He then suggested a couple of equipment upgrades (rollers and a reinforcing bracket) that were needed because the company that built the house used low-grade components. Not even taking the openers back to give some money back because “they are universal”. Do not get scammed like i did. They are crooks

I was excited to find a company with such great reviews to fix my 2 car garage door that had come off the tracks and to add a support to my smaller garage door. The price was reasonable for the amount of work it would be, and I didnt have an issue until 3 days later when suddenly the safety sensors at the bottom of the 2 car garage door werent working. I noticed that the rail was VERY loose when the door went up and down. I called them back to see if it had anything to do with the repairs they did and a different tech came out to look at it the next day.He fixed the loose rail, and noted a few other issues with the door (it went up too high and it was crooked) and fixed those. He said the sensors unfortunately were a separate issue, but he could fix them at a discounted rate since all of the other stuff he did should have been done when the first guy came out. I appreciated that, although if I would have known it was a separate issue, then I would have replaced them myself for the price difference.It seemed like quite a coincidence that they suddenly stopped working after my garage was worked on, but Im willing to accept that stranger things have happened. Honestly the bigger worry at this point was that the first tech didnt do the job properly. I was grateful for the second tech and his honesty and willingness to fix the issues.Then a day, as in 24 hours, after the second visit from this company, the sensors on my smaller garage door stopped working. At this point its all just too coincidental. I dont feel like I can trust them and I will not be calling this company again. Im disappointed because I chose this company based on their positive reviews, so I feel like its necessary for me to leave an explanation of my actual experience with them.

Estimator came in and explained advantages and disadvantages of repairing current door and getting new. one. We opted for new one.You have option of paying half or all the price up from.There was a cancellation that day so installer got here a little after 12.He was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The new door was installed by 2:30. Other than the actual automatic garage door opener all the braces , rails, guides, and other necessary components were replaced. The quality of the parts are much better than the old ones, and the rails and supports that allow the door to go up and down have more bracing than the old door. Door looks amazing and it is much quieter than the old one. The installer took the time to gather up the wiring for the electric eye sensor which had come loose and neatly attach it out of the way. We could not be happier with the install.

I called Veteran after getting a very high quote by another door repair service. Im glad I called them. Luke came in and about 2 hours. He replaced a high tension spring and made sure the door was properly adjusted and greased all the parts . Luke called me and told me was finished and that he tested the door and all was well. Very impressed .Also his price was about 140 dollars cheaper then the other service.

Once the work was completed, Ryan cleaned up the garage nicely, reviewed everything that was completed, reviewed the warranty and offered tips on maintaining.The service and experience was first class and the rates were competitive. I closed the garage door one morning as usual, pushing the close button and went in my house, but then was startled by a loud rattly bang as I was opening my mail. At first I thought all the strings in the piano had mutinied and made a pact to snap at the same time. Turns out the cable of the garage door opener had snapped.
