My mother bought a car from them 6 months ago. They have had her tag for over a month and will not send it to her.

Recently purchase a car from them. Basically they sold me a lemon. Car broke down within a week. I spoke with Sam several times and each time he told a different story. The sad part was when he said Good Luck. Do not buy from this place. Also, the maintenance they offer is no good. Sam really sold it good. I spoke with the maintenance plan member and was given the correct information. It was totally different from what Sam said. Do not I repeat do not buy from them.

Sold me a messed up car. It turned off while driving down the highway multiple times. Only offered to fix it for free when I said I wanted to return it. When they did fix it they stole something from my car and I only got it back after arguing with some lady there that it was mine. THEN stole my AirPods out the car they gave me for my rental when I accidentally left them in there

CARS ARE NOT MAINTENANCE!! I checked the oil and it was gunky and black and stunk onto the dipstick. Under the hood was dusty and he said it hasn’t been sitting long. Then there was no coolant at all so the car probably would of overheated on the way home. LIES AND MORE LIES NONONO

Recently purchase a car from this place. Had the car for 2days in which it broke down. Contact Sam to let him know. Took the car to the mechanic and was told I would need a new engine. Please do not purchase any cars from this place. Car was no good. They never tried to make the situation right. I will be contact BBB and having them investigate this company. I’ve been reading up on things that can be done. Also their known for doing this. I’m not the only one. Please once again do not purchase from them.

The car is a fair deal. We needed a small car ASAP due to be my husband wrecking his Harley and it’s in the shop. It’s 20 degrees outdoors soooo. We checked out the car as best we could. It has a coolant leak and a weird smell, which my husband will fix and he tolerates the smell for now. We will fix the falling headliner properly. The dealer promised a “lower price “ if we returned after looking at the other 2 cars we had scheduled to see but alas did not follow through on that promise even though we paid him cash. It was late, freezing, we were thirsty and hungry and I was frustrated because he was closing deals on 2 people at the same time so I just wanted out of there so we did not haggle. This, however, leaves a sour taste and I will not in good conscience refer others to the dealership or return myself.

Very smooth process and professional service! I’m glad I came across this place during my search for purchasing a car. The sales person was very patient and nice throughout test driving the cars I was interested in. Overall would definitely recommend, I’m coming back when I want to upgrade/buy another car!

I just want to start off saying that this is one dealer that you don’t have to worry about them scamming you with packages and add on’s. Literally the only thing you will pay for is what the legitimate value and price of the vehicle is, of course, adding in sales tax and TTL. I see some comments about the vehicle breaking down and this and that... Honestly, you’re buying a used car. You have to do you due diligence to make sure you’re making a good purchase. In my experience, Sam is going to let you know everything HE knows about the vehicle and that is awesome. Just know that if you go here, you will get an honest breakdown of what you’re going to purchase and they aren’t going to play sales games with you. So refreshing!

I was at this dealership Yesterday. We test drove 3 vehicles, the sales person was very polite and willing to help. We ended up buying Jeep Patriot. Very nice very clean car. BEWARE they do not follow up after initial contact. Sam continues to text stating he is working on the issue but never does. I feel the maintenance plan offered is bogus because they are liars.

Very frank in their dealings. Very friendly and humble guys who would not make you feel you are being ripped off. They dont push you with many words to make you buy. They would explain and make you choose. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I am a new customer so I am reserving the last star for what happens after this time. I will return and add after I have driven for some time.Fast forward to today March, 15 2021. About 2 years after I first bought a vehicle from them, I have returned to give them the last star I left out in my first review. I could not wait to buy another car from them due to the performance of the first one I bought from them. I never had any problem ever since I bought the car. I gave that to my wife and returned to buy another one. As usual, they are of their customer service best, few words, no bait and switch, no add-on or upselling. They will let you test drive any vehicle you choose and as many as you want to test. Price is exactly what you see. Sam will tell you everything he knows about the car and let you decide. I walked in at 2pm and in less than 30 mins, I test drove and got a deal. Walking out with 2015 Sonata. Great guys, good business. I will surely recommend you check them first if you want to buy a used car. Great price, good condition. A five-star performance hands down! No question!

I bought a car from these people when they were on Division in Arlington and it lasted just over a year before the car literally fell apart. Leading up to that I had changed all 4 tires, the battery, alternator, both ball bearings, window switch, and front brakes then one day driving down a hill the driver side bumper collapsed onto the tire along with some components of the hood and now it is immobile. I refuse to fix it anymore and I cant reach sam.

Horrible place. We bought a car that had a new engine installed in it. So we paid a higher price for the car since it had a new engine. Engine locked up in 2 months. No issues at all with the car before. Took car to mechanic who told us engine is gone and that we need to find a new engine. Called R&D and told them what was going on. They said they would look into it and call back. Never called back. Had to call them. They then said they never said it was never a new engine. That he spoke to the salesman, which is his son, and again told me that the engine was not new. I looked at the engine with my own eyes and it was new. So they sold us a lemon and wont do anything about it. Dont trust these guys. They are looking for the next sucker. Go anywhere else!!!

Visited five weeks ago and am taking time out to revisit my experience and share it with you all. Found exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price! I found one of their cars via cargurus and later went to check it out in person. Basically, I didnt go there to browse but instead had my eye out on something specific. I spent quite a lot of time there compared to average and the workers were all very patient and didnt try to pressure me into making a rushed decision. I was pleasantly surprised at this. For instance I had already looked up the VIN to verify the car had never been stolen or never been totaled. The national crime insurance bureau has a free database where you can lookup this kind of info. I test drove the car twice in the same day and probably spent forty or so minutes with it. I would suggest you take someone with you when you test drive, theres a saying about how two are better than one. They also used their expertise with whatever questions I had. Ultimately, its up to the consumer to understand what they want, what they can afford, and what they are looking for in a car- as well as the significance of choosing a used over new car. For instance, the pictures on the site didnt try to hide flaws with the car. You just gotta look with a critical eye. However, I felt like I was dealing with trustworthy people. I went armed with a checklist of red flags to look for that would suggest dishonesty however I was relieved to walk away from the transaction feeling as if I had benifited from engaging in an honest transaction. Lastly, I suggest you call ahead and verify hours especially if you are wanting to visit as soon as they open or near closing time. I understand every experience is different but if you see something you are interested in I say take the chance and stop by.

The mechanic at that car dealership is not honestI took my car over there and he said I will fix your car in two weeks , After the next two weeks I went there to pick up my car I found out that he traveled to Baghdad for his vacation and he left my car without fixing it.Not recommending.
