When I arrived for my appointment, she had already picked out several choices for me to try on based on what I had shared with her! The shop is beautiful and everyone that works there is incredibly patient and kind and makes you feel like a million bucks! I never felt pressured to make up my mind or just pick something and they encouraged me to really take my time to find the perfect dress for me - and I did! So so grateful for this awesome shop.

I went to I Do I Do for my bridal gown and absolutely loved it. Tracy was super nice and patient during my two appointments with a fairly large entourage. The seamstress was absolutely amazing and basically reconstructed the top of my dress after I lost about ten pounds before my wedding. I also bought my veil and hair clip from there. It’s really a one stop shop. I’m in the process of consigning my dress with I Do I Do. The process is fairly easy, because I bought my dress from them they waived the admin fee. They try to sell the dress for 10 months with the possibility for extending a few more months after that point. Will update if/when I resell the dress.I would definitely shop at I Do I Do again!

I was recommended to this bridal salon by my cousin who purchased her wedding dress from them many years ago. They were amazing to work with. Everyone was responsive, polite, and I never felt rushed. They have many options and can work with any budget. I ordered my dress, prior to the pandemic, in Oct 2019. Even with the all the constraints from the pandemic, they helped me get my dress 6 months later when it arrived at their store. I live in South Carolina and they made the process seamless.

I typically do not write any reviews, but Tracey and her team deserves it. Due to COVID19, some places just allow up to 5 dresses to try on and let me tell you... THAT IS NOT ENOUGH. When I went in, there were so many dresses in different styles and Tracey allowed me to try on all of the ones I found interested in despite my 90min appointment time going over. After a long process of searching for my perfect wedding dress, Tracey made it happen along with a beautiful chapel veil that I wanted. She is SUPER patient, bubbly, and so accommodating. She doesnt pressure you in anything so a time with her trying on dresses should be fun! If youre looking for a dress, PLEASE visit I DO I DO. It is worth all your time.

From start to finish, I Do I Do made me feel like a queen. Before I went to I Do I Do, I went to a large bridal retailer and the experience was impersonal and rushed. When I made my appointment with I Do I Do, I had the entire shop to myself and I was able to share this intimate moment with my mom in private as we chose the perfect dress. The staff was so friendly and helpful.Lola was a pleasure to work with! There is no denying how much passion she has for her job and for making every one of her clients dreams come true. I always looked forward to my fitting appointments with her.

Tracy is an absolute professional and spent an incredible amount of time with me trying on multiple styles, accessories, etc. During COVID I had the place to myself during my appointment and she pulled awesome options for me. Highly recommend visiting I Do, I Do and working with Tracy!

My personal salon experience was so surprising. From the outside, was in an ok area and not much to look at curbside but when I walked in they were so warm and welcoming and totally prepared for me with carefully selected gowns for the mother of the bride/groom. They have all the latest fashions They also surprisingly have smaller sizes & totally got what I was looking for right away. I did hear them say they discontinued consignment line to someone on the phone if you were looking for that type of option. I am having a pretty cape made for the 👗 and will keep you posted on how that goes. All in all highly recommend.

No issues making an appointment due to COVID restrictions and even ended up having the shop to ourselves! Tracy was phenomenal. The week prior to my appointment, she was texting me and asking me to send her pictures of things I liked and was upfront and honest with me about pricing the entire time. She pulled 8 dresses for me to try and the very last one I tried on was THE ONE. Tracy was patient, helpful, and so knowledgable. She made the experience. I had another bridal appointment to go to and wasn’t ready to make a final decision quite yet and she told me to text her if I wanted to come back. She opened the shop back up on a Sunday night a few hours after I left to finish the sale.

Two of my friends had found their wedding dresses here, so I just knew I had to at least try some on here. I’d been to two other places with one friend and it wasn’t a great experience for her. She came here after and found everything she wanted and more! Our consultant was AMAZING. She was beyond helpful, offered advice, and put up with my crazy party as we pieced together three possible dresses to make one. Their selection is great, and their pricing is even better!Update: Michelle was great when my dress came in and Lola, their seamstress, is AMAZING! She’s beyond friendly and works so hard to make each dress as amazing as it can be. She is just so hard working and such an awesome human being! I can’t say enough good things about this shop and their wonderful employees.

I had my wedding dress altered here and it fit like a glove. My mother had her dress custom made and it was amazing. I Do I Do is a wonderful shop, and I highly recommend it - both for the service and the selection.

I had been to several dress shops before I went to I Do I Do, but my experience here was one of the best, not just because I found my dress here. Tracy was so helpful and supportive during the appointment. She let me walk around the shop and pick out dresses that I wanted to try on while she looked for a few options that she felt I might like. When I tried on the dresses, she never pressured or rushed me. She let me take it all in first before she asked any questions, and even though I came to the appointment alone, it felt like I had brought a friend with me. They also had tons of options for a variety of sizes. I’d recommend anyone looking for a dress start here (and ask for Tracy)!

