV to keep my crew occupied). I wish I grabbed the name of the gentleman who helped me.. he was very empathetic and kind, going above and beyond to help me and my children to get back on the road safely and swiftly. Its been a while since Ive seen such great costumer service, so thanks to him and the crew for their great care!

Our company buys all of our tires from this particular Big O location; for our business vehicles as well as our personal. Colby is our go to as his customer service is always top notch! He is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the different tire options available. We have never felt pressured when shopping for the right tires- just given his honest opinion. These guys are the best! I’m always able to get my car in and out the same day. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they had me done before I even got back to work. I trust their judgment, they don’t try to sell you anything unnecessarily and they’re honest. This is the only place I go for whatever my car and truck need.

Greg and his team are honest. I never had any issues getting work done on any of my vehicles. They get all of my business. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Friendly and personable!

Shady! Buyer beware. My teenage daughter went in to have her flat tire fixed. I showed up later just to make sure she made it to Big O OK. Tech said she had a nail in it (now I’m not so sure that was true). The manager seemed like a trustworthy guy as he was explaining what was needed so I just accepted his word (my bad). He gave me a lump sum of cost, but never mentioned what she would be paying for (line by line). She was running late for work and was rushing as I didnt see her receipt until I asked her to take a picture and send to me. She got took. Period. Fees in picture are not standard for tire replacement. At least they’re electives and usually discussed as options at other Big O centers. Maybe Big O has different policies for how and who theyre charging depending on which employee is at the counter and what type of person is asking for help with their vehicles. I called the manager to discuss the bill and he said additional fees were mandatory or standard. Really? Thats a first. Ive been buying tires for over 30 years...thats a first. Again the manager is saying there are NO options for the tire replacement fees. Interestingly other Big O locations (that Ive bought from) and their competitors have always gone over the same fees as ELECTIVES. My daughter who works and is a college student could have saved a minimum of $50+ dollars elsewhere. If you go to a neighborhood mechanic, and they don’t feel you deserve the courtesy or transparency to explain fees and/or options prior to authorizing work, then they don’t deserve your hard earned dollars. I hope the extra money charged to her was worth this review. A question for all these 4 and 5 star reviews for this location, HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU DIDNT GET TAKEN? You may have gotten your vehicle back on-time, or they seemed friendly....but what did you pay and how was it disclosed? Yes businesses deserve to make profits. But its the way they do business is the issue. If this is their SOP, well go to other customer friendly service auto centers that offer ethical transparency. On another note, I feel worried these people have my daughters data in their system. Seriously bad vibes with this location for reasons I wont get into, but my interaction at this branch draws concern(s). They must not know you can hear them from the customer waiting area when you stand near the service entry door. Yeah I heard you.

Good Afternoon, I had to go to Big O Tires located on Lindsay Road and Warner Road. The two individuals that worked with me were Greg and Colby. Upon arrival Colby asked me to see if I could call the dealership to see if I had a warranty on my tires. He also said I may or may not need a new tire. They will see. Greg made sure they had the same tire in stock. Turns out I didnt have to pay a thing. Great place if you need your tires fixed!

It was great the guys were nice and they did not tell me there were 50 things wrong with my car. I appreciate the honesty.

Deceitful, dishonest and should be held accountable.Took my wife cars in for a front passenger flat tire repair because they are close and convenient. Was told by the manager, (Colby Beckierman) that both my front tires were passed the where marks and were delaminating on the sidewalls and by law they were not able to repair. I knew that neither one of these issues were true so I told him that I was not going to be replacing both my front tires ($400-$500) today and I would come pick it up.I drove it directly over to my friends at Chandler Auto to have them inspect the tires. It turns out that my tires still have somewhere around 20,000 miles left on them with no delamination to be found. They were able to remove the nail that was in the center of my tread, patch it and sent me on my way for zero dollars charged.I can’t even imagine how many unsuspecting customers use this place and trust them with their word. They are being taken for hundreds if not thousands of dollars of their harder money for repairs that are not needed. Shame on you Big O Tires, shame on you!

