My son was contacted by Dallas auto, told him he qualified for an upgrade with lower interest rate when he got there the person not salesman told him he qualified for one car on the whole car lot but they sold that car the day before. So he went else where and had no trouble purchasing a vehicle.

Look no place is perfect, But if your down and out, No where to turn and you feel like the worlds coming down on you, These people will give you a chance, I know cause i was one of them, Got my vehicle 2 and a half years ago, no major issues its been a good ride, I work i pay my bills, Thats all you need to do, Everybody works to pay bills and get by, The people at this business are no different, we all are struggling, These are good people.

He was very helpful to me a couple of days ago. I will not forget his hospitality and how welcoming he was to my dad, my best friend and I. First off, i want to say to anyone thinking of buying a car at this place i want to say this< DONT DO IT !!! there are alots of good dealships in dallas. that would show a lots more respect to people buying cars than this place. i bougth a chev cruze 2012. on 03-25-2021 less than month the timing belt came off . i had a wrecker to pull the car into the dealship for free repairs, dont buy into that statement. i as them about the use of a loaner car, which they said they could:nt do the first time. so i waited about a week for them to repair the car. i called them about the repairs and was told i had to pay get this! 750.00 dollars. for them to replace the timing belt. after paying before i drove off the the lot the car start to smoke. i went back inside and said whats going on now the car is smoking, whats so bad about this place i was making two payment at a time. they check to see why it was smoking the guy who fixed the car left a nut off from engine oil drain. i went to a auto part store put a plug into it myself. the engine ligth kept coming on i call them about this was told to bring the car in, which was going to come with another charge, i told them they can have the car back. i do not care about them reporting to my credit, cause im a new buyer of a 2021 kia rio to hell with this place people dont do it. !!!!!! tell the saleman ronald to stick the cruze where the sun dont shine

Battery die I took it back and they want to charge me 75when they supposed to have a brand new battery before selling a car. Worst customer service ever. First there is nowhere to park the vehicle you drive here, we waited for someone to come and talk to us but after so long we walked in. The owner was Soo soo unprofessional and just looked like he wanted nothing to do with us there. After filling out paperwork and after waiting all we got from him was well doors are open so whatever. They want way too much for their cars! My friend got a vehicle from there and after 2 weeks already had problems.The sales guy we talked to actually sent me 7 blocks down the road and said that they had nicer cars and guaranteed a vehicle with $1500 down! Personally if I owned that company i would be pretty upset first of all to know one of my sales person was sending ppl away! Cars are nice and yes $500 down but payments are way too high every 2 weeks and way too much in total amount of the vehicle in my opinion

At first, I was grateful that someone had helped me get a car. I bought the car in June of 2017. Keep in mind, the key ignition was already faulty and you had to jiggle it to start the car. By October, the car had broken down (CV axle broke). I returned the vehicle to the shop for repairs. They charged me double what another mechanic would have charged me AND they charged me to change the ignition thing because “they couldn’t start it”. I ended up paying almost 7 grand for an 02 Impala. They are very great at taking advantage of desperate people who need a car very badly!!!!!

I purchased a car from this company a little over a month ago. Even with an open loan I was approved for the car that I wanted. The customer service was great, I really appreciated the fact that they all wore masks(years from now, when you read this, this was during the whole COVID-19 pandemic) and I wasnt in the dealership long at all which to me was the BEST part about this whole experience. I love the length of the loan, cause quite frankly Im over the 5 year plus car loans. Hopefully this car last me years so I wont have to come back in :) but if I had to, I would definitely choose Dallasautos4less again!!!