This place does not offer refunds, my sister in law picked a dress, paid $100 down payment on a dress and within hours happened to notice another bridal shop that had the dress of her dreams for a much lower price. When she called this place to ask about receiving her deposit back they rudely told her no even though it was the same day she made the deposit so they had not even send the dress for alterations etc. Will not be coming here to buy my wedding dress, no refunds and prices are too high.

Sarah was wonderful to work with! This was the fourth place I had tried in one afternoon. The difference in service and product offerings at this store compared to the prior three was incredible. I was only shown dresses in my price range, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this store!

I really had a great experience here. I worked with Michelle who listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Wedding dress shopping can be emotional and a 1.5 hour appointment doesnt last long so it can seem like you have to make quick decisions. Just do your research and go in prepared to have multiple appointments if necessary.I think the key to remember for anyone shopping here is to be direct and really explain what you want. I wanted to try on as many dresses as I possible could in the appointment time frame and was open to consignment pieces. So Michelle let me hunt in the back and pick out a bunch. then she made sure I was able to get in and out of them as quickly as was possible to maximize time.The shop was great. Once it was clear I was ready to choose between two dresses, they let me try them both back on and go over the appointment time limit and really gave me as much time as I needed to make a selection. They also accommodated my rather large group of friends and family.And then even better! My dress was a consignment piece and while the rest of it was in great shape, the corset tie was a little worn and not in great shape. We asked if they could order another piece in the dress color. It was taken care of by them with no effort required and they had it ready to go for me. Great shop and really good at taking care of you.

Im not going to lie, I do not know why but I was very nervous about wedding dress shopping. I walked in the door of I do I do and was instantly at ease. Carol was my bridal consultant and let me tell ya, that woman is a real life version of the fairy godmother from Cinderella. She was so nice, kind, funny, and just quietly hummed a little tune as she picked out dresses and helped me. At no point in the process did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. The pace of the appointment was totally set by me and was very laid back and relaxed. The store is beautiful, the prices are very reasonable, the dresses are stunning, the whole day was just so FUN! To the entire team, but especially Carol, thank you for providing me and my family with such a magical day and for helping me say I do to the most beautiful gown!

I knew I wanted to buy my dress here the second I walked in. The quality of customer service, the selection of gowns, the intimate experience of only seeing one or two appointments at a time made me feel special and important. I never felt rushed or pressured and Eleanor was so patient and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a beautiful consignment gown and I could not be happier with my purchase. Waiting until a little closer to my wedding date to get alterations done, but they have been extremely responsive and supportive in the meantime. They also have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses and evening gowns, so I hope to continue to support them. I would recommend I Do I Do to any bride to be!

I loved I do I do! This was my fifth bridal dress shop and my experience here was by far the best. Tracy, my bridal consultant, was sweet, helpful and very attentive. She and the owner went above and beyond to help me get the perfect look and we found it! So grateful for their help!

I had a wonderful experience at I Do I Do. Eleanor was great to work with--super sweet and very knowledgeable so I felt comfortable the whole time. She was able to tell me exactly what type of alterations would be possible and also let me know that extra fabric could be ordered from the designer in case sleeves or extra lining needed to be added. It was all very reassuring. I also love that they have a seamstress in-house, which makes alterations so much easier. Plus there is a huge selection of both consignment and new dresses! If you sell back your dress after your wedding you can make about 1/3 of the original price back.--only applies to new dresses.

I had such a great experience at I Do I Do! It was my second appointment looking for my wedding dress and I actually went into the appointment leaning towards a dress from my first appointment. I worked with Tracy and she was wonderful! So nice and helpful, I was pretty sure I had found the dress with her but I wanted to sleep on it and come back. She made sure she was there when I came back for the second time and I ended up buying the dress then! I love that I Do has a tailor onsite, it makes things so much easier than trying to find a tailor on your own. Cant wait for it to come in!

I couldnt have dreamed up a better wedding dress shopping experience. I came in with my mother on a Friday afternoon at 2 pm and had my appointment with Carole.It was my first time trying on dresses so I was excited but also didnt expect to like anything and thought they would all look awful on me. I couldnt have been more wrong, I had such a blast trying on dresses and finding my style, and Caroles patience was absolutely remarkable! She never once tried to rush me (I went well over the allotted hour appointment time) and never tried to push a sale on me.I fell in love with the LAST dress out of 16, and went back the next day to make sure I still loved it (totally did) and secure the dress. I would have never expected to love the dress shopping experience, but I hope that every bride can have the same type of attention and fun that I did at I do I do.

I found a wonderful dress in less than 1 hour and took it home right away! I had great help and they actually listened, what I wanted.Unlike the other places (which all told me that there would be noting in my price range) “I do, I do” made it work! Highly recommend it!