I would rate this 10 Stars if I could! Tony was very friendly and thorough. Not only did they make me feel like I got the best bang for my buck! But they were able to get my car fixed and ready for the road before our trip to San Diego. This is going to be my new go to mechanic shop!

Brought my car in for alignment. Tech switched driving modes to Track, andcrepeatedly revved my engine to be cool. severely unprofessional and uncalled for. seems they dont respect customer cars.

Cant give it a five. Found I needed tires for a road trip the next day. They got me right in a few hours before closing but when I was leaving the tire sensor was on. They told me to drive awhile and it would go off. It didnt. Returned as they were closing. Told the red shirt the issue and he told one of the the techs. The tech finished the job that someone else started. Only 18 lbs in a couple of the tires, which I pointed out before I left the first time. The red shirt sat on his motorcycle on his phone not worried in the least about a customer who had to return. He was also the one who told me the sensor would go off if I just drive even though it indicated low air. If I hadnt made it back before they closed I would not have been able to leave when I wanted to the next day. The original tech should have checked his work before sending it out the door.

The crew was fast and curious. Coat was reasonable. Payson was better than the other locations!

Im a fan and loyal customer . This morning I brought my H2 in to check and repair rear access latch and rear driver side and passenger side doors the actuator wasn’t opening doors properly . I receive a call 7 hrs later saying they’ve diagnose the vehicle. The technician proceeded to tell me everything I already told him was wrong and needed repairing. So I paid $157.50 , and 7 hrs to diagnose the vehicle and nothing was completed. Not only did I waste my time , but also my money. Horrible attention to detail and customer service today. I know it doesn’t matter but I won’t be back.

Man these guys sure do take care of me and my tires on all my vehicles. I go with these guys because they have the best warranty and service I can find. I even buy the Big O brand tires. Heck, I pulled in for a tire rotation and balance expecting to pay something like everywhere else. When they were done, they just gave me my keys, told me to have a great day, and see you in another 5,000 miles. Are you kidding me?, Who does that? A great company! Thats who does! Thanks guys.

I called this store as a last hope sort of thing and Matt so graciously told me to come on in and that they would take care of me (despite being fully booked by the way). Ive been taking my vehicles to this Big O location for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed. Just a couple days ago my daughter hit a curb and blew out a tire. We stopped at Big O 15 minutes before they closed to drop off the tire and get some air for the donut spare. Greg pointed out that all of the tires although had plenty of tread were almost 10 years old. I bought 4 new tires and my daughter headed to Big O after school. Greg had her car in and out in no time. Great service. Thanks Greg!

Great shop. They were able to squeeze me in even though it was last minute and they were busy when I called in with a flat. They said the repair is free of charge. Wow. Always had to pay at least $40 to fix any other flats I’ve had out of state.

They did my alignment COMPLETELY wrong and it caused my tires to go BALD in 7000 miles! When I showed this to them, they shrugged responsibility until a different Big O finally said theyd take care of me (because they agreed that it was done horribly wrong). My mechanic was furious at how frankly dangerous it was to be driving on wheels with that bad of an alignment. They forgot to tighten the critical bolt that aligns the wheels. John Weicht (sp?) was the manager and was not helpful nor was he friendly. Im never going back.

The staff was friendly enough but I was told that it would take about one hour. After 45 minutes my car was not back yet. I asked when it would be back in the bay he said in about 15 minutes, and that after that it would be another 45 minutes. If you come here plan to stay twice as long as they say. Dishonest from the start so Im wondering about y rest of the work.

I called to see if they had a certain tire in stock, they said yes. I tried to make an appointment they said I didnt need to they had plenty in stock. Brought my car in and guess what wasnt in stock, the tires I asked about. I had a puncture Soni had to get tires and had to pay more than expected because of their incompetence. On top of that there was 1 person there and it still took an hour and a half. Wont be going back here again

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this company needs to work on their customer service treatment. The fact that you come 3 times and same treatment all 3 times is unacceptable. What is the issue with treating customers in such rude manner? Very disappointed and can not and will not recommend this place to anyone that would like to be treated with decency.

