Though I know its not the employers fault. Dont wait if you need a part, especially if you need to leave town. Because part can show up many days or more after they say. Its really just a guess for them at this time....Its not there fault. Just be aware. Good luck 🤞

Thus far, theyve always had the tools and parts that Ive needed, though Ive never needed anything obscure. The staff are helpful and can talk you through many of the operations you may be tasked with. Never very crowded.

This Auto Zone did not have a battery for my remote, and then put the old one in backwards so the remote would not work😒 hummm.

The first Autozone! Always good managers and staff. Helpful, free scans and installs on some things like wipers, batteries and lights like most parts stores do.

These guys were life savers. It was 30 minutes to closing but I desperately needed my battery checked. I had just gotten jumped for the third time in two days and thankfully they were just down the road. Despite it being dark out at the time they were able to service my vehicle quickly and were very friendly. Thanks a bunch. =)

They do not price match per their policy. Brought in a receipt from a competitor and explained competitor only had one in stock and I needed two. They called the competitor and because they didnt show any in stock (since I purchased the one they had) they would not price match. Dont waste your time.

Manager needs to treat each customer equally.

Saturday I visited the store to speak to the manager about giving me the wrong part for my 2006 Toyota Camry xle.. I was given a 2004 Avalon power steering pump and a 2007 rack opinion..which I asked the manager is there a way to avoid this in the future..because this is not the first time this has happened. He then said thats he new and its not much he can do about what happened. He never asked who it was, just acted so unconcerned. He is not at all helpful or professional.

Listen!!! Cody was an absolute breath of fresh air! I went in at about 8:30 PM (they close at 9pm) in need of a new battery. I expected they would be ready to go home and put me off till the next day especially considering the battery in my Infiniti was a bit more work to remove than the typical battery. Cody was excellent and provide OUTSTANDING customer service. He went the extra mile and made me feel like a top notch customer. If I ever need ANYTHING from AutoZone I will be visiting the one near 13th and 441 and making sure its during Codys shift. Thanks again Cody!!!

Fast, Friendly, Inexpensive!Michael and Andre helped me replace my headlight bulbs. Pretty much every time I take my car in for work anywhere I feel like Im getting totally screwed. Not today at AutoZone, though. Staff was friendly and helpful and I didnt pay for labor.Ill definitely be back the next time I need something for my car.

Had a dead battery today, right across the street. (With a crying upset baby) With noone to call, l called Autozone, they immediately sent Matt W. Over to jump me. He got me going and once we were at Autozone he changed out my battery super quick. He was wonderful, and his customer service is off the charts. Thank you Matt. W!!

Went in for a taillight replacement bulb. Sales person offered to just do it for me. What the dealership would charge $50 for took him 3 minutes. Friendly and helpful doesn’t say enough!! Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.

The guys were knowable aboyt the products and gave me great advise. They also came out and helped me fix my problem , told me what signs to look out for in the future.The store was clean and smelled fresh. The bins must have just been cleaned, because there was not any trash in them. All in all a very pleasant visit. They really treated me like a valuable customer.

I was immediately greeted and helped by the assistant manager when I stopped by yesterday evening to exchange headlight bulbs for my Ford Focus. He even helped me replace them after getting the right ones. Great store I alway have a great experience coming here for any of my auto needs.

Staff is always pretty helpful, and some of them actually know what theyre talking about! Shocking, I know! For some reason, I prefer AutoZone to Discount Auto Parts.

The service is good but the points system should be added even if the clerks forget to ask customers if they have a card they should be able to add them after the transaction is completed without the customer having to call the 800# to have them added its not as though the customer always remember to present the bonus point card as if they go to buy parts everyday usually we only buy when its a necessary unlike going to the grocery store weekly

I was told I needed alternator when I came in with my truck but I knew it needed a battery so I took it elsewhere and had a new battery put in and it was exactly what I needed the person in your store put a tester on my battery and said it w as s fine. I am a single woman and would have been stranded somewhere if I had listened to your employee.

I would actually give this place 4 and 1/2 Stars it doesnt give you that option they listen to the issues that you have I suggest what might work and if theyre not sure theyre not afraid to ask somebody else to get the right information that is incredibly important

The guys at this autozone are great. I own a business and having a technician like Alexis is extremely valuable to customer service and getting the job done. I was at the store for 15 mins and he changed my headlights and helped me fix a few other issues with my vehicle. Ill send everybody I know to this location.

When we went today we bought tail light bulbs and the guy sold us the wrong bulbs. Didnt even offer to help put the bulbs. Then when we went back because of the wrong bulbs the guy that help us was so very nice help us put the bulbs and was very nice and apologize for the other guy mistake. Youre company can use more man like him. But the guy earlier was a lazy guy and just was working for a paycheck! Man like him make people not want to go back. Wish I had gotten his name.

They ran a MyZone Health Report to determine the error code causing the check engine light to come on. Very helpful, took only a few minutes, and pinpointed the cause.

I have been to this store in several occasions,the parts that I have needed were pretty basic (battery, wire loom, oil change supplies) and every time I have been greeted by friendly staff ready to help.

This store has been my go-to parts store since I was 16. Today I was sadly disappointed. Long story short, I blew a spark plug. I needed a thread repair kit because the previous owner/mechanic crossthreaded 1 spark plug. The original CSR who was helping me today was awesome, totally helpful to the best of his ability. I asked him a question regarding my plug that blew and he said he wasnt sure he would have to ask the other CSR. The second CSR told me that I shouldnt try to rethread it myself and I need to take it to a mechanic to have the entire head taken off and it done that way. Because there was no way I would be able to prevent shavings from falling through into engine. So I responded with what about using an air compressor or something to blow it out, to which he said and blow it where. You should just take it somewhere. He was completely rude and demeaning in his tone and way he spoke to me. He didnt bother asking make, model engine type, milage on the engine. Im not taking a 18 yr old car with over 200,000 miles, on its second engine, and everything else pretty much, to get $300+ worth of work done when I can do it myself for MUCH less. He has no idea what type of experience I have with working on cars (which I do) or if I was having someone else doing the work. I was totally insulated by how he spoke and looked at me, like I was stupid for even trying or asking for clarification. Women are equally adept as man to work on ANY type of machine. Totally insulted. I thanked the original CSR that helped me for being so polite and his time. Left Autozone. Went to Advance in Alachua on 441, they were the sweetest. Totally professional, and kind. Helped me with my products and didnt shoot me down/cut me off when I tried to explain the situation.