Tracy was an amazing consultant! She didnt let me feel pressured by anyones opinions, she had great taste in helping me choose which dresses to try on, which jewelry might go with it, and a few weeks after I had purchased my dress from here, she sent me a personal letter to congratulate me and tell me how excited she was for me. It was an easy and super fun process trying dresses on with her, and the purchasing process was streamlined and straightforward. I cant wait to go in for my fitting and keep working with her!

The shop is easy to access and beautiful inside! The staff is so personable and kind, they truly made my experience stress free and FUN! Scheduling an appointment at I Do I Do has been the best decision of all my wedding planning thus far! They stayed open 45 minutes past their closing time on a Saturday night so I could be squeezed in since my mom and sister were only in town for the weekend!The studio and my consultant, Tracy, went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress! I had a morning appointment and it was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so my preferences were all over the place. Tracy listened to all my feedback, asked questions to my group and I, and respected my budget. I left the studio without a dress, but called back five hours later after having a terrible experience at a different studio. At the second studio I redefined what I was looking for as a wedding dress. I called Tracy back to inquire if she could squeeze me in on Monday before my mom and sister flew home to see if we could find a dress with my redefined search criteria. Tracy insisted that I come back immediately so she could dedicate her full attention to us, even though that meant I would be arriving 10 minutes before they closed! I drove back to the studio from northern Virginia and Tracy helped me find my dream dress! Although they were closed, they applied no pressure for a decision and made the whole purchasing process completely flawless. I can’t express how wonderful Tracy was during the whole adventure!In addition, after my appointment at the different studio, it was truly eye opening to how wonderful the whole studio is. The studio was bright, clean, organized, had a wide variety of selections for gowns, bridesmaids dresses and accessories, and the layout allowed for a more private feel. Although other brides were trying on dresses, I felt our group was somewhat isolated which gave it a very personalized feeling.Overall, making an appointment at I Do I Do is one of the best decisions you can make! Requesting Tracy is another great decision, but from my limited interactions with the other consultants it is evident they all are professional, personal and experienced.

I had a fabulous experience here. The staff were appropriately friendly and warm, but not over the top. I am a low-key, self-concious bride that was not super enthusiastic about the process of picking my dress but Eleanor still made sure it was pleasant. Eleanor was incredibly graceful in managing the opinions of myself, mom, and sister. She was not pushy at all, and really heard my thoughts about each gown I tried on. When I wasnt sure about whether or not I would buy the dress that ultimately I selected (but had to make the decision that day since it was off the rack), staff allowed me to have a few hours to decide and then made themselves available the weekend after a holiday to let me come back in and try the dress on again. They also re-pinned it and helped talk about the alterations a second time, making me more comfortable with my decision. My first meeting with the seamstress a month later answered all my questions and left me feeling confident I will be happy and feel pretty in the gown I found! Thanks for such a positive experience!

I just want to express my appreciation to Jocelyn who provided superior customer service. I called requesting information on flower girl dresses as I was in search of a particular dress for my wedding. Jocelyn talked to me at length regarding the dress parameters. She described the merchandise in great detail, was incredibly polite, kind, and gracious. On the same day, she called me back after 8pm to tell me she found a potential dress. She sent me two pictures providing descriptions to help me make an informed decision. I was very touched by her professionalism and diligence. I would highly recommend others to go to this store as their bridal consultants are wonderful!

I had the best experience at I Do I Do. I have visited the shop a total of three times now, and the service was always excellent. I found not one, but two dream dresses to use for my wedding ceremony and reception. I went to many other bridal stores and didnt find the same great service and selection as I Do I Do provided. Where do I even start. Went in on small business Saturday to get a white flowergirl dress not knowing what to expect. It turns out that I do I do do really has great selections with reasonable prices. Added to that, the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely recommend stopping by to see their selections.

I had an amazing experience at I Do I Do! I worked with Michelle who was very upbeat and so nice! I came in with a large entourage (6 people!) and felt very nervous becuase my budget was less than $1000. Michelle showed me my options for new dresses, and took me to the consignment section as well. Like any other bride, I wanted to start with the new dresses and went for Casablanca and Alfred Angelo. I selected about 8 dresses, and Michelle helped get in and out of each of the dresses. I honestly felt so comfortable it made the process so much easier. I ended up finding THE dress in less than an hour! I told Michelle I wanted to come back and work with her for my bridesmaids dresses. Really a wonderful experience all around!The shop is very cozy, super clean and organized, and SO MANY options! Definitely a thumbs up!

I absolutely LOVE I do do. I went there with 5 friends in past years and all of them found their dresses. So naturally, when I got engaged, I knew it was the place I wanted to go. Tracy helped calm my nerves and figure out exactly the type of dress I wanted. There was no rush and the service was absolutely impeccable. For me, this is THE place for dresses.

I am not always sure of myself, and I definitely dont usually like trying things on, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome, and the person who was helping me in the dressing room made me feel beautiful and gave me honest feedback in addition to my family which I really appreciated. The store has an amazing collection of gowns at reasonable prices with an excellent seamstress (Thank you so very much, Lola!) who does incredible alterations. Everyone was courteous and professional. Plus, one can rent tuxedos for the gentlemen of the wedding party. It is a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip.