I called ahead to see what the price would be and the man on the phone, Shane, said they only had 1 tire that fit my car and quoted $586 (I have an incredibly tiny car so it probably should have been even lower than that). He let me know it would only take about 1.5-2 hrs to complete. Once I get there the rep tells me that the tire he quoted me is at a different store that is an hour away. He didn’t want me to wait for them to go get the tire and bring it back so he said he found a different tire to put me in that they had in store! Just 10 minutes ago on the phone they didn’t have any other tires. These tires quoted to around $609. Talk about bait and switch. I informed Shane that I don’t mind waiting and I actually have a relative nearby that I can visit for the whole day. I also informed him he could keep my car over night if need be. His demeanor changed at that point and he said they could give me the original tires he quoted me. I asked how long the process would take now and, I kid you not, he said it won’t take long at all since they have the tires here. These tires that were an hour away are right in the store. I don’t think he expected me to be okay with waiting.The process took about 2.5 hours and now 6 days later I see that the center cap on one of my tires is missing!If anyone is okay with bait and switches, lies, and mediocre workmanship then this is the place for you. I chose them because of the “deal” they were having. I would probably have been given a better price and service at my dealership.

Took my car to Big O for an AC recharge and a chirping belt. Was told my harmonic balancer was wobbling and I should not be driving my car because it could damage my engine. This part was very pricey to replace ($436 plus labor). Do not let them talk you into stuff you may not need. Get a second opinion folks!!!! Same part for my car at the dealership would have been $125 plus tax and labor. Worse part about it is, replacing the harmonic balancer did not fix the problem. Went back to have car looked at again and was told the chirp was coming from a pulley. Replaced the pulley ($200). Problem still not fixed. Went back a 3rd time and was told the only noise they heard was coming from a different pulley ($500+). Did not have that one replaced. Took my car to my regular mechanic. Chirp was coming from the serpentine belt ($140 total). This was the 3rd time the serpentine belt was replaced (twice at Big O with aftermarket belts). End result was my car needed an OEM serpentine belt. All along the chirp was the serpentine belt, not the harmonic balancer, not any of the pulleys. My honest opinion is that the mechanics at Big O had no clue where the chirp was coming from. After several conversations, the manager refunded me for the 1 pulley and the serpentine belt (parts only), but not the big ticket item (harmonic balancer). I’m not convinced the harmonic balancer even needed to be replaced. I still can’t wrap my head around how this part is $436 at Big O and only $125 at the dealership? That’s a $300 mark up!! I honestly feel scammed and feel I should get another $300 refund for the extreme mark up. My mechanic and the dealership said this is not a common part that gets replaced. On the positive, the guys there are nice and friendly. Unfortunately I will not ever go to Big O again or recommend Big O. Very disappointed!

Came into this location on a Sunday due to my tire slowly losing air and it being one of the few tire places open on a Sunday. Employee took a look at my tire in the parking lot and found a nail and stated due to the location of the nail it was “unrepairable” and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to look at prices for a new tire to which I declined. Took it to discount tire the next day and they found 2 holes and repaired both free of charge. Stay away from this place!!

When he asked how my day was, I told him about my previous experience at another location. He actually was able to help me out quite a bit. But I’ll be back again!

Worst Experience Ever!! Called made an appt, showed up and of course NO APPOINTMENT!! Was told no problem could still get me right in. Well after an hour of waiting, still have not started to work on my car!! Guess making appointments is not the way to schedule here!!!

Wow! Great service! I called about a same-day appointment for new tires and they were very accommodating. Not only did they price match to a different quote I had received elsewhere, but when I arrived they did not have the tires we had discussed so they upgraded me while staying in my budget. Highly recommend for any tire needs!

2 weeks ago I dropped off my car for an oil change. I had a family emergency and was headed to the hospital. Although I was overwhelmed, Shane was there to handle the car. He was fast but thorough checking me in, friendly & compassionate for my situation, and lightly joked which helped my spirits. He provided great customer service; It something good on a gloomy day!

