Came in last Saturday because my friend was needing a car and had little to no credit and or bad credit. Carlos was very knowledgeable, patient and worked hard to get us approved. Although, we didnt get the vehicle we initially wanted, we did walk out of there with a cute little Nissan Versa my friend is very happy with. Her interest rate is very high but that is expected at a buy here, pay here dealership. She will be working on her credit making her monthly payments for a few months then she will be able to refinance no problem and lower that interest rate down the line. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, and Auto City.

Came in with high hopes and left with nothing. I was told I needed a higher down payment after my credit was run and after I was asked multiple times how much I had to begin with. Mind you, I was accepted but they wanted a higher down payment based off of information I provided to them on my paystubs. Why I was made to feel like everything was good, I’ll never know because he knew before the run it would require a higher down payment. Even if I were to get the money I’m not coming back, I was upfront and your rep was not, that’s very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
