Linda was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best solution for a good nights sleep and my budget. I never felt pressured to purchase but I did feel a commitment to my well being. I will definitely purchase from Mattress Firm again and refer all of my friends.

My partner and I visited this location in search of an adjustable base. Ali was super helpful and knowledgeable. We must have tried every mattress and base in the store! Started out nice young lady was very helpful.Had to pick up at a different location.Not sure why but they wanted license number and plate number to pickup a mattress in a box. Got home set everything up and I am very disappointed with my new mattress. It is a memory foam. It compresses down from an 8 inch to a 2 inch and I can feel my stand underneath me.

My mattress was supposed to be delivered on Thursday in the middle of the snow fiasco. It was rescheduled on Saturday for SUNDAY between 11:45 and 1:45. It arrived at 11:47 and the guys were terrific. Also, we bought it the day before the storm in store. The staff was fantastic and really knew their products. Kudos to everyone! Best experience in quite a while!!!!

The salesman at the Firewheel Garland, Texas store was great! He was full of knowledge about how the mattress was constituted and what kind of mattress would suit us best based on our sleeping position. We went in with our masks on ( salesmen was wearing one before we entered) there was a table at the entrance with hand sanitizer and thin paper sheets to go under our heads. We went in knowing we didn’t want a firm mattress but nothing else. He asked us questions about the position we slept and if we were hot sleepers and such. He lead us to the mattress that would fit our needs. After we chose our mattress with the electric head lift frame. He explained how we could drop this bed into a headboard and side rail set. He explained the mattress covers and the difference in them but, didn’t push it on us. I did buy one that would be help in cooling us. He explained we had 120 nights on the mattress to exchange, if we weren’t happy with it. We bought it on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. When the delivery company called to confirm I questioned them because I read a post about bedbugs. They do take people’s old mattress IF they looked good, they give them to another company that cleans and donates them. They are closely looked at. If they look dirty they don’t take it. If they do take it they are put in a bag outside and sealed before going on the truck. All the items that are being delivered are sealed too. I watched them take all my stuff out of sealed packages. I will go return when we need another mattress. Top notch salesman, we left there feeling informed and that we bought exactly what we needed and wanted!!

Excellent overall experience. Ray was knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy at all. He asked as many questions of us as we did of him. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. We ended up with the mattress we love and at a fantastic price. We have purchased several mattresses from this particular store over the years and we have always been very pleased. 10 years ago, we actually took advantage of the sleep trial period and exchanged a mattress we werent 100% happy with and they handled the exchange perfectly. We have had our current mattress for 10+ years and were in desperate need of a replacement but had been dragging our feet. We finally went into the store and met with Jose Escobar who was so great! We already had our eye on a Purple mattress and he helped us solidify our decision. He walked us through all of the different options and accessories available to purchase. We ended up with a mattress and an adjustable base.... The best part? It was all delivered the next day!

I spent months researching, visiting stores and trying to figure out the best mattress. I have had back surgery and need a bed that is soft, yet supportive. The salesman, Seth, patiently walked me through all of the beds and talked to me about all of my concerns.
