For the most part the system is good. Quality is meh(Many leaks that are 100% quality related). Leaky pipes, leaky top off reservoir fitting and leaky pump...this was on initial startup. Cant speak for quality on longevity yet as I havent grown in the system yet.Customer service responds quickly so thats a plus. But....here we go....if you need anything replaced under warranty good luck! They will ask for pictures, videos and ask you to perform fixes that has nothing to do with the issue. Theyll tell you hoses are not pushed in all the way when you know for a fact they are. I have a pump leaking from the inside and they are telling me I have the inlet/outlet fitting on too tight??? That makes no sense. The pump is leaking from the housing screws lol***Anything and everything they can do to avoid replacing parts.***For that reason they get a 2 *.Save the troubles and go to home depot and complete a DIY. Youll get a no questions asked warranty from Home Depot and save a thousand or more dollars. Fitting leaks, return it. Pump leaks, just return it. Easy.And to be honest my brother is running a DIY from Home Deport and his system recirculates and bubbles just as much as my Under Current 8 system. I thought buying from Current Culture I would have received a better warranty and better quality but I regret spending the extra now unfortunately.I had such high expectations.I ended up going to my local fish store and buying a new water pump and I am going to Home Depot to buy a shark bite fitting for the leaky top off reservoir fitting and I ended up clamping every joint...because its easier then dealing with a warranty claim. Imagine if I actually had product growing????Anyhow that is my review. Hope this helps, happy shopping.