I always get my oil changed here. Nick always goes above and beyond to help me out. Yesterday I went in just needing some wiper fluid. They topped off my fluid and checked all the other fluids for no charge! I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

I’m new to Arizona and was looking for a go to place for my oil changes and tire rotations. Called and talked with Jared over the phone and was impressed by his professionalism and how helpful he was. Brought my car in and Matt greeted me and took care of me right away. Was in and out quick with much needed new tires, breaks, and oil change. Thanks so much Big O Tires, so glad I found a place that’s so helpful and more importantly that I can trust!

Ill never come here again.. i was told my wait time would be an hour to and hour and a half max.. the attendant even said. Look around were not that busy. Should be done pretty quick.. they pulled my car around after 1.5 hrs and said they have to align real quick and ill get my truck in a couple minutes. It sat there for another hour before they even began to align it.. they all kept saying, just a couple more minutes!. This place isnt that busy to justify this type of delay. Theres no excuse for this. Terrible decision to come here and a waste of my time.

Took my car in to have it aligned. Ive been a mechanic for 33 years. I had just finished replacing my front struts, my rear shocks, rear axle beam bushings, and my front lower ball joints. Since I dont have access to an alignment machine, I figured I would take it to Big-O to get it aligned. Big mistake! My son has been driving the car since it was aligned about 3 weeks ago. He told me yesterday that there has been a clunking sound coming from the front, so I put the car on my lift, and the right ballpoint was missing 1 bolt, and the other 2 bolts were loose. I took it back to them today to have them do the job again because they didnt torque the ball joint bolts back down after they adjusted it. After they argued with me about how alignments are done, they finally agreed to redo the alignment only to give me the car back completely out of whack. I drove it home with the steering wheel turned about 15-20 degrees to the right just to go straight down the road. Do not trust this place to do work on your car. I feel sorry for people who dont have a background in auto repair getting shafted by dishonest car places like this.

Overall best customer service Ive EVER received from Big O! Honestly would probably only come in when Shane is working to receive that type of customer service every time!

I recently took my son’s 2002 Jeep Wrangler in for service, for what we figured were some very substantial repairs. The Manager Jared was AWESOME!!! He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what was needed, so not only I, but my 17yr son would understand. He was able to get the repairs done within the time-frame we needed and even called up the day after to check and make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Jared and his Team to anyone that is looking for a quality and ethical Auto Repair Center. Thanks Jared!

Jared and his team are the best. I drive a company car and it needed tires so I called Jared. No one seems to stock the size required so I knew they would have to be ordered. Jared gave me my options then ordered them on Saturday and scheduled to have them put on Monday morning at 7:00. Everything happened just as promised. They also changed the air filter that the dealer didnt brother telling me needed to be changed. These guys are so thorough I will not trust anyone else to work on my car.

Give me a very fair price on a set of tires and did a few more things that they told me that they will do it at no additional charge. I bought tires from Discount tires for decades. NOT ANYMORE! Big O tires is my NEW tire and auto place. Thanks guys (Lindsey and Warner) location.

I’m so grateful for everyone at this Big O... I realized my tire was losing air fast as I was driving home with our 9 week old baby on the night before Thanksgiving, so I stopped at this Big O in a hurry to see if they could help me. As I walked through the door I saw the sign and noticed that it was less than 10 minutes til they would be closing for the holiday and all the bays were empty and they were clearly wrapping up. I mentioned that my tire might need a patch but I realize that it is probably too late and I didn’t want to keep anyone right before the holiday... without hesitation they said they would take care of it and a couple of them rushed to the back to all help out get it patched up.I know that places take care of patching tires all the time and it’s a relatively small thing to do but I also know they could have just as easily said that it was too late and I would have understood. That small decision that they made to stay a few minutes late to help us out made a huge difference to us before needing to travel around for the holiday with the baby. Thank you all so much, and Happy Thanksgiving.

Im so glad I went to the Big O Tires on Lindsay, in Gilbert! I needed tires badly, was stressing out over my budget and was frazzled when I arrived. Nick was patient and kind, took extra time to help me figure out the best tires to put on my Avalanche, told me about some financing options that were available to me and all around provided exceptional customer service from beginning until end. I have a history of going to Discount Tire, however, after the experience I had with the staff at this location, I will be a repeat customer.

