I wouldn’t give this dealership even a star. Customer service was below par and the vehicle we were looking at was a mustang 2020 worth 24,000 to them and they said that it had never been into a wreck. This was clearly not true due to the welding that was on the back of the car and we went to get it looked at by Goodyear before we bought it. The guy took two minutes not even and came back and said this car was trash and that it had been completely reconstructed on the outside. The windows didn’t even touch the car so there was going to be tons of leaks and he even went as far to say that he wasn’t going to charge us the fee for a used car inspection because of how bad the outside was that he wasn’t even going to look on the inside. Then, we decide that we are going to just take the car back and move on to the next, we get about a half a mile away from the dealership and the car breaks down on us in the middle of the left turn lane. Once this happens we try calling them, 4 times at least and they do not answer so we had to walk a half a mile to their dealership just to finally get to our car after a nightmare experience with this dealership. Pretty corrupt and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience that it caused us. The unprofessionalism that this place showed is the only reason I wrote the comment, so that others did not have the experience that we did. 0/10 would never recommend.

Ahmed Ali helped me get my challenger when all other companies declined me. It was quick fast and easy and I was out within 2 hours. I highly recommend this place if u are looking for a car in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. They didn’t give me no run arounds like most and actually lived by their standards.

If you want a positive car buying experience, go see Ahmed at Cowboys Auto Sales in Garland . He is up front and honest about what they can and cannot do as far as financing. Although my credit is not where it should be he was able to get me in a newer low mileage and a clean title. He even stayed within our budget.. the process was very easy

Hey I purchased the 2019 equinox on April 24,2021Im so disappointed my ac went out 2 weeks ago exactly 1 month after I purchased now Im at the Chevy dealership and find out the ac fan and lines are bent and all the stuff behind there is pushed back from when the car was in the accident. The picture you showed me during the purchasing process didnt show none of thatAlready costing me money $2,752 along with the car noteThis is very disheartening 6/12/2021Today back at Chevy dealership trying to fix ac and they took me to the back to show me that the frame under the car was bent during the accident which caused car to be deemed totaled with a salvage title I just had to now purchase a radiator for $285 a hose for $186This is now 6/19/2021 my second Saturday trying to get this car ac back running😢😢😢😢😢🥺🥺🥺🥺😩😩😩😩I know its a buy as is but this is insane

-Straight to the point-Customer service is “ok” if you are in storeOtherwise you won’t get a call back or your call will be ignored.Omar the owner I talked to told me he would see me Monday I stop by at 9 when the place opens. I ask to see Omar he doesn’t come in until 10!?(That includes every salesperson) we ask to see the cars. We test drive a car and finish around 10 Omar still has not arrived.We go inside to see what time he will be there only to be told he sometimes comes in at 10:30 or 11.We leave and ask to at the least to see the info on one of the cars and nothing they will call me back.That was 5 days ago and still nothing..horrible service and owner clearly decides things on his own time not worth it. Save your money.

Pulled up and was not greeted. Spoke 3xs to workers. Nothing. I did get the Carfax I requested. There was a finance guy in the office. He was too busy pretending to work on the computer so he wouldnt answer any questions we had. Receptionist knows nothing and wore pajamas to work. All the cars are savage tiles which means they are wrecked. Our car got blocked in and they couldnt find the keys. Not sure if it was because we were black women with a kid but, we will take our $5,000/deposit to better business.Cowboys Auto Sales... You have to do better.

Completely unprofessional, rude, no regard for anyones time...I waited for 3 hours....my own damn fault, I should have just left. This place is totally shady, I would NOT will NOT ever buy anything from them. I am glad I changed my mind....this place is a joke.

Would not recommend wasting your time with these people. We were remotely shopping and contacted them regarding an Escalade ESV they had for sale. They responded that it was available and when I asked for better photos and the Carfax for the vehicle they completely ignored me despite the fact that I could clearly see (Facebook messenger) that they saw my messages. Unprofessional and a complete lack of courtesy to out of town buyers. They have no business listing online when they will only apparently sell if you are local because they are to lazy to snap a few pics and send a Carfax report. We took our $50,000 to another dealer who actually cares about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague if you are not local to Garland, Texas!!!

I recently bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from Omar and Ahmed and I had a very good experience with them. They were friendly and walked me through the entire process of buying. They told me everything about the car and were honest and upfront about everything. There was a dead breaklight and Omar went out of his way to go get a new one before we left the lot and the car was very clean and in good condition. I was very impressed with my experience.

This truck deal was shady, I couldnt get anyone to contact me after emailing them & texting them I sent several messages & that should have been my first red flag because as a buyer I shouldnt have to beg these people to contact me, so after waiting like 4 days not hearing from a live person I drove up and was greeted by a young man & that when I learned that the price they advertise was for cash only & the young man preceeded to tell me that the price will go up 10-12% since I will be financing, so I thanked him for his time & walked away but really it would be nice if they would have responded to even one of my calls or emails or texts with information I was inquiring. Beware Do your homework & watch out for Red Flags & Dont work harder then the salesman!

What to charge me more than posted price, 100% increase in document fees and 4 x the interest rate of everyone else. Dont waste your time.

Horrible customer service. We were waiting on a charger to be ready for a few weeks. A side mirror needed to be put on. They kept saying the mirror was there or that it was getting out on right then. Never happened. THEN we called to see if it was fixed today and they hung up in our face for asking. Don’t purchase from them!

All salvage cars. Be warned, air bags DONT work! Treated poorly as a customer and they ignore calls. Never anywhere to park as they place all of their salvage cars in the front. Its a pretty shady business.....

Found rebuild title auto/trucks for sale.

Dont even want to remember how irresponsible and dumb these guys were! I went there few days ago and i test drive a car, turns out the car was not driveable, the steering was sliding on my right only. I didnt knew until i came out the parking to the road. And i had 3 other family members in the back. That act of giving me keys without even checking to see their own car is in condition or not is just messed up.

Found the car online through a service and the car and price matched expectations so that was good. Also, no pressure which was nice. However, I live 90 minutes away and was told they dont like to mail plates but they will if we need them to. Then when the plates came in was told they would be mailed. Called the next week and was told oh theyre still here. Ill get them in the mail today. Called the next week and was told we cant mail them. We had an issue once. Ended up having to drive there to get our plates. Not the worst car buying experience, but I hate being lied to and I hate what seems like laziness and inconsistency. It is crazy that an auto dealer refuses to mail plates and even worse that they would say the would mail them that day and then not do it.
