They were really nice despite my mother dissing one of the employee. Once my mother found out that one of the employee was Hmong, she left the Korean employee to talk to the Hmong employee. They were really helpful. The Hmong employee talked to my mother in our native language and the Korean guy help put 2 huge bags of fertilizer into my car.

This use to be my go to place to get everything for my gardening needs, but it all changed when that tall guy named Kevin started working there. ordering has been a nightmare every time I order anything during the weekend its no problem with the weekend crew when they order me anything and when I confront Kevin about the good service I get during the weekend and during the week I get way higher prices and customer service is bad, and he tells me that hes the owner which I know hes not, its Sean but it is what it is, thats why that store is losing money, everyone is going to other hydroponic stores where they get treated better and get ok pricing, Sean should take action and get rid of that clown Kevin so it can get back to how it used to be.

First the tall white dude in front register is rude , second they are way over price now . Im taking my business to full scale hydroponic for now on . Was a loyal customer I dont like the atmosphere now Im done with them.

I called and asked for dolomite lime and the gentleman that I talked with said they had lots. So I sent my wife down to get some and the person helping my wife couldnt find it. Called back and now they can find it. Cant get back. What a huge waste of time since we live up in the mountains. So sad!
