These people beyond your imagination honest and quick and the price is great.I have tried other services before just to come and see your door they ask you ridiculous $$$$$price just to come out! after they come out that’s another story specially if you don’t know anything about garage door they will come up with a story they will ask you a price you can buy a used Camry. comparing to other services I personally say they are A+ Five star royal service. they were recommended by a friend they never disappointed me and I recommended them for a lot of people in the future and they have done some of my friends garage door They are happy a true honest people may God bless them.

Great service! One of my garage door springs broke late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come and replace the next morning. Fantastic local small business. Jay and his son, Justin, were very professional, friendly and took time to give me tips on how to get longer life from my garage door parts with recommended maintenance I could easily do. They had my garage door fixed and good as new in about 30 min. Excellent customer service.I called other franchise run garage door places first but the other guys wanted to charge just to come out and give a quote. Those other guys dont have knowledgeable staff answering the phone and seemed to want to charge for extras that didnt seem necessary.

I called a few other garage door companies in Garland around 6pm on Tuesday, when I asked to get someone to come out and fix my garage door I was told by one of them it would cost over $100 for them to come out as an emergency otherwise it would be Saturday. Funny part is none of them asked what was wrong with the door. I called Residential Garage Door Service and spoke with Jay who asked me what was wrong with the door and we set up an appointment for 8am the next day. After that he told me what I needed to do to get the door down.. Next morning they were there at 8, looked at the door and gave me an extremely fair quote. It was Sunday afternoon at 5pm and my garage door spring broke into two. I had read a review on Nextdoor Neighborhood about Jay from Residential Garage Door service so I looked for the number and called him. Jay immediately answered the phone and agreed to be at my place in 45 minutes. He was so professional, reasonable and quickly replaced the broken spring.