I drove an hour to I Do I Do for their Alfred Angelo collection and didnt realize how amazing it was until I visited other boutiques. Carol treated me the way I thought I was supposed to be treated at a Bridal store. She listened to what I wanted, gave me a variety of what I was looking for and took the time to help me in and out of dresses so I could find exactly what I wanted. She was patient,and helpful. She helped me find the perfect dress as well as try on different types to be sure that I knew what type of dress I liked. I left the first time with nothing to go look elsewhere and came back for the dress 2 weeks later. When determining the size to purchase, she didnt push me to go with a larger size to make alterations more expensive as I have heard from other brides. It was worth the drive to be worked with as I should be and my dress was very reasonably priced.

Everything you read on Google, Yahoo and Yelp about the women who work/run this place being rude is true. I am in a wedding in another state, and was instructed by the boutique where my friends dress and bridesmaid dresses are being ordered to go into any bridal shop near me to get my measurements, and was told bridal salons do this for bridesmaids from out of town all the time. Ive done this for other weddings when Ive lived in other states and found it to be true. Well, not at I Do I Do! I was greeted (hesitantly) by two women in the shop when I walked in, and when I explained that I just needed to get my measurements to send to the bridal shop for my friends wedding, I was told they didnt do that if the dress isnt purchased at their shop because they value their relationship with their designers and want to be able to stand behind the measurements they send to them, and they wouldnt want to be held responsible if the wrong dress size was ordered for me. Huh? My bust, waist and hip size are the same regardless of the designer, and they wouldnt be the ones determining my size in the charts anyway. But, OK, I told them I knew the designer of the bridesmaid gowns, and I was sure it was one they carried as its very popular. Their response? If I had them do it, they would CHARGE ME and make me sign something saying I wouldnt hold them responsible for the measurements. They suggested I go to a tailor instead, and that I would find that other bridal shops would have the same policies. (This is NOT true, as Ive had different experiences elsewhere.) So basically what theyre saying is they werent willing to do a quick and easy service if they werent getting any $$ out of it, but also that they cant guarantee the accuracy of their measurements.

What a gem of a bridal store! Everything bridal from designer to vintage to consignment gowns. The service is outstanding (I worked with Tracy), with excellent attention to detail. I chose a new gown that had a zipper down the sheer back, which made it very noticeable. When I asked if the zipper could be moved to the side to hide it, the store checked with the designer on the spot and found that Yes, it could be moved. Months before my wedding I contacted I Do I Do for a pre-fitting since I wanted to be sure I had the right size, and they fit me into their already-packed schedule. Would highly recommend this store to any bride.

I had the worst experience ever at this store. I got engaged in October and was just starting to look at dresses. This place was local to me so I thought Id pop my head in one day to have a look. I also read that it was a consignment bridal shop so I didnt think I needed to make an appointment or anything. The woman at the front was helpful and said that she would help me put on a few gowns before a bridal party with an appointment came in 30 minutes. I originally told her it was not a big deal and I didnt need to put on dresses, I just wanted to look but she insisted. Then, while I was standing there with a wedding gown on, the owner came in and started screaming to another associate that I had a wedding gown on and the bridal party was waiting! She was yelling about how dare she[me] have a gown on and other awful things like that! I actually started to tear up as this was one of the first times ever looking at bridal gowns for me! I will never forget how rude the owner of this store was and how embarrassed she made me feel in front of an entire bridal party. I would never EVER give my money to this woman. DO NOT GET YOUR GOWN HERE!!!!!!

I visited I Do I Do for my very first bridal gown shopping experience. Carole was absolutely wonderful, as was the management. Every dress we tried on suited me perfectly. Carole got an easy feel for what I like and seemed to offer me an endless selection of dresses. I highly, highly recommend them!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I have never been treated so terribly in any setting. The entire experience of shopping for a wedding gown should be enjoyable and exciting, but the consultants at I Do I Do made it anything but. It was such a miserable experience that I left the store in tears, having been made to feel terrible about the fact that I could not afford a $1000+ dress in a store offering consignment. When making my appointment, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a consultant who asked me questions about my budget and hopes for my dress. I was assured that they had several options for me to look at and was encouraged to come and take a look. When I arrived at my appointment, it was a completely different experience. From the moment the consultant realized that my budget was below the $1000 mark (which they had already written down during my appointment scheduling 1 week prior), I was treated with indifference and disrespect. After telling me that I would never find anything in the $700 price range I had asked to stay in, the consultant spent the remainder of my appointment not pulling a single dress for me to look at and talking to my best friend who is getting married in October and has already purchased her dress. I was ignored while she talked to my friend about the designer dress she had purchased and tried to sell her various accessories for her big day.In a store whose advertising stresses the consignment aspect of their store, I expected a difference experience. I did, in fact, find my dream dress in my desired budget in the next place I visited, showing the ignorance of the workers of this establishment. I would not recommend this store to anyone who does not want to be treated like a cash cow.

