Dear store owner: This past Saturday September 18, 2021 I had a tire emergency while driving on I75 South near Gainesville. I got off the expressway safely, and made it to this store and met Travis. He carefully and patiently listened to my story and immediately sprang into action (he literally jumped off his stool) and offered help right away. He explained they were very busy at that time, they did not have my tires in stock, but asked me to bring my car around back and he would have someone look at the tire as soon as possible. Then I met Isaiah. He was so polite and caring, and very quickly jacked my car up and looked at the bad tire and said that he would have to put the spare tire on. He then explained the cautions I needed to take while driving on a “donut” spare tire taking the time to review the speed and distance limitations. Both Travis and Isaiah made me feel very comfortable getting back on the road and resuming my trip.I called the store the following morning to personally thank Travis for taking such good care of me the day before and he said he had thought about me several times after I had left the store hoping I had make it safely to Fort Myers…that’s the definition of “customer care”. Both Travis and Isaiah deserve a shout out for their customer service skills and tire knowledge!Anyone in the area of this store should make it their go-to shop for their car maintenance!

Last time I was here they replaced the wrong headlight then seemed baffled that they had done the wrong one.Today, they first said they weren’t doing diagnostics so they couldn’t tell me why the check engine light is on. Ok, fine, let’s just do the oil change.Then they can’t get the hood open and tel me the hood latch is broken. Once I go to pick it up, I have no problem opening it.They have done solid work for us in the past but I think we will look for a new auto shop.

Every time I’ve been there no matter if I had a apt or not I’ve had to wait extremely long. Also just went to have my tire repaired due to a nail and they wouldn’t even try to fix, after waiting a hour with a apt they told me to go else wear for a new tire. Took it to good year and they didn’t hesitate to try and fix it and was able to fix it without having to buy a brand new tire. Will not be giving pep boys anymore of my service. It sucks

I was here 8 months ago for a car I don’t put too many miles on. Now I’m at a different mechanics needing to replace the same problem. I use to like this place and the staff and Management have gone down hill here. Im so sorry I had to write the truth to those who need to know.

Everything went well changed tire with no problems.

I recently got a Miata and needed to have the AC repaired. I paid for an AC inspection and was told that I just needed 1 new hose and a Freon charge. After a day of waiting, I was told there was an additional hose messed up that needed replacing. From start to finish it took exactly a week. After I finally got my car back, it was shaking. They tried to say that since the AC was working properly, some part of my car was making it shake now and that when I turned my car off my steering fluid cap came off. I took it to Auto Care Center, where it took them 10 minuted to tell me just my O Ring needed to be replaced.This place will make you wait forever. Im sad I allowed PepBoys to touch my car. Every person I know who has come here leaves with a shaking car.If youre looking to just buy car parts in the shop area, go for it! Everyone is extremely friendly :)

I needed a battery replaced while on a road trip. These guys got me right in with no appointment and I was out of there in less than an hour!!! Kudos to those hard working mechanics and staff!

Store Manager Dwayne. When you called me to complain to me about a negative review on this store. Starting the conversation with No-one was rude to you at this store and thats how I am going to run my store Isnt any way to make me feel better about anything at all. I my opinion you should not be a manager at all you a very rude and disrespectful Manager. My complaint stands as it is. And I will make sure I will not step foot back in this store again as long as you are there.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was impressed with the level and speed of service at my visit. My front tire started grinding, and I brought the car in without an appointment to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. Within 30 minutes the technician took a look at it and removed the guard causing the grinding, free of charge. I’ve dealt with some shady mechanics in Gainesville who try to take advantage of young customers, and I can’t be appreciative of the Pep Boys staff.

The worst car place in Gainesville to get your car fixed. From the management staff to the technicians everyone is unprofessional on every level. They lie to you no ones honest and upfront with you about whats going on with your vehicle. I dropped my truck off today called back every 2 hours and every time it was a different story. I have a perfectly running vehicle with only a leak in the AC I needed to find out where the leak was so it can be fixed. I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. in the morning. As Im writing this is 6:22 p.m. and now it says the stores closed. I have no idea whats going on with my vehicle. If You can help it take your vehicle anywhere else besides this place.

