They sell to the public but know what you want when you go in there they dont want to sell any chimney parts to old units for liability reasons. Want to sell complete set up... Returns are not like normal stores in this day and age they may or may not return items so be sure you no what you need. Calking, and foil tape is considered consumables and will not return even if unopened and still in original packaging. If your a contractor and building new this place is good and can get a lot of good parts and very knowledgeable but not really set up for average people. Just keep that in mind.

Customer service is subpar and not a priority,spend your money elsewhere lots of hvac stores will take better care of you and appreciate your money.