I was completely insulted by Carolyn when calling to speak to this store about my previously paid dress 👗 For some reason she felt the need to correct me or accuse me of being rude all because she couldnt understand that Ive already paid for my dress. When I told her that I already paid she ask me WHY IS YOUR DRESS HERE? She failed to answer my question all because she didnt understand... Having paid over $2000+ for a wedding 👰 dress this is NOT the experience that I would expect to receive over the phone 📱 Or EVER. Its unfortunate because Eleanor has been extremely helpful & professional. Ladies, you have been warned & I hope what another reviewer said about this place isnt 100_% true. That they chance after you buy a dress 👗 so far I cant tell 🤔

My daughter and soon to be DIL are having the bridal party order their dresses from here. We took my youngest daughter to try on dresses and did not need an appointment, which was great. Place is bright and airy with plenty of dressing rooms. Tracy assisted my DIL with adding notes to their account to make it easier for anyone calling in to order their dress. A gripe of mine was anytime Thank you was said, her reply was No problem sometimes followed up with my pleasure. Call it a pet peeve, but youre no problem, to me, sounds like youre bothering someone ...After my youngest picked her dress, another young lady took her measurements and the dress was then paid for. Please note you cannot leave a deposit, you have to pay in full once you select your dress. Once all dress styles/sizes are in, they will send the complete order over.

Snooty environment. The selection of consignment dresses was NOT what was portrayed over the phone. Our consultant was a sweet young girl and she tried hard, but her manager (owner?) was obnoxious and condescending and treated us like we were wasting their time because we had a budget below $1,000. We left and went to Davids Bridal and had a fun experience with caring consultants...rather give the business to people who are nice!

Wonderful Service - went there as my first place and found the dress of my dreams in 2 hours. I recommend Lora as a consultant - she was great! The whole experience was fun and relaxing.

Lola the seamstress was so warm and lovely for our fitting. I Do, I Do was the best experience ever.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went looking for a bridal gown. They have a variety of beautiful plus size within my budget which was $900 and altho i didnt get my wedding dress there it would be my second choice.

Absolutely fantastic experience here! Olyvia was my consultant, and she was a delight. She respected my slim budget as a new mom, and she ended up suggesting the dress I chose. The shop is such a hidden gem. My favorite thing was the evening lighting they can turn on to help you picture the gown as it would look with more romantic lighting. Be sure to ask for that--it sealed the deal for me. Lots of veils and accessories to choose from too. The assistant manager Lindsay was super responsive and attentive when I had concerns about extra length.A word to prospective buyers, no matter where you go, Ive found it helped to do my hair and makeup super glammed up, and that made the shopping experience even better. Ill leave another review later of the alterations process when I go through that, and Ill leave these reviews elsewhere as well. I love to see great small businesses succeed when Ive had a really positive experience!

I had an appointment to consign my wedding dress on 2/2/13. I drove from Annapolis all the way to Gaithersburg to pretty much be told I wasted my time. I dont know her name but the lady that helped me was very rude and had an attitude. She said my dress smelled like cigarettes, Im not a smoker and it doesnt have an odor. The dress was NEVER worn and its been in the garment bag since I purchased it. She stated they would charge me $85 to clean it! Ridiculous!! I wouldnt go here to consign or buy a wedding dress.

I went in because my cousin recommended this place to me for a wedding gown. Big mistake. If I could give zero stars, I would.I came with my mother, cousin, and best friend on time to our 2:30 appointment. We wait and wait and were ignored. I should have walked out but I didnt. My mistake. Carol who was my bridal consultant was very nice - very pushy. I found a dress that I liked and Carol kept insisting I buy the dress because well, who knows if its going to be there next week. She even changes the price and against my better judgement, I buy.20 minutes later, I turn around and head back because I realize I should not have given in to pressure and bought it. I figure its been 20 minutes - we can make some kind of deal and talk calmly about it. I talk to Monica who rudely tells me you simply have cold feet. Who talks like that? You dont know me. She finally tells me, she can give me 50% back and reconsign for me so I would recoup most of my money. I figure thats reasonable since she does point out theres a no return policy. She says shell call me Monday to confirm.I dont hear anything. I look at the dress and I realize there are HOLES in this dress and rhinestones missing! This store on their website claims Consignment bridal gowns must be in immaculate condition and less than two years old at the time of consignment to be accepted into our inventory. I cant even look at the dress at this point. Tuesday I call and I get Jacqueline who was extremely rude to me on the phone even when I explain the situation and explain this is a damaged dress not keeping in line with their policies. She blames me and tells me thats my fault! She tells me shell think about it She calls back and tells me shell give me 50% off but thats it. For the next week I get the run around about getting my money back, meanwhile my check cleared. I called back 5 days after that - Jacqueline is very rude to me and even hangs up the phone on me when I try to explain my check has cleared! What kind of customer service is that??I finally got my 50% back. I would never go back there - not with that kind of customer service and customer policies. Buyer please beware when you look in that the dresses are not immaculate as the site promises and please make sure youre going in with open eyes and check your dress over and over again so you dont have the experience that I did. Now had I gotten my money back in a decent manner and have been treated kinder, I would have come back to the store the following week and would have most likely purchased a different dress. I would have recommended this place to brides that I know and I would have brought my bridesmaids here. Now, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go to Davids Bridal or P Lawrence or anywhere else. At least there, youll have a better experience and youll be happier.