This company is super shady. They ask for people to do a review the moment you sign. So majority of people that get cars from them dont know what they getting into. When they towed my car the guy embarrassed me in front of my friends called me a bxxch. The secretary Raquel is super rude. She curses at you, wont let you speak to anyone but her. She works with certain people not all. They overcharge for these cars that already have issues. I had my car for a week and had to bring it back so they could fix it. I had to pay for parts ect. Youre better off going to a big dealership. If youre late on one payment they pick your car up. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Im sure the rude owner will respond with negativity as usual. The negative comments are true. The good ones are them for sure.. Read the responses from the company. Im sure you can read the energy if you read their rude responses..

I bought a vehicle with low miles, it was an older model car but was very well taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful. I get a free oil change every 90 days. While getting one of my oil changes a leak was found and they fixed it, just charged for the part, didnt charge for the labor, really liked that. I referred 4 people and if i refer 1 more THEY PAY OFF MY CAR!!!Really great place, highly recommended

Ladies in the office always have an attitude. They ask me questions like I work there and supposed to know the answer. Maybe if they were trained better on company policies and protocol they wouldn’t feel incompetent to know what to talk to the customer about. Not my fault you have to sit a desk all day and be someone’s peasant, should of made better life decisions. Sounds like a personal problem.

I was able to get my car paid off in under a year mainly because they had a referral program where if you refer 5 friends to get a vehicle they pay your car OFF!!!! Every time I walked in their building I was greeted very nicely and got taken care of for all my needs. Will definitely be buying another vehicle here.

I love this car place. I dont have a problem with them but I do have one with the mechanic shop they have. One of there employees left my car lights on all night so my battery went completely dead. I was forced to come out of pocket for a new battery when one of there mechanics made a mistake. The only response I get is file a complaint! I feel like nobody cares😫

So today I leave no stars because this same car lot approved my elderly mother for a $1000 down payment. Yet still was blown away when they would NOT let her in the vehicle she chose!!! She was told that she would have to come up with $4000 . Bunch of crooks and liars here!! Anyone they let in a car is not getting what they choose. I will not ever let my elderly mom get messed around by taking what the dealer wants her to have. Dont shop at this car lot!!!My elderly mother and I arrived got out and looked at a few SUVs and she picked one she liked. A salesman finally came out and basically said if you dont have $1600 a month income we cant help you. And unemployment is not an income!?!?! The crazy man 😂 we had $6500 to put as down payment.

Dont get caught up with the lies and awful customer service. UPDATE: 2hrs after this post, management TEXTED me to let me know the day I am 1 day past due, they will repo my vehicle, havent missed a payment in 2 yrs. Its shameful. Please please please, go ANYWHERE else on S Garland Ave than this place here! I have a right to voice MY opinion based on MY experience with you all. The fact that you threatened to repo my car just because I decided to rate this business is funny to me and will definitely be investigated! Whoever is controlling the reviews must be the same person who texted me.

I have no issue with the car side of the business, the car we purchased is great and customer service is also. But beware on the finance side. They claim that our insurance was canceled and then they want to make us pay them for insurance. Absolute garbage. My insurance has never been canceled, they never received a letter from my insurance company, they can’t produce the letter, they are trying to con me into paying them for insurance. I plan to refer this to the state board of insurance to hopefully keep it from happening to someone else.

These guys are all very laid back and easy to work with. Negotiation is straightforward and easy-going. From start to getting the car bought only took less than an hour. Waiting for the inspection sticker does take a bit longer but worth the wait. Will recommend this dealership if you are looking for good honest guys to work with. Car lot space is a bit limited so selection may not be much, but we found our car no less.

They state; We continue having our customers pay their original balance owed and would never increase any payments based on the verbiage written in our customers previous contract. This information is incorrect! After filing with The State of Texas Consumer Affairs, DallasAutos4Less over charged me and never played by the rules-which were written in my original contract. Overall, I ended up receiving an overpayment- in which the state ORDERED the company to pay me. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Rachel is a manipulator who believes she knows practical business principals... News flash, go back to school. Please respond unprofessionally, this will also help another case I have on-going. I will also post all documentation from the state and the check I received for the over-payment. Please defend this post, it will help me.