Took a company vehicle in because of vibration from 40mph and up. Clearly stated this was the issue and made them aware that I thought it might be the driveshaft. After getting vehicle back, I have the same issue. They balanced the wheels and said that was what was causing it. This is not the case. The manager said he wasnt sure if it was driven, but it should have been. Clearly it was not because at 40mph they would have noticed the issue. They will not fix your issue. Take your vehicle to someone else if you want it fixed.

Their work was perfect and I couldnt be more pleased. Had a front end alignment done on an older truck and it made a world of difference in my steering wheel play. Also had 2 tires installed and balanced. Took the better part of 2.5 hours but I expected it would take a little while due to it being a Sunday with reduced staff. I was pleased enough that I will return. Staff was very pleasant and informative. Also a plus. I recommend.

I had to stop in for an emergency flat repair before making my 2hr rode trip back home. I spoke to one of the mechanics outside who at the time was helping another customer. He was very courteous and quickly helped me. The inside staff person who was helping the company from out of town was also super kind, and very friendly. Kudos to you gentlemen!!

Took vehicle in for alignment. They were unable to align my truck after several attempts and several hours. Rather than playing games, they acknowledged the issue, albeit without reason, and did not try to charge me. I then took my truck to the Alignment Guy and he was able to align it without issue. Although a frustrating experience, I appreciated their candor and ownership of the issue. Therefore, a neutral 3 stars instead of 1.

Polite service but too high on brake installation prices

I called this location on a Friday, late in the evening, looking for an emergency appointment Saturday before noon. They told me that they could try to get us in but couldn’t guarantee anything because of their already full schedule. (The hurry on my part was an independent warranty that I had expiring at midnight the next day & the fact that I needed to have a work order submitted to that independent warranty provider by noon or they wouldn’t cover my warranty)... These guys were not able to meet my deadline of having my vehicle diagnosed before noon BUT were able to get my work order started with the independent warranty provider prior to them closing for the day. Just by them doing this saved me over $1,500. Then they communicated at every chance to keep me up to speed on the timeline of the repair. They repaired my vehicle on the first time & I couldn’t be happier with their customer service.I would highly recommend the service team @ Pep Boys on Newberry Rd.

I took my car in for an oil change. The person assisting me was very helpful, explained everything and even helped me find a coupon for 30% off on their website. They only do the services you ask for and dont try to get you to buy any extra stuff. My only issue was with the online appointment, apparently making an appointment doesnt actually guarantee you the time slot you selected. So I did end up having to wait a bit. But otherwise I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Adult restroom. It is hard to find a place that allows patrons to be able to wash their hands. Normally it is a preset water, soap and towel dispenser. Not here, you can actually wash your hands and get them clean. Thank you.

Never been to a tire store and was told I could not buy a single tire was told under DOT you had to replace tires in pairs Also wanted the new tire put on the front they said they had to put it in the same position it came off of will never go back to them again recommend no one else using them

Had an oil change today n the man sitting at the front desk was rude and had a bad attitude. The service was good, but his attitude sucked. Maybe he needs a PEP talk!

The staff is unprofessional and terrible at conveying information. I had my car towed here, they let me know that they needed to call about the part I needed, and then even with my inquiring, they never gave me any instructions on what to do next. I expected a call for when the part came in, as they told me they were ordering it, then I received contradicting information a few days later that they hadnt ordered the part and were waiting on me.Ive been without my car for about a week now, and Im still at square one because of this.

Have used PepBoys for all of my cars since the early 1990s. Yesterdays visit was like all the others: prompt, helpful, and affordable service by concerned and skilled staff! Shout out to the Gainesville, FL site, where Mr. Morris and staff have helped me for these past two years.

My tired blew out on a Sunday afternoon. I spent an hour trying to find somewhere that carried my size tires. After calling another tire place that said that they could replace my tire when I got across town from their other location, I got there 15 minutes later and was told they didn’t have time. I called PepBoys at 4pm and they were able to fit me in, replace my tire and get me back on the road so I could get to work Monday. The manager, Joseph Morris, took care of me when no one else would and gave me excellent service. Thank you so much, Joseph and PepBoys! My family will now be bring all of our business there!

All I can say is WOW!!!! Broke down on interstate and limped in at 6pm. Even though they were busy, and close to closing the manager Joseph Morris and ace mechanic Isiah got me on the road again, working after closing. I am 62 yo and drive for a living as an oversize load escort. Because of their help I made it to work , (in Cincinnati) and made my paycheck for the week. Ive driven well over 1,000,000 miles and very seldom see this level of service excellence. I live 90 miles away in Florida but guess where Im going to be buying my tires from now on. Great price too. Very grateful for these folks.

