We knew very little about Sleep Number beds before entering the store. Patrick was very informative and helped us find the right bed for our needs. We decided to buy over all of the other brands we researched. We can’t wait for delivery.

Purchased my bed in October 2020 and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! My sleep has defnitely improved. I would defenitely recommend Sleep Number to everyone.

What a great experience it was finding new beds for my house. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her customer service was top notch. I can’t wait to start getting the best sleep of my life when my bed gets here.

My experience was all over the phone. The sales person was knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions and I got the bed I believe I want. My only complaint is the delivery. I will be arriving in Garland around the 14th but my bed cant be delivered until the 22nd. Im 65 and in poor health. I cant sleep on the couch or floor. I really needed it delivered by the 14th. Other than that it was a good transaction.Pandora

I inquired about pricing at your Santa Monica store last December but was not ready to buy.I called about 3 weeks ago and got a return call from John.He spoke very fast and kept giving me prices that were much more then I had gotten at the store so I passed.Then I got a call from Lisa ,and what a difference.She was wonderful about trying to find me a bed price I could manage and went to great lengths to secure great financing for me.She is a great representitive for your company and proved an age old saying about sales.PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE THEY LIKEAND PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE THAT LIKE THEM.She has a wonderful likable disposition and you are lucky to have her and she should give sales seminares to your other employees.

It was our second time visiting this store for relating to our current sleep number that weve had for over 7yrs. But it needs some attention, and they were so helpful in getting us what we needed. Just trust that you sleep number will always be a great value!!The Summers

Great experience at the Firewheel Sleep Number store. David was a great help. He listened, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the best bed for our needs - not the most expensive bed they offer. Excited about our second Sleep Number bed!

Still quality. Salesman insured the new sleep number would fit our 4 poster bed frame with our existing sleep number. However upon delivery installers said it would not fit. We returned & cancelled order & within reasonable time credited. However when I went back to have to purchase just the mattress the sakes person said they wouldnt honor the price I paid & when I asked questions she kept going to the back to talk to her manager.? It made me think I was buying a car which is usually unpleasant. The way the ticket read we paid x amount for the mattress & x amount for the frame. My request was to repurchase just the mattress because the delivery/installers said it would fit our existing sleep# frame. It was a definite no regardless of how I approached it trying to keep it simple. For some reason it became complicated & that mattress wasnt available & I was asked to choose a different mattress! What? Trying to be influenced in choosing another I finally said look, its not just my bed. My husband & I spent over an hour selecting that mattress. I dont understand. Im frustrated & confused & couldnt even think about selecting another mattress without him. Left the store and kept my $6000+refund. Covid hit. Still dont have a new mattress.

This is the place to go if you want a sleep number bed it was awesome to test it out, the sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful and it was just a great experience and I cant wait until oursis delivered!!!!!🙃🙂🙂

Shut this place down.Overpriced - overpromised.1. We bought the bed for $10,500...2. When I got home, I started looking at the pictures.. moving things out of the room. I thought to myself.. I wonder what all we get with this package.3. So I called.. They said.. You only get the mattress.. I SAID WHAT????What are you talking about? $10,500 for a mattress???She said.. you told me your budget was $10,500 so I didnt go over any of the options..4. I thought I was getting the store model that was shown... so after all was said and done.. they charged me $15,000+It took 45 days to deliver.. so I slept on my couch for 45 days..My back pain was gone.. LOL5. so finally the bed came..The bed frame has a huge line down the middle.. and is very ugly in the room. I was so mad about that.6. BUT then, my back pain started getting worse over the next 30 days..7. I called them and they said to adjust the number.. and I tried all kinds of settings.NOTHING8. So I called back.. the lady said - OH YOU HAVE 100 DAYS TO TRY IT OUT??9. I said.. yeah - its time to send it back.10. They came - picked up the bed..AND sent me a bill for $4200..11. I called.. they said.. oh sorry - did they pick up the whole bed.. I said.. YES12. They called me back every week for 3 weeks straight.. STILL NOT SETTLED13. Meanwhile, they need to send my payments back to me...14. Today - they called and said - you owe us $561 restocking fee.. I said NO NO NO... That is not part of the agreement.. You took my bed.. give me my money back.Still nothing.. Still unresolved..So youre getting a really outdated overpriced bed.. that doesnt work.. and now comes with shoddy service.. YIKES!!RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! RUN AWAY FROM BUYING THIS BED!!
