This is my second purchase from this dealership and from Dustin. My wife and I came in to look at a used vehicle, unfortunately/fortunately it was sold before we arrived. Dustin showed us a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L which was similar in size and had similar features as the vehicle we came to see. The Grand Cherokee was a little more expensive than the used vehicle, but the price difference was negated by the mileage, age, and features of the Grand Cherokee. I gave Dustin numbers I was comfortable with and he worked with the finance department to come close to those numbers. Yes I paid a little more than I had planned, but I walked away with a brand new vehicle with a factory warranty, almost no miles, and way more features than I thought I was going to get. Again, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dustin and Marlow Motors and I will continue to go to them first for future vehicles.

My wife and I just purchased a certified 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. This buying experience was by far my best ever and Im 64yrs young. The salesperson allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle alone, which was nice.After purchasing the truck the salesperson asked if we would mind coming back tomorrow, because they wanted to do some final detailing to the truck for us. After leaving the dealership only a mile up the road, our front caliber locked up and started smoking 🚬.We turned around and went back to the dealership to see if they could possibly help us out. Marlow Motors took our car right into the service bay and put it up on the lift, (WHO DOES THAT !!!!!!!!! ) We waited a very short time for the detailing to be done on the truck, and off we went home in our new truck!Our cars front caliber and front brakes were repaired by the next day, and called saying it was ready for pick up.

Terrible! First car was a Chrysler sebring they tried to say was an impala. The next was a toyota that had just passed inspection with a huge crack in the window. (Switched salesman) The car I ended up buying lasted 3 months because it had an engine crack and leaked oil. Nothing but lies here.

Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Saturday 2 weeks ago.The sale went pretty smooth, lengthy but smooth.Driving home from the dealership (30 minutes away) the engine light comes on and radio stops working. I was scheduled to drop the Jeep off on Tuesday to have a 2nd key made, so I called on Monday to let them know about the engine light and radio. I was told the torque converter was bad and needed replaced but there was a delay in getting it, it finally came in Thursday. I was also told they are having a problem getting a radio.. really? This past Friday I was told the pump in the transmission is also bad and is on back order. So now its looking like it may be a couple of weeks before the pump is available from the manufacturer.Very disappointed with the whole situation.
