Really knowledgeable and ready to help...a little southern hospitality kind of people..friendly honest and good work for a pretty fair price.While in there I observed 2 sold me the wrong part scenarios in which the part was correct !!! THE PART WAS CORRECT..THE CUSTOMERS WASNT DOING IT RIGHT,, The Mechanic installed their wrong part with ease and within seconds...so before people condemn a business with such BS...as they sold me the wrong part Remember this..if you were so good at knowing the parts and how to repair lawn equipment..you would for 1 know that the parts ARE correct and for 2 you wouldnt be at their shop if you knew so much.ITS OKAY TO BE AN IDIOT, ITS NOT OKAY TO BLAME YOUR IDIOCY ON THOSE THAT ARENT IN THE IDIOT TRIBE.

Went in to buy a fs56 combi power head was told it wasnt what I wanted and I should buy a more exspensive model that I already own. They should really learn how to talk to a customer and not just try to up sale even when its not what the customer wants

I bring my back pack blower to repair they promised to have it ready in two weeks and it take over a month I used for another month start having the same problem take back and they dont want to fix it. Ill never buy anything from them any more
