Everyone was professional . We needed a headlight bulb. It was ordered and put in , in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend coming here.

Super wonderful service!! I was very happy that they vacuum your floor boards, clean back and front window and check all your fluids. Also aff more fluid if its needed. The customer service was the best I have ever had! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was another awesome thing.UPDATE ON REVIEW! After the oil change I discovered 5 days later that there was absolutely ZERO oil put back into my vehicle. YAY! My SUV is ruined. Made 2 claims on the Jiffy Lube site and never heard back from anyone.

Got rear brakes done which included rotors and brake pads. Made an appointment so they had enough staff when I brought in the car. To save time I got the brake parts from Advanced Auto Parts and they put it in within the time they quoted. Great job!

I found this Jiffy Lube team unprofessional. I am also concerned about their lack of concern for the environment. They drained a significant amount of spent oil into the engine shield and did not clean it up. They let me drive away thinking the job was complete but instead it led to a mess. One of the reasons to go to a Jiffy Lube is to ensure proper disposal of used oil.Details: after having our car serviced, the technician only mentioned that this location does not have the orange antifreeze our car uses but otherwise did not comment about the service. By the time I drove the six miles home, the under-car shield had mostly detached and was dragging on the ground (the shield had been intact when I brought it into their shop). Additionally, the Jiffy Lube technician also drained some used oil (maybe 1/2 quart or more) into the engine shield which led to a mess in our garage and probably left a trail of oil from their shop to my home. We took off the engine shield and I drove the care back. Jiffy Lubes technician seemed apathetic telling me that the shield was already broken and that was noted on the invoice but agreed, with a dismissive tone, that the used oil in the shield should have been cleaned up. One would think that if they had a problem with a car, such as a broken engine shield, they would let the customer know during the service and they wouldnt let anyone drive away with a lot of used oil pooled in a place where it could contaminate the environment or make a mess.

I have used this Jiffy Lube for a long time. Today, I went in for an oil change and was going to discuss other possibilities. Usually we are invited into the service area and our car needs are discussed. it was a quick oil change, and then I was asked to pay. I questioned, telling the gentleman that I wanted wiper blades. He informed me that they do not have rear window blades, and left it at that. I decided to not discuss anything else with them. I was quite disappointed, I wont be back to this Jiffy Lube.

I went to fill air for low Tyre pressure sign. Daniel suggested it should be fine and I can fill out with my dealer for free instead of paying a cost here. I truly appreciate his ethics and honesty.

Wow, they seem a lot more expensive than what I remember. They still love to up sale you into everything they offer.

We took our car there and they werent able to remove the oil cartridge. We went to another Jiffy Lube and they had no issues. Either they are extremely weak, lazt, or dont know what they are doing. Wasted 20 minutes for nothing

I am not generally a fan of jiffy lube, but they easily and efficiently replaced my cabin filter at a reasonable price. They cleaned out the vent behind that had become a mouse house

When I pulled in I told the guys this was the first time my 2015 Challenger was in for any quick lube oil change place. The proceeded to change the oil told me everything was good, I payed 125.00 for the oil change. Here today things are not so good my wife drives the car she tells me something is burning on the car. I jack the car up look under the car there’s oil on everything and it’s dripping on the driveway, I pull the cover off and the drain plug was almost out, we lost over half of the oil at 125.00 dollars I will NEVER COME BACK to Jiffy Lube!

I sent my 16 yr old son by himself, his first time driving with a license, to change the oil and replace the windshield wipers. The team at JLube took great care of him and made sure he was getting what he needed without overpaying. I really appreciate the time they took to walk him through the process. He is now confident in where he goes to get his own car serviced!

The Staff there really helped me yesterday and were super positive about being able to help me. I have a difficult car and they were able to fix what needed to be done in a jiffy. They also were able to lift my mood with some humor. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. They always work hard and are friendly. They are also not trying to rip you off price wise.

I came in for an oil change and new windshield wipers. I received the oil change, windshield wipers, fully vacuumed interior, full cleaning under the hood, washed windows, and thorough inspection of the vehicle, which revealed a blown bulb (which was replaced). These guys were thorough, careful, and courteous, and I appreciate their work. The manager even helped me find a viable coupon to help me save money! Keep up the good work!

The car wash token machine was broken. Luckily I was able to find enough quarters in my jeep to get it sprayed off.

