They have lots of beautiful gowns and they are nice to ask for prices and services too. It was closed when I got there since its lunch but I really waited because I cant wait to see their gowns and the prices are good for the quality of the gown. Well recommended to shop!!!

Excellent service, affordable prices, and very beautiful gowns. I had my gown done from scratch and Julie assured me that it would be done in less than 2 months. Not only did I receive my gown in less than two months but it was also beautifully done. I cant get over this beauty. Shared some pictures for your review.

I’m friends with the owner of the shop and she is amazing. I’m having my quince and she is giving me the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. I have tried on so many dresses from so many other stores, but as soon as I came into this store I saw the dress. The one that I wanted and the one I’m getting. She is also doing the dress for all of my dancers and the dress she helped me picked out for them is amazing. It’s to die for, without the help from her and her beautiful dresses I think that I still would have been looking for dresses.

Im sorry to see some negative reviews for this store because my experience was completely different. I had the pleasure of working with Julie, and she was amazing!!! I bought my daughters Quince gown and had all of her Damas dresses custom made there as well. Julie was very helpful, sweet and accommodating. She ensured that we were pleased every step of the way. The dresses were custom made in a timely manner within a short time frame that I was working with. She also decorated the Canvas chair for my daughter and it was beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone because of her professionalism and customer service :) Thank you Julie !!!

I will never shop at this store! They ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful experience for a mother and her beautiful young daughter who is attending a military ball! Take your money to a civilized establishment...do not shop here! I gave it one star because you have to rate it at a minimum one star for your comments to show. Zero is more accurate.

I drew up my dress and she made just what i drew up. She was very detailed and made sure it was done correctly. She was really nice and can produce them quickly for people who dont have a long time to wait for a dress

I will never support this establishment. The employees apparently are more interested in engaging in racist behavior by not allowing some customers shop their merchandise, than increasing their business. It is clear why they have a mere one-star rating.

The bridal shop has a variety of beatufull dresses that you can order or that arevon the store the customer service is quick and nice

Lake Forest Mall is located in a very diverse area. I lived there for years and I am ashamed to hear what occurred at this store! There are many middle class and affluent blacks in the area that cam more than afford the items in this store! How dare you?! I will tell you this...we wont kill you...but we will kill your revenue stream! We will spread the news about what youve done and we will ensure customers entering your storefront see the story of a mom and her child. SHAME ON YOU!

Not even a one star but I need to put at least one star to post my review. You have the worst service. You never listen to what the customer wants. And the lady whos in charge in the store, raised her voice to the customers, which is soooo not good. 👎👎👎👎
