Was in a small accident that needed my bumper fixed up- a new bumper was not needed, but it did need a repaint along with some other minor parts. I brought the car in on Monday afternoon and got it back on Wednesday- two days work - just as quoted! Great communication and I appreciate that they stayed a bit late so I could pick up my car at 5:30! Would def recommend! Thank you!

Stay away from Kaizen Collision! Their work is subpar, there is no sense of customer service whatsoever! I am extremely disappointed in the end result of the body and paint done on a 65k vehicle! Orange peel paint with air bubble dimples, over spray everywhere and water damage to my door panels from being exposed to the rain and elements. It to mention they never call you to let you know what’s going on. You can get better quality at Maaco or Earl Schieb.

These guys are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone. I was rear-ended at a stop light and the guy didn’t give me his insurance since he claimed my car wasn’t damaged. Aesthetically, there wasn’t any functional damage but it caused issues to the latch mechanism on the tailgate. This made the “tailgate open” light on the dashboard stay on, and I wasn’t able to lock my car properly. I brought my car to Kaizen for an estimate and when Cody came out to take a look, he used a sliding hammer to bring out the rear body out on the spot so that the latch would be aligned again and could lock. He even went as far as getting some small spare plastic components to help fit my outer tailgate panel back on and secure it in place. Any other shop wouldn’t have done any of this, and he saved me a huge bill and a lot of time. I can’t say enough good things about them and I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!!

Had my Tesla repaired here about a week ago — was a so-so experience.1: staff were friendly and responsive.2: brought my car in with around 80% charge — got it back with 18%, not enough to drive to work, had to use a vacation day3: had to bring my car back after the repair because it had a big lump in the back bumper. They repaired it that same day (again).4: got home again and realized there was clear coat overspray all over my back window — which was a huge visibility issue when the sun hit it. Had to spend about an hour scraping the back window with a razor.

Not sure where to start with this review, from start to finish the experience was phenomenal. I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee after getting into a car accident and the entire process was seamless. The nice young lady working the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of from the second I dropped off my car until I came and picked it up. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company as they basically treated me like family and actually completed the work sooner than I was told it would be done!

Kaizen Collision Center did an amazing job on my car. The paint matches perfectly and damages were repaired so well that you cant tell my car was in an accident. I am very impressed and super excited for have my car back. It was definitely worth the two weeks it was in the shop. I will definitely be going back if needed and refer to anyone who needs a body shop.

Great work and great service! We took one of our high top work trucks in for repairs and they werent able to fit it in their paint booth. They came up with an alternate solution and converted an area over the weekend to be able to paint the truck. The repairs turned out great! We will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

The receptionist there is amazing, and provided possibly the best customer service Ive ever had.The shop is clean and efficient, getting the work done well and quickly. They put up with my attention to detail, and fixed problems that were likely only in my mind. I recommended them for any body work!

Thanks to Eddies help making the vehicle look great! Im a very picky customer, and I noticed a few minute details with the alignment of front end body panels on my collision repair. They took it back and made it look like it did from the factory.The paint job. Looks great also. They did a good job matching factory colors.I will be bringing a personal vehicle in for a paint job as well due to their great attention to detail.

So i have a 2011 Chevy HHR with 165000 miles, its all i have got. The door latch broke and i spent hours trying yo find out how to fix and to find the parts. So the parts from ebay never came after two weeks so i called local body shops. The all wanted $265 to fix it and i called Kaizen and they had me take a photo of the problem and got me in contact with Erin in Gibert Az. He told me to bring it in anytime and when i arrived this guy stopped what he was doing and gave me 100% attention. Told how to get the part and i did for $25 and when i came back Nikki at the front desk and Erin and the tech stopped and gave me 100% attention. They are authorized Tesla repair shops and treated me like a had the $100k Tesla. The tech stopped and fixed my car in 20 minutes and only charged me $40. These guys are the best. Thanks Kaizen.

Excellent Workmanship and Customer Service! Definitely recommend Kaizen Collision. Our 2017 Mazda6 was rear-ended and this was the preferred shop from the other party’s insurance, but all their work is guaranteed. We stopped in to see how our car was doing mid-way and Eddie the mgr. personally showed us pics of the damaged areas and explained what was being repaired or replaced. The car had $11k of repairs done and was completed within the timeframe estimated. Again Eddie was there at the end to make sure we were satisfied. Their professional and attention to detail is evident. The car looks brand new again!

This place is above and beyond phenomenal! They worked with my tight schedule for drop off and stayed open so I could pick up. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was driving it home by Thursday evening! Everyone is so amazing and personable. I had a sleepy toddler with me for pick up and they were interactive with him. And even joked around with me. Please calm them for any repairs you need! I am definitely blown away and will be going back if I ever have another accident!

My car was it by a truck tire and had some pretty bad bumper damage. These guys were great! The office staff is really nice and super helpful. They were able to fix the damage from the truck tire as well as a few other previous dents and minor paint damage in a week. My car looks brand new.

What a great experience! Professional and kind from beginning to end. Their work is impeccable and color match is spot on. Pearl White is not easy to match either but they did it. I definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone!! They had our car for a little over 2 months, said everything was good when we picked it up only for us to have to turn around the next day to take it back to them to fix things they said were already fixed. Then we had to take it back again because things they had fixed on our car were falling off! They told us it would be fixed and we wouldnt have to worry about it again but low and behold the same parts are falling off yet again!

Kaisen did an excellent job repairing our Tesla after it was rear-ended. They are one of the few places authorized to work on Tesla and they really know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend Kaisen for anyone who needs body work.

I was in an auto accident back in roughly a year ago by a new driver making a U-turn and ended up hitting my front driver side... my radiator and everything in front and what was behind it was ruined. Leaked a ton of liquid. Became no longer drivable. My insurance sent my vehicle here to get body work done before any engine work. But got it all done here. Took them I think 2 months ish for me to even get my car back. And once I did my vehicle lasted me 8 driving hours total before it blew up the radiator and started smoking. When my boyfriend and I were contemplating on going out into the desert to shoot our guns OR go test drive some vehicles for a future purchase of upgrading our vehicles to something better on gas.... anyways, and LUCKLY we decided to go to the dealership because as soon I drove 6miles and parked it in a spot at the dealership, my vehicle blew.... this experience was horrible and left us kinda stranded. Insurance wouldn’t answer. Nothing. Blah blah blah... needless to say cant rely on the insurance I had NOR this place whom worked on my vehicle, which left us driving away with me having a reliable vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! they do however do okay body work. But be weary of their work due to appearances can be very misleading...EDIT: owner contacted me about a bad review stating what I stated above and he didn’t like that and wanted to make it better. He promised us that he would give my $500 deductible back and fix any minor scratches on one our vehicles to better the review.... WELL, here I am writing another review to state that the OWNER DOESN’T STAY TRUE TO HIS WORD! He refuses to contact me back to send me at least my deductible! I don’t know how everyone else was raised, but I was raised you state and promise something you stay true to it! needless to say my trust is very much broken and have been sharing my review with friends, family, peers and my global coworkers.

Overall excellent service. I took my truck there for service however after a year an a half I was just not happy with some areas.Without a question they took on the job and corrected the issues.I am a picky guy, hard to please when it comes to this sort of stuff but they have exceeded my expectations on this job.Plenty of body shops around to choose from.