I just had my car repaired at the Big O on Warner and Lindsay in Gilbert, AZ. Matt and his team are amazing. Matt treats me like a human being and doesnt take advantage of me because Im a woman. I live in San Tan Valley and I drive all the way to Gilbert to have him take care of my car.

JERRY GOETLE is the best. My husband (age 85) and I were 60 miles from home on a SUPER HOT 112 degree AZ afternoon and a flat tire. The desk clerk at BIG O Gilbert said we would have to wait 2 hours. JERRY fixed our tire (at no charge) in 15 minutes. He is a great employee has a very pleasant attitude and radiates customer service. We highly recommend him and his expertise.

This used to be the location I frequented for oil changes, never had a problem until now.I was getting an oil change elsewhere, and they told me my tires couldnt be rotated, because there was significant edge wear, cracking and dry rot. They said I should get it checked out, because it was pretty abnormal.This came as a surprise as they are 1yr 10mos old, with about 12,500 miles on them (they have a 3yr 30k mile warranty). I was told this was due to my front end needing work done: control arms, tie rod ends, idler arms, and needing an alignment. They could warranty the tires if I had this work done ($1800).I questioned this because I keep my records of the work I have done. An alignment was done a year ago, as well as control arms. An inspection was done 1.5 years ago that said all of that was fine. Of course things can go wrong in that amount of time, but would that cause all the wear on the tires?I went to another location, where I had the alignment done, to go over some things with them and get their opinion. They were pretty shocked I wasnt getting any help, and even gave me a quote with a credit on all the tires.I took it to a mechanic I frequent, quote in hand, and asked #1 if those needed to be done and #2 what would it cost. He told me there was nothing to fix. I try to get a hold of the owner, an operations manager calls me . We agree on a day to bring the van back to the shop so he can see it. I drop it off, dont get a call. So I call him the next day, he has the store call me back and tell me the same thing, front end needs work. At this point Im sick of getting the run around, Im done with this place. I get there and it doesnt look like the van has even been moved, but the guy at the store says it was looked at.I wasnt trying to get anything for free here. Just wanted honesty and to be treated fair. There are more details that I left out because Id be writing a novel if so. Get a second opinion if you go here.

The Lindsay and Warner Big O is not the closest one to my house. I started going to the Gilbert Big O because the Big O on Main St. (in Mesa) tried to scam me. They said my master cylinder was leaking and tried to sell me on the replacement of them. I replaced the master cylinders myself and they were not leaking. I dont trust mechanics who lie. The most valuable thing about auto service is honesty and integrity. I will NEVER go back to the Big O on Main St because they broke those values. At the Lindsay and Warner Big O, they are honest, do a good job, no BS, and a comfortable lobby. That is why I keep coming back to the Gilbert Big O.

Its really more sad than anything. I was initially upset that Frank wasted my precious and vital time stringing me along saying that he wanted to win my business. He lied instead and did just the opposite. Oh and Brian too. Im a female Army veteran, but Brian showed no sign of camaraderie. Not surprised at the state of our world w/little integrity. I am motivated to do better myself

Couldn’t find my information on a tire purchased less than two months ago ($240.32) Although it was from another location it seemed like a total inconvenience to help us. Had to go to the location it was purchased from to get treated like we were wanted. This location has gone downhill over the last few months. They are there because WE, as customers need help. I will now only go to store 4194, where we were treated with respect

Very friendly and very helpful! I didnt buy tires here however I did stop for tire problem and the service was amazing. Everything was resolved and a matter of minutes and they didnt even charge me for the assistance. Thanks for the rescue and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great service (Nick) and cheap oil change. Theyll still try to upsell you, but it was worth it to save $25 on my oil change. I only wished that the would have put the reminder sticker on my window.

I can’t justify coming back to this place. They have no perception of how they impact people’s schedule. Needed an oil change and battery... quoted 1hr 20min, been sitting here for almost 3 hours. This is including making an appointment.Not even a “Hey we know you’re waiting, sorry for the delay.”The when finally cashing me out, nothing. Just takes the money and gives the keys.Never again.