Need a oil change this is the place to go

Brought in a tire off of my van that had a screw in it. Travis explained why they could not patch the hole because of the placement. He said it would be a few hours because the techs were busy at the moment. I received a text within an hour that my tire was done. Travis was very polite and the service was quick. They made my concerns their concerns and solved my problem. Will definitely be using them again.

Took my Ford truck in today to take advantage of their sale on tires they did a great job and even found a hidden issue with my four-wheel-drive. One of the gentleman spent two hours researching the problem and didn’t even charge me to diagnose the problem. They were very professional and I highly recommend Pep Boys in Gainesville

Stephanie went above and beyond today to take care of me. Their computer system had the tires I needed showing 4 in stock. When they went to start work on my truck they only had 3 in stock. Stephanie drove 2 hrs round trip to the nearest store that had the extra tire so I could be taken care of. Kudos for making it happen! I would recommend this store no problem and be sure to tell Stephanie Tundra Doug sent ya!

Julio, the Manager was extremely helpful to my wife and I after we discovered another local auto shop left her vehicle short 3 qts after an oil change 2 days later. He offered very helpful advice, and offered to personally take a look at everything if she could have the vehicle towed or back in drivable condition. He held good to his word, and just before close on a Friday night, he checked oil levels and personally drove the vehicle onto the road rack to inspect it for possible oil leak (none found.) He said if it were his wife, he’d hope the experts she took a vehicle to would also offer to spend 10 minutes of their time to make sure her car was in good shape. Thanks Julio and Pep Boys, we are very appreciative of the kindness and expertise. We will be back.

Very helpful just didnt like Having to wear a mask just to enter the building. Purchased 2 new tires and had them installed. The even put the spare back under my truck. Happy.

Let me start out with , I have dealt with Pep Boys , for 20 years .. I have bought at least 10 sets tires and countless parts over the years . Well made the appointment for Sunday ,October 25 at 9:00 AM at the Gainesville Pep Boys on Newberry Rd .. They gave wife ,a tire quote of 564.00 that was on Friday . The quote they gave me was 946.00 for the same tire ,my wife recieved her quote on ... Left Gainesville and drove to a Tampa Store and paid 460.00 for the same set of tires . It was worth the drive and gas , to make the trip ...... I will never use Gainesville Pep Boys,

It took a little while. To have my car Service. But highly recommended. Did an awesome job. The staff was pleasant. And the price was reasonable🙌🏿.

Frankly it doesnt matter where you shop for tires, its hit and miss and tires cost just a couple of dollars different from one store to the next. This opinion is per my search on the internet and visiting tire stores, truly frustrating. Then comes the extra expenses, do you want them mounted on your vehicle, well that will cost you $$$ per tire and what about a tire with a good warranty well thats going to cost $$$$. That just to mention a few.

Big thanks to Joseph who went out of his way to provide amazing service for me. I needed a pair of tires that were not in inventory in Gainesville. However, Joseph check with Ocala’s location and they had the tires I needed. Joseph drove to Ocala to pick the tires up and had the tires installed the Same day for my convenience. Thank you Joseph, Travis as well as the young man who installed the tires (I forgot his name 😬) for being so kind and helpful. Your friendliness and hard work does not go unnoticed.

On a rainy Sunday morning I could tell my battery was just about to go. I made an online appointment and headed over to Pep Boys. Joseph, the service manager, took great care of me and I was on my way in less than an hour with a very good price on the battery. Super experience!

Stopped by due to a code the car threw while traveling. Joseph was extremely helpful and got us going quickly!

Ordered a battery online and showed up at store and they tried to give me a battery from May 2015. Looked like the battery was leaking as well. I cancelled order and then went to a competitor to price match and store then said they didnt have any in stock so couldnt get the price match.

Ordered 4 tires online and they said only 3 got delivered. Luckily Jerry (Store Manager of Service) was able to help me out by getting another tire. Seriously such a great service and atmosphere. I was going to dealerships for years to get my car serviced but NO MORE! I have found the perfect spot where I know I will get taken care of! 12/10!!

Wont shop there again. Cant go in without a mask so I wont be going in at all.

