After sleeping on the mattress we purchased in May, we decided it is not a good fit for us. Prova at the Firewheel Sleep Experts spent 2 hours with me and helped us find the best mattress for us, a Temperpedic. Just as Aaron was, she was expert & patient. Aaron at the Firewheel Sleep Experts was very attentive to my mattress needs. Ive bought 3 queen size mattresses so far in 2021 and NONE were a good match! I bought all online based on reviews and wont do that again. I spent an hour at Sleep Experts yesterday and Aaron patiently walked me through the 4 that came up as matches on their system. After spending time lying on each, we found one that Im hoping will be perfect! Ill update after I sleep on it for a while! I only have to waitone day for delivery, so well see. Aaron was very patient & understanding when I went in yesterday after sleeping on it for 2 weeks. Says it takes at least 30 days to break in a mattress! Trusting the expert. Went to get a new bed for my parents, Prova was extremely helpful and patient while I translated for my parents all the features of the beds. I ended up taking a Sleep Number bed for them and Prova was able to help me get them the adjustable base with the vibrating feature for a great price!

Easiest and best mattress purchase I have ever made!!!!! Larry was exceptional from the moment I walked in, he listened to exactly what I wanted, what I didnt want, and the price point I was looking for. No drama, he found me exactly what I wanted...even gave me the best pricing and best deals possible (I know because I have been mattress shopping for 6 months). I was taken to the Sleep Experts in Garland by close friends. I had been experiencing severe back pain and assumed it was aging. After visiting my friends and sleeping on a different mattress, I was stunned to awaken with no back pain. While arguing I could not afford a new mattress, my friends literally HAULED me to Sleep Experts. Garland # 117013. I was met by Larry, who patiently listened to my laborious saga of back ache. Larry placed me on their amazing computer diagnosis bed system. He asked about the mattress I was using, explained the size person my mattress was designed for, and then ushered me over to try out 3 different mattresses in the store. I was stunned, STUNNED to feel immediately the difference in my back by assessing my weight, height and position I favored in sleeping. ( on my side) I was going to order the mid range mattress that felt sooo much more appropriate for my back, but shared with Larry, I truly preferred the top of the line mattress. Larry patiently calculated the difference of payment amounts for each mattress, the payout period, and payment options. I determined after hurting for 3 years and having difficulty standing, to purchase the top flight mattress. I asked for the delivery date to be postponed for a month in order to sell my Temperpedic mattress ( oh..did I type that? ) and save a bit of money My new mattress arrived Sept 21. I am only now ( 12/3) writing this review to be certain my back issues were resolved. Larry was patient, he listened to my story, and appropriately recommend a mattress that has changed my life. I am so grateful. I am a professional singer and voice teacher and must stand erect for long periods to do my job well. I am so grateful to Larry at Sleep Experts Garland. If your back is killing you, invest 30 minutes and visit a Sleep Experts in your town.

ADDED NOTE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs the same week that I had bought this bed. I didnt know until after the fact. Our mattress has helped IMMENSELY at alleviating my back pain associated with this. This goes to show even how much better this place is; they could have been like any other place and just given me any ol mattress. But, in this case, their expertise and listening to the customers need made a huge difference. I could only imagine how much worse my condition could have become if these guys werent so awesome!!!My husband and I tried this place looking for a good mattress. From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted and questions were asked to gauge what we were looking for and what we actually NEEDED vs. what they WANTED to sell us. We both do a ton of research and were thoroughly impressed on how much both members of staff knew about their products! They even werent afraid to talk down products and be upfront and honest about them.We got information and decided to look at some other stores. One of them at the other stores didnt even bother to get out of their chair to greet us until about 5 minutes after they saw we were looking. My husband I prefer extra firm beds and we told the salesperson this at the other location. They basically tried to look for firm but kept on directing us to either their brand or whatever what most expensive which didnt work at all for what we needed.We ultimately ended up going back to sleep experts the following day and buying through them. Sleep experts....seriously....I didnt really expect the name to reflect them that much, but seriously....these guys KNOW what they are talking about. Delivery was awesome also. Guys were within their 2 hour window as promised and were in and out in 5 minutes.The only downside? That my mattress is going to last long enough that I dont need to see these guys for a while! Definitely would do business with them again and recommend them.