Carol helped us and we made a last minute appointment under special circumstances. They couldnt have been more helpful. Though we didnt end up getting the dress yet, my daughter fell in love with the first one she tried on and will be back! They were extremely helpful and accomodating!

I went there to buy a wedding and I stepped out with two. I wanted to exchange a dress before it was worn or altered bc they said they would when I asked before I purchased! And when I called they totally said the opposite! I wouldnt recommend this place once you buy a dress they turn into different people

Why they havent invented the negative stars?Im not the type of person who usually does reviews or rating, but I really got up set . This was my first time in the store and my last. I did not scheduled and appointment, but I decided to stop by and see the store. When my mom and I arrived there was a consultant at the front and she just said really rude how can I helped you? ( she didnt event said hi, how are you?) .....we just replied really kindly Hi (we smiled) and we went to see the dresses in the racks outside ... Then I heard she saying I said how can I help you???. When someone wants to really help you kindly comes to your side and talks to you without screaming . Then I answered her back I would like to see bridal gowns , and she replied really rude we dont take walk ins so I asked her , well can at least see the dresses and se said is by appointment only, would you like to make one?...... What she was expecting me to say? Yes! I love the way you just treated me. I said NO, I will call if I want to do it, so I cant see the dresses outside either???.... Probably she saw my reaction and after a couple of minutes she came to me saying that someone was coming back from lunch soon and was going to be able to show me the dresses in the back. I wont make it long . Another rude person arrived and took me to the bridal gowns area, showed me the room where they have dresses to be order, then the room where they have the dresses that you can take with you the same day (a 1min walk/tour) to end up saying you have to make an appointment if you want to see this dresses.....Good job I do I do consultants!!! Please place a big sign in the door with a by appointment only up date your web site and add the by appointment only too.... So you dont lose clients who buys dresses to let the owner be able to pay your checks.

They have many collections for different designers with sizes and the girl who work there she was helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. The biggest plus here is their large selection of consignment gowns- I got mine for half-off simply because it was from a previous seasons selection (never been worn!). They are iffy with you taking photos however so bring a stealthy friend! ;)

My sales associate Michelle was lovely and very helpful. I found a beautiful dress in the consignment section! My gripe with this place is that you get nasty looks and comments from the manager if your entourage takes photos. My mom and MOH couldnt come to the appointment as a snow storm had snowed them in down in Virginia, so we were taking photos of the dresses to send to them. I was then told to only take photos of the top three dresses but even when I was trying on the THIRD dress, the manager gave a nasty glare and a side comment to my sales associate, which my associate told me about in the dressing room. I didnt appreciate the nastiness and certainly did NOT appreciate being put in the middle of all of that while at my dress appointment! Left a bad taste in my mouth but I loved the dress I got.

If you want your orders messed up, to be blamed for the error, then have problems with the delivery - try this place out! I got my wedding dress from here back in June 2016 and had a great experience so I took my 8 bridesmaids here in Dec. 2016 to get their dresses. We went on a Friday night (we had an appt at 5 pm) and it took over 3 hours - 1.5 hours of which was spent just sitting around waiting to get measured and pay for the dresses with their archaic cashiers machine. The owner had agreed that she would start measuring the girls as soon as we arrived to prevent delays, but this did not start until after all dresses were picked out.Then, the following week on Thursday (6 days later), they called me at noon and said they didnt realize I wanted a certain color and that the color did not come in some of the styles that were chosen (youd think theyd realize this as we were paying for and ordering the dresses). to make matters worse, the color I wanted expired at 5 pm that day so I had 5 hours to get new dresses.The dresses were supposed to be shipped in March, so I reached out on March 15 asking for an update. The girl told me they were on the delivery truck and would be in within a few days and theyll call me the following week for pickup. Two weeks later I called back asking for another update and I was told the dresses werent delivered yet and to call back the following week for an update. I called back the following week and she said they were delivered, but were not ready for pickup yet as they were being cleaned so shell call me back in a few days. I call back the next week and she said the dresses had not yet arrived.Wait another week, and I call back again and they said the dresses had still not arrived. I wait a couple hours (getting more and more frustrated) and call back and ask to talk to a manager. I explain what happened and she said the staff dont understand the difference between in transit and processing and that the dresses had arrived and were ready for pickup! How there was so much confusion, I have no idea.One of the dresses was messed up during transit, so they had to re-order and I had to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. Luckily, they actually called me this time (instead of me calling everytime) to let me know it arrived.Such a pain! and added stress during a time that should be fun and easy!