Went in for a dying battery. The staff was friendly and helpful and they were able to get my battery replaced in about 20 minutes. Very impressed with the level of service and attentiveness to my issue. Would highly recommend.

Rolled in with a leaking tire. They were booked up, but were able to fit me in. Turned out I had picked up three nails within six inches of each other on one tire and it was unable to be patched. As the tires were already > 6 years old, I sprung for a new set. They did a good job and it was a good experience. Only reason for four stars instead of five is they forgot to reinstall one of the decorative center wheel caps (2006 Mustang GT/stock wheels). I called the following morning and the cap was foundin the shop. I swung by and they popped the cap back on. I feel like Julio treated me well.

I go to this Pep Boys every few months for my high-mileage oil change. The manager and management team is staffed by great people, and most of the rest of the staff I’ve met are friendly and honest! The wait time isn’t severely bad, depending on how busy they are. The shortest I’ve waited was about 45 minutes with the longest peaking at about 2 hours, but the results have always been worth the wait. They also offer coffee, tea, a view of the mechanics working on vehicles, and television in the waiting room, which is nice! I’ve also had my rear shocks worked on sometime last year and they’ve been fine ever since then, however they do seem to always find something else wrong with your vehicle in attempt to up-charge you for additional repairs. Sometimes it’s best to stick with your gut and say “no, I’ll wait on it” if your pockets aren’t that deep. Other than that, I believe this Pep Boys location is the best shop in Gainesville compared to all the other mainstream options (ex. Tire Choice, Firestone, Etc.) Unless you know a good local mechanic or honest mom and pop shop, this Pep Boys chain is your best bet for any and all repairs and maintenance!

After having a rough day, I had to have my car towed to pep boys. Very long story short, they were so very helpful trying to match the price of a particular car part. I called and spoke to Christine about 5 times, and EVERY TIME she was so patient and helpful. Not once did she make me feel like I was a nuisance (which is how I felt after the third call). I am very grateful for their awesome customer service!

My service transmission light went on in my Jeep. Travis directed me to the Jeep dealership saying it was a bad message to have. Sure enough, it was trouble but supposedly all it needs is a 7 minute software update which they were unable to do. Thank you Travis for helping me and really knowing what I needed to do. I received excellent service. They were very honest I went to have my breaks repaired and the discovered it was not the brakes and only a loose screw. They made recommendations but did not try to force anything on me. Joseph was great at explaining everything

Good, friendly and educated service. Everyones nice and seem to know what theyre doing. Been my go-to mechanic spot for over a year now. Other than some minor issues (mistakes) here and there, overall, happy to recommend.

Where do I start!!??Ill start with the wait time, why do you have the option to schedule an appt but still have to wait hours to even see your vehicle in the bay? And while your waiting you sit in a filthy waiting area. With all the miscellaneous charges they slap on your final bill they should be able to provide a better waiting experience!!Second, alignment service is a crock, was told several different reasons that the alignment wasnt perfect after they charged me for it, and not one of their reasons was the problem. We figured out the simple problem on our own. When we fixed the problem, and brought it back to be realigned on their warranty that they sold me I was treated like I was a thorn in their side, even after spending a ton the first time, and the rolling of the eyes and silent treatment by the service manager are so insulting. I am a customer, and a warranty is as good as money. But unfortunately in their eyes it isnt.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the mechanics work hard under the direction of poor management and thats not their fault. Hopefully today is the last time I have to visit to get a simple alignment done properly without any more mystery problems. But ill will continue to return until its done right.Pep Boys, if you sell a warranty, do it right the first time and you will save some of that money that you scammed out of your customers!!

They did a decent job replacing my tires but forgot to inform me when it was done. I waited an extra 30 minutes in the customer lounge but I didnt mind too much. Would definitely go back.

Itll take one hour they said. I said, I can wait 1 hour. 2.5 hours later. We close at 8, youre lucky they even took your car. Well then let the person know to expect the car by 8 so they can shop somewhere else or least of all call someone to pick them up. Dont give me the attitude for mistake on your part

On a recent road trip, I lost a tire on I-75 S at 5pm on a Saturday. Everywhere else was closed or would not stay open to help us, but after calling the Pep Boys location, a service member named Mr.King told us they would help us out. The service center stayed open late for us to arrive safely from 30 minutes outside of Gainesville, did a full body check to make sure there was no other damage to the car, and made sure we felt safe to travel the rest of our trip. I cant thank the team enough and highly recommend this location!!

