I don’t usually leave reviews on businesses but wow, best body shop I’ve been to!! I’ve had my fair share of experiences with body shops but I’ve never been so satisfied with one in my life! My car got rear ended and the back of it was pretty damaged. They got me in quickly and when I arrived they personally drove me to a rental car shop because I didn’t have transportation. They gave me a quote for about how long it would take and they were done a week ahead of schedule! My car looks almost brand new! Not only did they fix the damages but they also waxed and cleaned all of my car as well!! It is locally owned and it goes to show. They really care about their customers, If anyone I ever know needs something fixed I’ll always refer them. Incredible experience, 5 stars is not enough. They truly go above and beyond.

If you dont mind wasting your time, money, and patience, this is the place to go. Feel free to wait around while nothing gets done on your vehicle. I hope it was the other guys fault so youre not paying for a replacement vehicle while you wait, indefinitely! In retrospect, Fix auto never had any intention of fixing the vehicle. We waited for nearly a month for an appointment, dropped of the vehicle on Monday and 11 days later, received a deceptive message stating it was determined repairs exceed the est. value after tearing it down and an inability to find the parts makes it unrepairable. Whether poor management or shady business practice is to blame, they didnt buy parts ahead of repairs, extending the time our perfectly road-worthy truck sat in their care, only to find out they never tore it down and did nothing but waste our time.Our initial estimate received in June was $4300. The estimate submitted 10 days after dropping it at Fix was for $5500. Why the adjustment? If you were unable to find parts, why would you inflate the price? Oh, to reach that threshold to salvage the vehicle.Because you are adjuster valuing the vehicleyoure entrusted to repair, there is no incentive to fix a car you cant make money on. Too bad you werent able to pad my estimate enough to make this a worthwhile job. You should have said that up front instead of wasting our time. You really should be investigated for insurance fraud.I gladly passed on my experience with your shady establishment to State Farm.

Found this shop through insurance claim. Car took a little longer than expected but they delivered great finish. Car was derailed and clean and the part that was fixed looks good as new. From the beginning though end had great customer service and communication and very accommodating.

Fix Auto Gilbert should be highly recommended. I was a little upset about the cost but that’s only because it was my mistake that caused the need for repair. The final cost was right in the middle of their quote for worst case and best case scenarios. They offered water while waiting and the job was finished nearly a week earlier than predicted. All in all, I would definitely use Fix Auto again and would like to thank them for their service.

Right side of BMW was severely damaged by being sideswiped by another driver. The car is perfect again after having work done here. I have been in the automotive business since 1967 and this is one of the best shops with the best work that I have seen.

Chris and the entire team at Fix Auto Gilbert did an excellent job repairing my 2005 Nissan 350Z. I needed body work and painting to repair a dent and paint damage where someone swiped the rear passenger side of my car. The body work and painting made my car look brand new again. They also provided a complimentary detailing of my car and it looked great when I picked it up. Chris kept me informed on the status of the work and the estimate was accurate. I will definitely use Fix Auto Gilbert again and highly recommend them to others.

They were quite familiar with working with insurance companies and did most of the leg work in communicating, making it easier on me from having to do it. Customer service was friendly and my car looks good as new, where the damage was repaired.

Employees provide quality work, but no sense of urgency. I had to call to get updates even though I was told Id get one twice a week. My car was there for almost 2 months due to insurance and I wasnt impressed impressed with the communication.

I went here based on an insurance recommendation and it was great from the start. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They even communicated with the rental car company when I got there and when I picked my car up. Also, my car was done about 5 days early, which is always a plus, and it looks great! An overall seamless experience.

Fix did a great job on my 2018 RAM. They did some body work to the door, cab and bed and the work looks great. Its just like new.. The paint came out great and the best part they completed all work 4 days early. The customer service was excellent and the work was excellent. I definitely recommend them for any collision work.

I took my Lexus to Fix Auto in Gilbert for repair following a collision. Not only did they do a great job with the repair, but they completed the work much sooner than expected. Keep in mind COVID-19 restrictions were in place and the drop off and pickup was quick and seamless.They kept me informed along the way about the progress. The nice thing about this location is that they are able to provide their customers with the personable service normally associated with your local independent body shop while having the support of the Fix Auto family. The staff running the shop have significant experience with collision auto repair and will stand up to insurance companies to provide their customers with the best deal possible (after all, if you or a loved one were involved in an accident, you would hope that there would be people in your corner making sure you were taken care of, am I right?) I am not sure if they offer any custom work, but if you need to get your vehicle back to pristine condition, this shop should be at the top of your list.