These jokers broke the filter housing on my car and then proceeded to tell me they didnt. Theyre the only ones who have touched that filter housing, it didnt do it to itself. Their reasoning was they dont even take off the drain plug.. which has an o-ring that needs to be changed each oil change. That makes me feel better! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns.

I’m giving 5* because Jiffy Lube Front Royal is the only place in town you can get service done same day. Everyone else in town even Wal-Matt takes 3 hours or several days for something as simple as an oil change. They recommended several services and I let them check everything. Glad I did. They discovered my tires were wearing really bad and that I would need to replace them soon. This was after they were going to rotate them but they decided not to as it would do more harm than good. They have the best prices in town for a tune up and worth the little extra money for an oils change if you value your time. They are staffed more hours and days than anyone and that’s why they will get my business again. They are also amazing with customer service. I had an issue with a tune up once and they refunded all of my money as I went somewhere else. Even though that happened they handled it well and have improved since. I can honestly say I trust them either way because even if they mess up they will make it right and that’s customer service. Thank you Jiffy Lube and keep up the great work.

As soon as I pulled up one of the guys came out, introduced himself, was very nice and welcoming. Then showed me how much this and that would cost on the computer so there was no guessing if I was getting ripped off. They then worked on my car and finished within 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly service. Pricing was very fair. Thank you guys!

Good fast service. The women there are great and yes I said women. The whole place was all women and it was great fast service. I like seeing women in a shop instead of a bunch of dudes all of the time. So they get five stars for that and the service is no doubt five star.

I had just bought a used car. I tried to change my own oil and found my fill plug was stripped. I brought my 2012 Chevy Sonic in, hoping they could get the plug removed along with the oil change and replace the plug with the one I provided. Thankfully it worked out. I am very thankful for the effort the guys made to get that badly stripped plug off and replaced. Great job guys!!!!!

Simple oil change turned into a complete disaster. Friendly people, but obviously INCOMPETENT and management has still not resolved my ongoing issue after MONTHS. With all that I have been through dealing with corporation and the franchise managers, I will NEVER support Jiffy Lube again.

Evans and the entire maintenance team are a 5 star staff. No appointment and was out within 30 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. They even washed the windows and vacuumed the floors complimentary.We will return and recommend everyone.

They are typically fast and as expected try to sell you items you don’t need. Normally the service is great but they spilled oil on my engine leaving me with the lovely burning rubber smell. I’ve been there at least a dozen times and this is the first time it’s happened so not a huge deal.

ZERO STARS. WORST EXPERIENCE. Unable to perform a single oil change properly. I highly recommend AVOIDING this place so they dont ruin your vehicle. If there is any claim on your vehicle, you have to wait 72 hours to hear from a manager, and no rental cars given! The manager who answers to these google reviews never called me back even after leaving 2 voicemails. Very unprofessional and incompetent in resolving issues

Out taking care of a few errands. Stopped in, without an appointment, and spoke with Jiffy Lube manager. I told him what I was there for. Before i knew it, they pulled my car into the bay and 3 technicians immediately got to work. They not only changed the oil but they also checked tire pressure, checked all engine fluids, vacuumed and washed the back and front windows. I was there a little over 30mins. Very fast, friendly, and informative service! Awesome Job Guys And Thank You!! I will be back!!

August 30, 2018 Used Jiffy Lube a lot but this Jiffy Lube employees said they dont do anything with tires in this location today and to go to a place that specializes in tires to check for tire issues?

I needed an oil change so I decided to stop in on Sunday. The service was very fast and all of the employees were really nice. If I’m ever in the area when I need an oil change I will definitely visit here again!

I pulled into the business to have my oil changed on Wednesday morning. I pulled my vehicle up to the entrance and proceeded inside. I sat in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Not to mention the 1 sitting outside as I came in, another in a back room and another just walking around. I have to leave at that point. I returned was not acknowledged again for a few minutes. All of my previous visits to Jiffy Lube in Front Royal have been very pleasant and the employees were extremely friendly. This time I have to say the the employee that waited on me was one of the rudest and unfriendly people I have ever met. I will think twice about going back unless the staff changes!!!

This used to be a very professionally run establishment. Due to some staff changes, it seems to have lost that.Its in the middle of a remodel, so hopefully theyre working towards something better.

Over priced.Made the whole family get out of the car during the change. No reason for it. Have always had it done while in vehicle.They also forgot to reset the maintenance light.