Ive had generally good service here, and their selection is great. The only thing holding back a fifth star is pricing. On the occasions that Ive taken the time to shop around, Ive usually found cheaper prices at other stores in town. That said, theres definitely some value in the convenience of Pep Boys big selection.

Traveling from Tampa to Atlanta during Hurricane Irma. My truck burned up the drive shaft carrier bearing. Towing a heavy camper put a heavy load on it. We purchased a bearing at another part store and came here to see if they could help us press it on. One of the service techs named Mark P, was very helpful it was a challenging project but he took it in stride and didnt leave us hanging. We appreciated his service and his attitude this Pep Boys hire some good guys.

We were in dire straights to get tires for my daughter in Gville. Pep Boys on Newberry Rd, gave me a great deal and got her in and up on the racks within an hour. Tires Plus promised to have her tires installed at 930 this morning, and couldnt come through. Pep Boys was so accommodating and understanding. Im so grateful.

When I need a small car part, I dont shop around. So, I dont know how Pep Boys compares to others in pricing. BUT, the people at Pep Boys are AMAZING and CARING! I went in to buy a brake light, something Ive never done or replaced before. I had fast and courteous service from the central area lady. She gave me exactly what I needed. After spending roughly 30 mins trying to change my own brake light, I went back in to the store. The lady quickly asked fellow employees for any info to help me. Jared was especially helpful to me because he also suggested a certain oil for my brake light. It turned out awesome! I am just incredibly impressed at the service and people who work at this location!!! They seem to go above and beyond :)

Apparently tried to scam me.Went for clutch issues. Was told my clutch master cylinder was bad and that they couldnt test the clutch unless they fixed that. $640 with the potential for much more. Different mechanic says theyll do the same job for around 300 so I pay my tow and diagnostic fees to Pep and take it to the other place.Once its there? Clutch master cylinder is fine. Clutch is bad. They were going to charge me for the unneeded clutch master cylinder and then tack on at least another 1k for the clutch. On top of this, staff was generally rude and even though all they did was a diagnostic, my emergency brake light was stuck on when I left no matter what position it was in. Nice try, guys. Its places like this that give mechanics a bad name.

Not good customer service more interested in just sending you out of there instead of trying to help had to go elsewhere to buy four new tires where they helped me get a new size to fit my car. These guys just said no we dont have your size and walked away.

Been here twice now. Both times its taken way longer than it should have. This most recent time I had an appointment for an allignment check and oil change at 3:00. Was told each service was about 30 minutes each, so to expect 1.5 hours, not sure on that math. Car still wasnt in the bay at 4:00, so I asked what was going on and was told I shouldnt expect the car to make it in at the exact time of the appointment. I understand 10 minutes here or there, but an hour later? Whats the point of making an appointment? I asked them to cancel the oil change and just do the alignment which I only had them do because I purchased a lifetime alignment from them. Car was finally done over 2 hours later, and now I regret having bought the lifetime alignment with them.

I purchased a roof mounted rack for my Toyota hours ago. I understand walk ins are something to work into a day. However, I returned to the store at the time my sales associate recommended, waited for a tech to finish an oil change, watched as the floor crew pulled the display model roof rack down and around to the car bay and 40 mins later I come and check on their progress and no one has started on my install. When I sat down at the customer viewing table, I heard what I think is a supervisor say to a tech to get on it and then tell the sales guy helping me that he and the techs were discussing the best way to install the roof rack advertised as simple install. I wasted hours it seems simply because I trusted them to perform a simple install in a timely fashion. If I keep my eye on my vehicle they work faster? No idea a roof rack was a complicated task for two techs and a supervisor to handle

Went in because the undercarriage panel had fallen off my car. As soon as 9:00AM, we were immediately seen. Because we had all the pieces needed to put the panel back, they lifted my car, placed it all in, and only charged me a pair of pins that I was missing. Joseph took great care of my car, definitely returning. Great service!

My battery died today & I was very frustrated that tow company took 3 hours to do 0.5 mile Roadside Recovery tow to Pep Boys. Pep Boys on the other hand even called me, while I was waiting for the tow, to get more info on the problem & have the replacement battery picked out. Once I finally got my car there, Pep Boys had me out the door in 20 minutes (and they were busy) with new battery & free fluids top-off. Very pleasant & fast service!