First time there and I found a dress that I loved for my bridesmaids but when the dress came everyone who took their size at home fit perfectly but the girls who took their size at the store the dress was loose!! When we called; the owner called us a liar and told us to be quiet and listen to her as if she was speaking to her child. And refuse to fix the dress. The assistant manager Lindsay was no better but I guess its not her fault thats how her boss trained her. Very rude people! My wedding is 4 days away and I have to deal with these rude, uneducated and no class people. Just horrible customer service! Dont listen to them when they say go one size up its just a plot to get more money. Im sure they get a percentage.

Hello, I am one to never leave ratings at all whether a positive or negative experiences; however, I feel compelled to persuade you to NOT bring a dress to this consignment shop for many reasons. First and foremost read the contract carefully it states that you have 10 months to call and pick up your dress if not it will be discounted, which is fine the part that does not sit right with me is that if 16 months later if your dress is NOT SOLD you have 30 days to call and to tell them that you pick up your dress if not you forfeit it and it becomes their property. The problem with this is as you know how life goes 16 months is very long time and you most likely will forget that timeline, by the time you remember you have forfeited your gown. At that point It is up to them what happens with the gown which they will donate. To further reinforce this when the dress is dropped off it has to be in pristine condition if not you pay them to dry clean it. At this point you have lost money, once the dress gets donated if you so happen forget to claim it after 16 months you have lost all the value of the gown. They do not call you whats so over to tell you the status of your gown or when you are about to loss it. Do yourself a favor either keep the dress, give it a charity of your choice, or try selling it yourself or elsewhere. Hope this helps, read the contract carefully and recognize the possibility of losing out on money.

I went in the beginning of April 2017 and made my appointment a couple days prior. My consultant, Elenor, was amazing. She let me and my mother, MOH, and one of my bridesmaids pick out dresses to try on (new, off-the-rack, and preowned), while also grabbing some herself as well, bringing each to the changing room for me. While in the changing room, she helped me in and out of every dress, detailing what size it was and how it would look different on me in my size (a dress size 00 normally), the other colors it comes in, and other similar dresses they carry. She helped me walk out of the fitting room every time and helped position the bottom and train of the dress every time I stepped in front of the mirror. She accessorized me as needed and gave me plenty of time in each dress, allowing for a couple pictures each time. She was so pleasant and polite, and has such a caring, soft vibe to her. Though I did not find my wedding dress here, I would 100% recommend I Do I Do for anyone looking for their wedding dress. Their prices, customer service, and overall feel of the shop is unmatched. I hope to come back and check out their Mother of the Bride and Bridesmaid dresses!

Great staff and found my dress right away!

I brought my wedding into the shop to consign. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Spoke to someone on the phone told them all about my gown gave the style number and designer. Was told they would consider it. When I made the appt I told the lady it was an hour drive for me to get there. Thats why I got an appt for Saturday. I arrived at the shop at 3:51 for my 4pm appt. Was told within seconds of arriving that the style was too OLD!!!!! This dress was bought 6 months ago BTW! They wasted my time. They were told the style and number of the style plus the designer 3 weeks ago!!!Thank you for wasting my time!!!!!! What a joke you all are!!!!

Where do I begin!? My bridal party had an AMAZING experience at I Do I Do Boutique. We actually went to another bridal shop in the area and was very unpleased with their service and even though they had beautiful dresses we didnt feel comfortable giving them our money. So, I googled Wedding Boutiques in my area and I Do I Do popped up! My friend instantly said Oh wow... they will be really high scale and pricy but we were so desperate so we went anyway. The MINUTE we walked in we were welcomed and taken care of. Our awesome consultant, Lindsay was over the top nice and was more than happy to answer the million questions we had for her. She was eager to assist us in anyway she could. The awesome thing about this boutique is that they have a lot of dresses in every price range. My girls picked out the style dress and price point they could afford and everyone found a dress they LOVED and wanted. My mom also found her dress which was shocking because shes very picky with her style dresses and the one she chose was the first one she tried on! If I knew of this shop before I bought my wedding dress I would of gone here.. Seriously. BEST shop in the Gaithersburg area. Again, Lindsay was fantastic! It was nice to have someone excited for your big day :) I will be referring everyone I know here! Thanks Lindsay for all your help and advice. You made our experience memorable!

Had my appointment for 10:00am but she showed up half hour late & to top it all off she did not accept the Maggie Sottero wedding dress because it was white, size 8 was not a popular size & about 4 years old....really? Should have told me the restrictions before I drove 45 min.