CSA was pleasant, I was in and out quick. The reason only three stars. The last 2 times I have been there they put on my receipt that interior vacuumed- complete. Windows cleaned- complete. Both times they werent. May seem trivial, but dont put complete, if you didnt. Especially when my bill was $72!

I have never had a fast car service, never in my life. They were done with my car within minutes. The staff were very professional, they looked me up using my number plate and by the time I got out of the car, they addressed me by my name, they provided me with details of what was going to be done, and at the end, they gave me details of what was done. Incredible service. Incredible!

Yes, it can be more expensive than going to Advance to do it on your own, but if you have a sick child and absolutely no time it’s worth every penny in my opinion. The Front Royal location did not have the full synthetic oil in stock so I was left with purchasing the ultra premium synthetic at a much higher price. They did not have my air filter in stock so I had to go to the auto parts store to purchase it myself and install. When I pulled the old one out that they showed me I discovered a pile of debris. They did not clean out the filter box and I suspect they would have installed a new filter in a dirty box if I had not found it first. It was a fist size ball of leaves and road dust in there. I was a bit agitated by this. $113 for a oil change and this is the level of service and attention my truck received....I went back and they apologized and said I would receive a discount next time.I dont know about a next time....

Everyone is super friendly and about as clean as youd expect a place that does oils changes all day to be but I paid extra for an tire rotation and when I got home my tires have not moved...wish I would have checked before leaving

I will be back again! my husband and I are from out of town and our car was smoking.. turns out there was NO oil left in it and usually most shops will upcharge you or make you wait forever this jiffy lube did not do that, all the staff especially mark, Jerry & Mcrew took care of our car right away fixed the oil topped off the windshield wiper fluid changed the filter in the cabin amazing and funny was out and back on the road in less than an hour. best experience ever

Horrific experience. Took my car in for an oil change, and they drained my transmission fluid (did not drain my oil), but added oil as if they drained it (so it was double filled). Was told my car would be towed to different mechanics, yet somehow over 100 miles were put on my car! Over a week without my car and no rental. 4 months later, and still trying to resolve this mess

I went to jiffy lube in front royal, Virginia on Friday September 21st. I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had there. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. This employee who was doing the tires starts kicking my tires as hard as he can to get them on. He was literally running up on my truck and drop kicking them. He sees me looking at him and continues to do it. It was so bad I went out to the bay area Iand confronted him quickly realizing he was high on drugs. I demanded my tires be put back on immediately. I complained to the key holder/ manager and told him I will not be returning!

No trouble with speed, but the mechanic tried to convince me my car required synthetic oil. Repeatedly insisted it required synthetic. Since my car doesnt require synthetic, I assume they wanted to make a larger sale. I dont know for sure. But having a mechanic give out incorrect information is never a good thing - hes either lying or ignorant.

There was a problem with the service I received but the owner Robert Bullock went out of his way to more than make it right. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Front Royal.

I have a fleet of vehicles that use multiple Jiffy Lube locations. The Front Royal location has not tightened an oil filter on one of the vehicles and is consistently refilling the windshield washer fluid with watered down or poor quality fluid! The fluid freezes...keeping it from spraying onto the windshield. This is very dangerous! Our employees have spoken to them multiple times and they deny using poor quality fluid or watering it down. I have at least 5 employees telling me they are experiencing this today and they use the Front Royal location.Id like for this location to look into the products they are using and find a solution to correct this. We will not continue to use the Front Royal location unless they provide a quality service to our fleet account.

I bug them because i am always watching them perform work on my vehicles but they dont seem to mind. The staff is nice and the manager lady is cool and very knoledgable. If i didnt trust them they would not change my oil.

Ive been getting my oil changed at this store for quite some time. This time I was very disappointed. Not only were they very slow but the manager was having problems with an employee and was yelling at him in front of the customers. Not a way to run a business.

A defective oil plug was installed. They apparently didnt check before the car left the store. ALL six quarts leaked out on the driveway within a half hour. A store employee arrived to install a new plug and oil. He also said he would be back the following day to clean up the spill. They never returned and when I went to the store, the excuse was that they were too busy but would be back to power wash the oil into the grass that day. REALLY? If this is what to expect at Jiffy Lube, you might want to consider changing your oil yourself. Had this happened on the highway the engine would be junk.

Staff friendly, just double check your vehicles skid plate if it has one after the service. We had 2 occations where they didnt tighten the bolts well enough and while my wife was driving I66 at 70MPH it came loose just a day or 2 later and drug on the road.