My husband and I were leaving for vacation to celebrate our 1 yr wedding anniversary. While driving N bound on i75 we ran over a HUGE piece of concrete and blew two tires. Not exactly what we were expecting when leaving for vacation. It was getting late, and the only place still open was Pep Boys. THANK GOODNESS!! Our tow truck dropped us off around 8:30 and the staff did not complain that they had to stay late. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The prices were fair and the service was great. Thank you Pep Boys for helping us get back on the road safe and sound!

$380 was the quote I was given on the phone. But when my wife got there, the guy tried telling her that those tires were not compatible with the vehicle even though they were the correct size. Said something about a speed rating? Over $500 for the tires he tried to sell her. I smell B.S.!

First few times, I was satisfied, but this last time REALLY made me change my mind! Requested services were not performed due to cooperate policy, but that I KNOW is discretionary, not to mention it created a higher liability to the cooperate company. The manager is LOST, hope it is resolved soon.

Got a flat tire unexpectedly after running over a nail several days ago right before I had to get to work. I manage to re-inflate it a bit and drove over to this Pep Boys after having a pretty bad day to get it replaced. I talked to Travis and he told me it might be a few hours but after I explained the situation he managed to get my car worked on immediately and the tire was promptly taken care of. Great service, Travis is a good dude.

I was making a long trip and stopped in for a tire check. The guys were really nice. They were very thorough and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend them.

I am probably biased because I work there. I enjoy working at Pep Boys. We work hard to satsatisfy all. I enjoy helping others to solve the problem associated with their cars and trucks. I dont get paid a lot. But, the experience, benefits, and opportunities are worth it. Many of the managers and employees are veterans. As a disabled veteran I appreciate this. I plan to make a career at Pep Boys.

Pep Boys on Archer road is great!!! My truck died in their parking lot and they allowed me to purchase the part and fix it right there. Joseph was very helpful by printing a diagram of the part I was replacing and came out to offer advice a few times. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs.

If I could give 20 stars. They most definetly deserve every last one . They went above and beyond their job duties to the fullest extent. We were amazed when after helping us with our trailer tire and closing at closing time ... an employee stayed in the parking lot , to shine his headlights on us to finish the tire ...going even further getting tools out of his own trunk to get an tire iron wrench . I cant express how greatful we were for tha act of kindness and generosity. The service manager was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond . Thank you sincerely

Good customer service. Staff is very helpful. Store is well organized. Only issue is trying to go out of this place can be a hassle due to traffic. Other than that is a great place for car tools and accessories. Never dealt with mechanic.

I went there thinking I would pay more for better service. i them put in a new alternator and they broke my radiator for free. I saw a mechanic charging my battery with the clunky charger on my radiator. They told me there was a crack in it and wanted me to buy a new one. Never had a problem before, but my car breaks down going to work the next morning. Two managers were horrible and defensive and tried to put the blame on me. One was legit and actually tried to help.I feel like I could of argued more and got them to look at the tapes and pay for things, but it was my first year as an elementary teacher and I didnt have the energy to argue it. Felt defeated. Let the big guy win.Ill never go back. Cars like us. People get defeated by us.

We brought our car in for new tires and an oil change. While on the way home and once we got it there we noticed there was something dangerously wrong. A severe mistake had been made. We took it back in right away and had it rectified immediately. It was a mistake that should have never happened and could have ended very poorly, but that being said, I am very pleased with the way management handled the mishap and made right by us. Mistakes will happen at all places of business, but how it is handled will determine whether that situation is escalated of deescalated. Thank you for doing right by your mistake and we will continue to be loyal customers for it.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get our Charger Tuned for better Touqe and HP, and understandably Pep Boys doesn’t specialize in that but however a phenomenal young lady named Chole helped us tremendously! She helped geared us towards the right way on how to find somebody that can possibly get the job done. She truly gave us FIVE STAR customer service. Very been help with such a warm and greetings voice from auto stores let alone SO MUCH information she informed us on. This left suck a good impression on us, we will start our officially commit our auto shipping to this location exclusively. This young lady is such an asset to the company. I truly believe, without a questionable doubt, she will excel in managing that store.Thanks again!