Had to change out a damaged front bumper cover for Toyota Prius. I did not have clips and other parts for this. They had it finished in a few hours. Very organized professional operation. Thanks guys !!

Dallas was very helpful and called me intermittently to let me know about the progress of my vehicle being fixed. He was very friendly at pick up and he made sure he explained everything to me. Its very reassuring to know theres a lifetime warranty on the paint job also.

I was in a fender bender and the front tire was rubbing on the mangled mess of my car. Fix it sent over a tow truck and picked it up at my place. Sent me the needed paperwork first thing the next morning and had my vehicle fixed in just over a week. They kept me posted on a frequent basis so I was always informed of the status of my car and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I enjoyed and was very pleased with the service they provided.

Great service! When my schedule prevented having everything fixed Mike offered to contact insurance to get permission to fix side mirror to make it easier to drive back to Kansas. I’m not sure where this will be sent do let me first say I experienced their business during the COVID quarantine so I know that affected my experience with them. My contact also got sick in the middle of the repair. So I’m just going to leave my impression of the good and needs improvement. Overall I am happy and would recommend them in the future.The good part-The repair was done RIGHT! I mean they left no stone unturned. They found things I would have never looked for and made sure it didn’t leave their shop until it was safe and ready to be back on the road. This far outweighs any mirror inconveniences I experienced.Things I felt could be approved-I was told there would be a rental car at the shop for me to pick up when I dropped off my vehicle and that was not the case. However they provided a ride up the road to pick one up. Not a problem really. The only other thing that happened is I was told I would revive regular email updates and that did not happen however I blame this on my contact being out sick during a crazy time.

Scheduling was super easy and I was able to get in the same day for an estimate. They ordered the part on a Friday and got it in on Wednesday. They had two people work on the replacement and had it done in under 25 minutes. Really appreciated how seamless and quick everything was!

I called Dad find out some information and they were extremely nice on the phone. So Ill be taking my vehicle there next week to some repairs I cant wait.

My car had minor front end damage from some one backing out of a parking space. I went to shops recommended by my insurance company. One was for $2700, and the other was for $3200. I live on a fixed income and my deductible is $1000. The damage was all cosmetic. Fix Auto listened and understood that I just wanted to be able to drive the car without the bumper falling off. In less than 1.5 hours they had the bumper secured to my car for under $200. Sure it still has paint damage and a minor dent on the fender but ask me if I care! Will never go anywhere else!

Joe made this whole process as easy as it could possibly be. I was given updates daily from the time I dropped the car off until I picked it up. Hard to find a good quality body shop combined with exceptional customer service. Fix Auto in Gilbert is exactly that. They would call every couple of days for an update and they always offered to assist in other areas such car rentals or ride.

Only one complaint I was told that they would inquire about the replacement of my sun visor and they told me that they would be in contact with me if they could assist and I never did hear from them but other than that excellent customer service and service in general with the car repairs. Also they have weird open hours on Saturday so if you do need to pick up your car on Saturday make sure you contact them and set a specific time that way you were able to get your car.

Amazing service, updates during the repair process and final job was excellent. I was unfortunately Tboned by an uninsured driver and Fix Auto works directly with my insurer State Farm and made the process so easy and trouble free. They were nice enough to drive and drop me off to the nearby Hertz to get into a rental car and when finally picking up my car, I was able to leave my rental car with them and head home.Especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, they made an already stressful time so much easier to deal with. Now bear in mind due to Covid-19 repair times might take longer than anticipated due to shipping of parts and availability. But that’s out of anyone’s control so be patient and understanding. All in all, amazing repairs and employees.

I can honestly say that Fix Auto (Especially Lauren, Mike, and Joe) went above and beyond on their customer service, quality of workmanship, and overall expectations. Listen, Im a picky guy...I literally asked them to adjust my hood and fender slightly because the gap was only off a 1/8”. They without question, put me in a very nice high end rental and they even paid for it. Took care of the hood and fender gap and we’re happy to do it. Lauren took the time to talk to me as if I were family. He provided his background, history of the business, and even gave me some sweet spots to go tubing down the river. These guys KNOW how to do business! They detail the engine and interior with every job, period. Lauren was nice enough to walk me through his shop, introduce me to his staff and gave me pointers on Insurance Companies that might be better than others when it comes to OEM replacement parts. I took 12 of their business cards and gave them out all over at my job to people who need body work done on their vehicles. I will be posting this as a Google review and will glady provide their business whenever someone asks me if I know who could help them get their vehicle PROPERLY fixed.
