Didnt trust the on line battery suppliers so I decided to try my local Battery Source. First battery that I purchased was dead and measured 11.1 volts. It did charge up after several days on a trickle charger. Second Battery was better at 11.6 volts and fully charged in 24 hours. I might have given them an extra star but I got a little bit of attitude when I complained about the first battery.

Ryker was friendly, informative and efficient. Out the door in under 30 minutes with an install, and they even aired up the tires on my mower for me. THANKS!

Ended up buying a new golf cart charger. Thought they would be able to diagnose my onboard charger to determine the cause of its failure. Apparently its an internal problem and cannot be fixed. Everyone was very helpful, but I was hoping for more than just buying something new.

Really helpful staff. They replaced both my rechargeable toothbrush battery as well as s7 phone battery. Although the phone battery itself was not impressive. It is surely better than the original that was requiring a lot more charging than when it was new. I was hoping the new battery would last longer, but it might actually be behaving no differently than the original stock battery; its just been so long that I dont recall exactly how long the original would last.

These guys are professionals. I brought in a car battery to be tested since I was constantly having to jump my girlfriends car. Before I was even able to set the battery down on the counter, the two friendly employees identified the battery as belonging to a Honda, and offered to test it.They tested the battery, found it was dead (it was over 4 years old), and sold us a replacement. All of this took place in less than 5 minutes. Their friendliness, knowledgeability, professionalism, and efficiency was very impressive. Id recommend this place to anyone.

My car battery died in the neighboring Publix plaza parking lot 10 minutes before they closed today. Not only did these guys stay open late to sell me a replacement battery, they drove my back to my car and replaced it in the parking lot. Excellent service!

DO NOT let these bozos replace a battery in your tablet or reader. They destroyed my iPad mini with an improperly installed replacement battery. The battery was not secured, rattled around inside until the tablet would not boot. Very expensive mistake.

Great Price in the end. Mixup on the call for pricing from what I expect was a new employee, but Dusty (store manager) came through on a great price when we showed to buy several batteries while on the road. Very nice people, clean store and great attitude.

I had a bad drill pack. I was informed that there were five to be rebuilt before mine. One week later, when I called them, I was told that there were four to be rebuilt before mine. Part of the explanation was we work on golf carts. When pushed, it appears that they do not have the batteries necessary to rebuild my drill battery pack.Do not go here. Go to any of the other battery stores where service couldnt be any worse. (This site requires that there be a star before posting is allowed.)About two weeks after this post, I received a call that my battery pack was ready. I told them that I had abandoned it requesting that it be discarded. They gave me my repaired battery pack for no charge. I then received an explanation why some batteries were not in stock having to be ordered before repair. It was something that should have been explained when I called. My rating has been revised.
