(Cons)Very poor customer service..Every problem you come across with your car your going to have to pay..Got a car from them and they couldnt figure out the problem...Then I found out that It was a blown head and now I have to pay an additional $600 after I paid $500 for a unrelated problem...Ive had the car 8 months and its been back 5 times to be fixed on for related mechanical problems...At a loss for words but Ive already invested in the car....(Pro)Nice selection of cars to pick from with a reasonable down payment

Wish I could give no stars.The car is in great condition, runs smooth, youll love itThe car needed $1700 worth of repairs in order to drive properly after the first week.Needed a new radiator, new fan, new starter, basically a new engine.Dont shop here. Need my $ 🔙

Thats a very bad car lot bad customers service and will sell you a lemon without blinking...they dont care... Be careful with those people they are very unprofessional..as is...they represent that to the fullest and they dont care if your a good customer...only money for the junk there selling...

We put $500.00 down on a car that was very unsafe. I had front end and break problems The car broke down in the first week of having it. And when I took it back to them to be repaired the very next week. There mechanic was great and informed me it was in bad shape. the Owner & Secretary were so outrageously rude. How can a dealer sell such dangerous cars.

I had very good customer service at D & K Auto Sales. Kelly was very nice and showed kindness.

Did not want me to take their car to the mechanic to get it checked out! Mechanic told me the fact that they didnt want me to get it checked out most likely means they are hiding something.

Well Im been try make a payment since Monday and no answer ive had my car since last December 2015 and I still have dealer tag.i asked sereval times when my plates b there.My total price for my 300 c was 16000 and it had 198000 miles on it already I Kno I Kno but the car is nice n its hemi but I thought the service would b better I refer 5 plp n they didnt give anything. But if the owner r reading r someone can help I try make payment hell I only owe 7000 now n I hate them try talwy car now and I been to office Monday n there closed!!

This isnt a review, its a message. To d&k auto, i am supposed to be buying a 2009 sonota. Everytime i make a payment i call and pay by phone. Yesterday my payment was due. I called and called. For some reason it is telling me, your account is closed. I dont understand how i PAID FOR A TAG, that yall are refusing to give me. Now i am late on a payment which im sure yall are going to want me to pay some late fees on. Even though its yalls fault it hasnt been paid. I can only speak for myself but seems to me, this is not how yall would treat customers who pay 10,000 dollars for a car that already has 160000 miles on it. Plus always makes his payment on time every week. I was so thankful that i was able to drive off in a nice car that day. But a year and a half later on a 2 year contract and i still havent recieved the tag that I ALREADY PAID FOR. And now yall have made it impossible for me to make my payment. Now i wish i had never bought a car from yall.

We pulled up to protesters! The owner was very rude and very inconsiderate! Almost all the cars had no ac and the 1s tht did were about to break down, which is what happened to the 1 I got after having for hr! I asked 4 my money back and was tolf no way but I can pick another car, which I had to wait 3 days for them to fix and this car was even worse. I wouldnt wish this car lot on my worse enemy!

They arent in business anymore..people paid off their loan and were told they would call when title was ready.the person went to dealership and they were closed.went to tax office and was told there was a Leon on car title.The owner needs to give the person the title.