Alex was great, knowledgable and patient.I live an hour away from I Do I Do, just moved to the area, and have to rent a car to get to them. If their philosophy felt generous to me I would have bought the gown I found there. It did not. Heres why:1. No Photos allowed, but Bride Cam is-The person on the other end of the Bride Cam can take a screen shot and the quality would be just as good as a photo taken in the store. Not being able to take a photo felt stingy. I want to buy my dress from a store that exudes confidence and knows how to give an experience that leaves the customer feeling special and valued and wanting to support that business. I Do I Do does not.2. WIll not give cost of gown over the phone.-I called and asked for the price of 3 gowns so I could make a second appointment and come prepared with a list of dresses I loved and knew were in my budget ( I wasnt given advice on preparation when I made the appointment). I was placed on hold five times and the sales woman did not listen to what I was asking. Instead she gave me info I didnt want and wasnt allowed to give prices over the phone. I explained again my living/driving situation and she said I had to come in to get a price.3. Wouldnt take measurements unless I was buying that day.-I asked to take measurements so I could sleep on it and call the next day if I decided to buy the dress. I got a list of weak excuses why not. Maybe some brides use this as an opportunity to get free measurements. Offer this service for a small fee?In a world where brides are having knock off gowns made in China and almost everything can be found on the internet cheaper, I Do I Do is not competitive. Every step was made complicated because of their strict policies. I found a store that has my dress for 75$ cheaper, which I would have happily paid I Do I Do had my experience been good. They cheerfully told me the price over the phone, said they encouraged photos and they take your measurements when you get there. They win.

I had to use this store because it was the only Alfred Angelo seller in the area. My bride told me to order style 7041. I walked in the store with that style number, she fitted me in that dress. Because im short I asked for a shorter length or petite so that I would not have to hem the dress. She told me do you want LONG or SHORT, I assumed short meant petite because my style number was 7041. The manager asked me to fill out the order form my self and sign it, she told me to put down 7041. It took 4 months for the dress to come in, only to find out they ordered knee length dress.The manager on the phone was rude, the owner of the store was rude. They basically told me they did absolutely nothing wrong and because it was my hand writing that they will not return or exchange the dress! When they found out petite was not available no one called me! They want me to pay another $188 for a dress that they instructed me to order S thinking it was for petite! She never showed me a picture of a dress im buying! never confirmed!Owner was extremely rude and non-helpful. For someone who has never ordered bridgesmade dress, this was a horrifying experience to know that they are not there to help but only to get money from you! They cant even stand behind their own word and make the customer wrong. Why would I order a knee length when I went in for a long dress and come back to return it???

It seems that Google will not allow a response to any of their reviews as other sites do. There are always two sides to every story. As I would like to reply to these issues addressed I decided to post a review of my own.1. Hillary Frizner, perhaps we need to complete the story. You purchased a gown on clearance and were told it was as is and a final sale. Your bridal party was the group strongly pressuring you, as well as other brides in the store, to purchase. You left the store happy with the gown then came back over an hour later, not twenty minutes, and wanted to return your gown. You were told that it was final sale at that time as indicated on your receipt and all signage in the store. But Monica agreed to discuss this with me and get back to you. As Monica had misquote our policies I stood by her agreement and agreed to refund 50% of your money. You accepted this agreement. We then had to wait for your check to clear. At that time you became belligerent on the phone and I asked that you not yell at me. You continued to do so, so I hung up. Once your check cleared, we cut you a check for your refund and asked for you to bring back the gown. When you arrived in the store to return the gown you refused to bring the gown into the store without your check in hand. Why would we give you a check without your return of the merchandise. The gown we received back was in excellent condition given it was clearance gown. In the future please self reflect on your personal behavior before commenting on others.2. Saloumeh Jazayeri. This young lady made a mistake on the gown style she needed. She completed the order herself and wrote in the style number herself. We ordered what she requested.3.Taylor Baltzer. It is not uncommon for bridal shops to charge for measurements. You are asking us to provide our professional expertise and size you and are not willing to pay for our service and time. Most bridal shops do not measure for bridal parties that do not purchase from their store. We can not take the liability if something is wrong with the size ordered.4. Faith Full. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience, but it was not in our store. You have not ever purchased from us.5. Stephanie Hytche. We are sorry that you had to drive from Annapolis to our store and then your gown did not meet our consignment standards. We do not guarantee that we will accept merchandise prior to reviewing the items. Not all gowns brought in are acceptable for sale in our store. If there was an odor to the gown, cleaning the gown would have removed it and then it would have been acceptable for sale.Thank you all for taking into account that perhaps the individuals on this site do play a part in how they were treated or the experience they had. It seems that only disgruntled people post to this site. And that is unfortunate for businesses. Worst customer service ever received in my entire life. I read the other reviews but still went and purchased a gown from this godawful place. Not worth the disrespectful treatment. I am ashamed to have given such a horrible place my business, I would not purchase anything else from these people even if its was marked down to a dollar. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else............. anywhere else.

Just spoke with someone on the phone to get info about their consignment process. She was very rude and barely wanted to answer any questions. I think I will use craigslist instead.
