The guys are excellent at their job. It took a little longer than we thought due to having to order extra parts but the service was too excellent to complain about. These guys kept me up to speed on their schedule with text messages and never left me guessing. A great group to work with. My insurance company sent me here after a small collision. Although they made the repairs in a timely manner, the paint job was horrible. Every part they painted on my car was an obvious different color!!! They brought the car back to me at Nightine so I didn’t notice until the morning. So I took it back to show them. Several of their crew came out to inspect & after staring at the paint job up close and afar stated that it wasn’t the wrong color! I told then that the red hue broadcast in paint was obviously too heavy. So they said I had to come back when the general manager, Keith, was because he had to okay the decision. I made an appointment with him for Thursday at 10 a.m. By 10:30 he hadn’t came in yet. They then asked me if I could come back the following Tuesday at 11! For what? To be stood up again?? I am currently looking for another auto body shop. What a nightmare!! No Integrity and no appreciation or care of customer.~They left The exact same cut and paste comment on yelp and every other bad review. Stellar service, hahaha. “Pass it along to the right department”?!? LOL They act like this is the first time hearing if this issue hahaha They had their chance (2 in fact), too little too late.

Absolutely the best auto body center. Excellent communications via text, with almost daily text updates. They did a great job getting my car repair approved by the other guys insurance, who was at fault. They even called for the rental car company and setup an appointment for pickup. I highly recommend this company! Ill update, once I get my car back this week, on work quality. They came recommended by a relative who worked in collision. Im glad we listened!

I just recently purchased my car (08/18). Unfortunately, it already needed some body repairs. I’m very particular about who I use and trust given I used to work for BBB. After careful consideration, I decided to go with Service King. Adam Mesa and his team from the McQueen Location completely took care of me and my car from beginning to end! I was greated kindly, provided with text updates re: the status of my car and it was even completed 1 full day before I anticipated! You cannot even tell a repair was completed! Went there two days ago. Unfortunately they did not have approvals for work from the insurance company, there was a miscommunication which was not their fault. They were very polite and professional, took pictures and informed me they will set up another appointment as soon as they receive authorization. Came back again to have the work done. This time the approval and paperwork was ready. They are very efficient, and both the front waiting area and the workshop are spotless and very organized. I hope the car when fixed looks as good as their shop. Just picked my car up. Looks great! Thank you.

This place saved me over a grand. They provided excellent service to me when I had to get work done on a car. Highly recommend if you are looking for people who will actually take good care of you and not scam you.

I contacted Service King Collision for a quote. I was asked to bring my vehicle by for an estimate. All my information along with photographs of the damage was collected. I was told I would receive an estimate within an hour. Ive been calling them for two days trying to get an estimate. After making contact with a representative over the phone, she advised they would send it right away. Still no quote! Poor customer service.

The staff here was super helpful, and did a great job keep me updated on the status of my repair. They were quick, handle my insurance very well, and very professional. Knock down one star because of slight issues and getting my vehicle returned. My fog light wasnt working, the door handle was slightly jammed but still operable, and they used some tape on one of my windows which took off the tint when they removed it.

Out of all the estimates I went to get they were definitely the most fair

My 2016 GMC 3500 Denali needed rear right fender repaired/ replaced along with the tail gate and bumper, Service King was recommended by both the insurance company and the dealership. The service adviser walked through the truck and told me everything they were going to replace and repair. They sent the quote to the insurance company and it was approved as quoted with the replacement parts. When I drop it off for repair instead of replacing the bed side as quoted and approved, they performed a repair. They keep the truck an extended time beyond the quoted time when I received the truck, I found imperfections (dents) in the fender and tailgate. I had to bring it back for a second time to repair a dent and replace tailgate parts that was to be replaced from the beginning. It took one week for them to get the truck back to me again, even though I was told they had the parts when I dropped the truck off and they did not fix the dent. Taking my truck home for the second time, I washed the truck and the whole driver’s side of the truck had paint over spray on the bed and cab and on the side, they repaired, I found a paint drip/run. I returned for a 3rd time, they had 2 guys removing the paint overspray with clay rubbing stones and one guy sanding the paint drip/run. I asked about the clear coat they were sanding off I was told not to worry about it this was common and I will not see any difference.Here is my take away – they quoted replacement parts that they did not replace, but still received the quoted repair cost quoted to the insurance company. They did not meet any of the time schedule, poor quality control (said they were to busy), had to return several times and I still am not happy with the repair and quality.Brian Smith2 month up dateI have had the rear fender clearance light pop out, it appears that it was not straighten properly so the light would not hook in completely. The rear wiring harness fell down an was hanging down, I could not find anything it was hooked too, so they must have just stuff it up there without tying the wiring harness to anything. I am still stating that there was no quality control I am really concerned about the paint job alone with the dents I can see everyday.Brian

After having been given a list of authorized repair facilities within the Mutual Liberty network I started looking at reviews and comments and decided on these guys. They had the highest Google star rating of all the shops I looked into and at that time had a 5 star that was only 6 days old and another 5 star that was from the previous month. I am so glad that I decided on them and they turned out to be a fantastic shop with a great team. My car was unfortunately involved in an accident on the freeway and I was rear ended. Kia Soul vs Ford F150 is not a very fair fight, but the guys at Service King restored everything to the point that you cant tell that it was ever in an accident in the first place. They kept me in the loop on the whole process and religiously gave me updates on the progress of the repairs every Tuesday and Thursday. Heres hoping that I can avoid being involved in anymore accidents, but if I ever am you can bet that I will use this shop again.
